Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

Appartement très propre, et très fonctionele, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Accès à la piscine, sauna, salle de sport… tout est parfais et vous avez une vu magnifique sur la ville. Les photos correspondes tout à fais. Je recommande à 100%

Highly recommended place and Charles is a great host, always helpful and responsive. The condo has everything you need for a pleasent stay including access to a pool area and a fitness room. Also close to a lot of local eateries and nice lake area great for running and biking.

We had a fantastic holiday stay at this place. Very recommendable for long stay tourists. They clean the unit from time to time. The rooms are spacious and it feels like you are in your own home in Bangkok. For sure will book this again when we are back in Bangkok.

Жилье имеет отличное расположение. Квартира просторная и светлая, свой паркинг, достаточно большой бассейн, есть нормальный спортзал. Хозяева отличные, всегда были на связи и отвечали на любые вопросы. Персонал на территории апартаментов работает каждый день: охрана, бассейн чистят, берут пробы и тд, проводят влажную уборку в зоне спа (но мы так и не застали время, когда этот спа работает). Сама квартира очень фотогеничная, но в жизни видно, что пожившая, несмотря на старания. Мебель в хорошем стостоянии, а вот стены, пол, шкафы вот-вот потребуют замены. Так же не хватает мелочей вроде стаканчиков для зубных щеток в ванной, мыла на первое время и всего такого. Нам предложили забрать нужные вещи на следующий день после заезда из их комнаты хранения, но к тому моменту мы уже купили все сами. Так же хотелось бы, чтобы уборка хотя бы раз в неделю была включена в проживание.

We had a very comfortable stay and it had all the amenities we needed. My sister loved the softness of the bed in the smaller room while I found the hot and cold shower system to be efficient. There’s a co-working space and a gym to use. Having a 7-11 across the condo was also bonus. The host was very responsive and addressed concerns promptly. They even provided bottles of water and some coffee capsules which we really appreciated. Overall, it was better than booking a 5 star hotel room for me. Great value for money.

Just as listed. Nice, private condo, very nice location. Lucas was very responsive, I never had to wait over 10 minutes to hear back if I had any questions. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in Bangkok. I most definitely recommend.

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Anlage bietet alles, was man braucht und der Rooftop Pool war einfach der Wahnsinn. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen.

Мы прожили месяц в этой квартире и очень довольны тем, как все прошло. В квартире было чисто, был отличный интернет. Наличие стиральной машины было большим плюсом для нас. В целом, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Нам не хватило полотенца для рук в ванной и коврика на выходе из душа (докупали сами). В остальном все прекрасно. Расположение нам понравилось, поскольку мы много работали дома и в коворкинге кондоминиума. Рядом огромный торговый центр со всеми магазинами и развлечениями, что так же было очень удобно. Сам кондоминиум очень чистый, спокойный, с хорошим бассейном (хоть и прохладным) и отличным спортивным залом. Хозяин своевременно отвечал на вопросы и был на связи. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова 😌

What a fantastic stay at Srilaksana’s place! This condo has everything you need for a stay in Bangkok. The pool is even more beautiful than the pictures, the gym is great, you can get a full workout in. The staff are all friendly, we always took the BTS when we went into the city as it comes often and it’s right outside the condo. Our host would always reply immediately for any questions. Thanks so much for the lovely stay here, we really appreciate everything! Also the grab food pickup point is so nice! You just order, go downstairs and the food is safe in a box.

I had a wonderful stay at Helene’s apartment! It’s cozy and extremely well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was very comfortable, great shower, and having an air fryer was such a bonus for quick meals. Helene thought of everything to make the stay easy and enjoyable, and her communication was excellent—she was always responsive and friendly. The location was also convenient, with a big grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly highly recommend it!

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Amazing place to stay in Chiang Rai, host was very lovely and always responded. Do not miss out on this place! It is situated in a very modern area. Public pool, gym, and playground for the housing complex, able to use. Provided comfy slippers, and a great amount of bottled water. Walkable distance to 7-eleven and nearby food stalls.

belle maison et propre,, il y a une rue pas très loin pour se restaurer et faire quelques courses. Il y a également à 30 mètres un service de linge et de massage ( les dames sont vraiment toppissime) les hôtes sont très réactifs. si je peux faire un petit reproche c'est qu'il manquait le 1er nécessaire de cuisine ( huile, sel et poivre) nous recommandons cette belle maison au calme absolu.

Kim is an amazing host with world-class connections and advice. She gave the best suggestions. Kim is so very thoughtful and helpful. We hit it off right away. I have a food allergy and was able to cook in the house where I stayed. Kim and I walked about 14 minutes down the beach and I got the most amazing Thai massage right on the beach. A wonderful lady named Aon gave me 2 Thai massages, an herbal ball massage, a facial and 1 oil massage while I was there. Being a massage therapist myself for more than 15 years I'm picky about who I let work on me. Aon is well educated in massage and has been performing massage for 30 years. Just ask Kim, she can tell you how to get there. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kim's place Just across the street from her private beach and her home. 🤍🤍🤍

We had a great time staying there. The Pool was fantastic and the location is great. The compound is well maintained and very quiet.

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

Roland was the perfect host — attentive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. The villa itself was incredible: spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring two stunning 360-degree balconies with breathtaking views. The location was truly something special, with access to a secluded private beach that felt like a hidden paradise. The entire team on-site was exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving a variety of delicious dishes and an excellent selection of drinks. Every meal felt like a treat. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly for anyone considering a stay in Koh Chang. It’s a slice of paradise with top-tier hospitality
