This villa was just perfect for our family holiday with many guests coming from cold winter! The space is ideal for families with small children. The staff and Zdenek were very understanding and helpful. Will definitely return!

The accomodation was very nice, for this price it's an amazing deal, absolutely beautiful area and everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were greeted with coconuts from the farm and got mango sticky rice for breakfast the following morning. I definitely recommend, everything was clean and new.

We had a thoroughly memorable visit at Baan Suan Sumatluck. The calm natural beauty of the grounds were such a pleasant contrast to the atmosphere of bustling Bangkok. We felt relaxed and comfortable to be here and we were sad to leave. The proximity of the metro system was so great and we even discovered some local cafes. The hospitality of the hosts is delightful and they were very warm and accommodating to us. We cherish our time here and we can only hope that we can someday return.

We can’t thank enough for Anan hospitality! He was the most amazing host! very helpful and the house is beautiful! He cooked us amazing breakfasts and dinners and made our visit an unforgettable experience! He helped us with everything we needed and We are highly recommend to stay at Baan Anan home stay ! We already miss it!

Die Begrüßung in der Unterkunft war super und Alle waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ab der ersten Minute. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen, abseits des Massentourismus. Insgesamt ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das gemeinsame Abendessen mit Dende, Familie, Freunden und anderen Gästen war wunderschön. Und das Essen war köstlich, auch das Frühstück war fantastisch. Wir haben uns dazu entschlossen, länger als geplant zu bleiben, und eine Mangroven Kajak Tour gemacht, in Kombination mit lokalem Mittagessen und einen Ausflug zum Wasserfall. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war klasse. Und die Tour hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank 🙏🏼🤗

What a fantastic place to stay! The place has everything you need (provided you aren’t planning to cook much), gorgeous views and very peaceful. A very responsive and helpful host as well! Can’t recommend enough!

I extended my stay here longer than originally planned just because it was that good! This is the ultimate place to go to for peace and relaxation. It is its own little house on a small lake with ample and private outdoor space. I had a coffee each morning beside the lake and enjoyed the view and nature sounds around me. The house itself is very tastefully decorated and clean and stocked with everything you could need from a Bluetooth speaker to cool books and a yoga mat and more. The hosts are absolutely lovely and helped me so much with recommendations and language/translation issues I had. They went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will be back again for sure. 🥰

For me perfectly located in quite nature. 7/11, restaurants, laundry and scooter rental is nearby. You walk about 15 minutes to the main road where you find everything. I loved the kitchen equipment!! Lalissa provided 2 on these big blue water bottles. It was way smaller that it appears in the pictures but that’s fine it is so cozy and comfy

A perfect break from the city, we both slept so well here. The rooms are unique, offering a quiet and cosy atmosphere. Cute place for relaxing and the staff are very attentive. We had a lovely sunset sky too. The green curry is delishious - a must have if ordering off the cafe menu. A few friends staying here together would be awesome 😎👍🏼.

Amazing loft in a quiet area of Chiang Mai without being too far from the city and near to Doi Suthep National Park. Sujitra and Kasper are great hosts, friendly, proactives and reactives. We had absolutely everything we need, it was stylish, luminous, clean and confortable. We had a really good rest during our week stay because we slept too well and relaxed too much on the balcony each morning. We definitely recommend Sujitra's place for a stay in Chiang Mai.

Viktoriia's apartment is just as pictured. The terrace is a few steps from the actual apartment and then you are directly on the beach. Apartment is equipped with all basic items needed for your stay. Views are amazing and the sunsets are the highlight. The restaurant next door on the beach is very conveniently located only a few meters from the terrace. The area itself has quite a few restaurants, a 7-eleven, Tops Market, massage/spas, and plenty of shops all within 3-10 minutes walk depending on where you go. You can also order Bolt/InDrive/Grab taxi if you do need further distances. There are also plenty of tour operators in the area to arrange tours or rent motorbikes. Viktoriia met me upon check-in, as she lives next door, and the process was smooth. The breakfast served is delicious with lots of home made/fresh ingredients. Viktoriia was VERY accommodating and understanding during our stay. I highly recommend this peaceful little slice of heaven and will definitely return!

Большое спасибо Уве и Тукте, за наш отличный отпуск. Дом замечательный. На самом деле, он выглядит значительно лучше, чем на фотографиях. Прекрасная гостиная с настоящей деревянной мебелью. Отличная спальня с большой кроватью. Как указано в описании, дом не оборудован кондиционерами, но так как весь дом, можно сказать, состоит из окон ))), в нем всегда прохладно. Его укрывают большие пальмы и он всегда в тени. В доме есть два мощных вентилятора, если кому-то станет жарко. Есть замечательная веранда, на которой приятно завтракать и ужинать. Очень понравилась кухня на улице))) Для самостоятельного приготовления пищи все есть (посуда, кастрюли, сковорода и т. д.), вплоть до моющих средств. Раз в неделю Тукта убирает дом, меняет белье и полотенца. Я жила в гостиницах 5 звезд, но такую прекрасную уборку вижу впервые. Дом стоит в прекрасном саду. Тишина, слышно только пение птиц. Serene, quiet & beautiful lush garden. We loved the hobbit house, hearing the water rippling & birds humming.Bring mozzie spray. Right when we woke up we opened the door at 11:15 to let some fresh air in & the lady immediately stormed in the room saying she would check room. Even though check out is at 12. We had similar issue at check-in. We rushed over because they wanted our exact check-in time so we made it there 3 min early. Whilst my husband was still grabbing our bags, the lady was pacing back in forth in the room asking for our passports and making a phone call. Would of been nice to have a few seconds to arrive, put our bags down & have a chance to get our documents out. We found it rude & stressful and not worth the money for being on someone else’s clock. If they don’t want to have someone on site then they can ask for a 30min notice before arrival & departure, or we would of preferred to pick up keys somewhere else if it meant we could stay flexible and on our time.

Great hospitalities; drinks and snacks were provided. The place is very modern/industrial and newly renovated. Plenty of beds, baths, showers and common space to hang out. Kitchenwares and utensils are generously available. The location is very convenient and close to the city center. Overall, my family and I had a great time, very much enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay. Patty was very friendy and responsive to our needs, which made our stay very convenient. The place is in a great location with many good retaurants and 7 eleven convenient stores nearby. The place is also close to popular malls like siam center and siam paragon. Will come back again on our next visit to bangkok!!

I have spent a lot of time in Samui. This was the best option by far for a small family or two couples. The location was great the amenities excellent and the house and pool outstanding. It isn’t a budget option but it still offered fair value.

Домик хороший. На территории бассейн - небольшой, для купания вдвоем классно. За месяц проживания всегда были там одни. Персонал отзывчивый, уборка по требованию. Никаких доплат. В доме мебель и техника немного уставшие, но всё рабочее. Газовая плита с одной рабочей конфоркой, микроволновка, тостер, чайник. Стиральная машина не в доме, а общая на территории. Ванная и душ как бы на улице - под навесом, за бетонной стеной. Ванная большая и классная. С водой всё хорошо: сразу течет горячая, хороший напор. Интернет очень не стабильный. Без байка или машины сложно добираться до ближайших магазинов/кафе. Выход на трассу, вдоль которой нет тротуаров и ходить пешком там очень некомфортно. Это очень хорошее отпускное жильё за очень приятную цену. Уединенное тихое место, утопающее в зелени.

This paradise was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids ages 12 and 9. Mom and dad stayed in the guest house downstairs and the kids had their own villa upstairs. The owner was flexible and allowed us to use the pool after 9pm. She also provided drinks and snacks for us. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the water temperature. We did not enjoy a good shower since the water was either too hot or too cold. A taxi to most places is around 500 baht.

Excellent stay and very attentive staff. Pool and sauna area were very clean. Highly recommend
