I stayed here for three months and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment is in a vibrant neighborhood full of local charm. It’s not in the city center, which actually makes it even better if you’re after a more authentic experience. That said, it’s still incredibly convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the MRT and 10 minutes to the BTS, so getting around is easy. Everything you need is close by - all within walking distance: convenience stores, local markets, cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls. The apartment itself is spotless and well-maintained. The dedicated work desk and fast, reliable internet were perfect for working remotely. Supacharee, the host, is super friendly, always responsive, and genuinely helpful. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay again. For what you get, it’s also excellent value. Highly recommended!

Not a first visit. It was great to stay at this place again. Host is very friendly and caring as usual. We love the location as per everything is very handy. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend for other small families.

Highly recommended place and Charles is a great host, always helpful and responsive. The condo has everything you need for a pleasent stay including access to a pool area and a fitness room. Also close to a lot of local eateries and nice lake area great for running and biking.

Allcom's team went above and beyond the basic requirements and AllCom's team of staff were quick to respond and attend too any matter. The room offers one of the better views at Base too!

Beautiful location with amazing view. The apartment itself was clean, cozy and had everything you need for life. The staff was very friendly and helped to get to the store or the beach. Great pool and facilities. The extra cost was a bit unexpected as i didn't read the description but it's not big. Definitely recommend this place to visit!

The host was really responsive and patient to my enquiry though some are not related to the housing. The location is great if you would like to explore nimman (but it got really noisy at night during Songkran festival due to the party downstairs, and there are plane flying over everyday), there are also 7-11 and many food stores nearby, also within walking distance to MAYA. The AC condenser unit is at the balcony, so it may produce some noise, but it didn’t affect my sleep. The room was cleaned once a week (with towels change) and there is another day for towel change. The furniture may look slightly different from the photo (eg. no mirror on the closet, different model of fridge), but all the essentials are there. Overall a really nice stay here and the staff here are really friendly!

Nous avons séjourné avec deux enfants et c’était un lieu très paisible. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec une hôte très réactive. Le logement est bien agencé et spacieux. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen, für eine Woche eine Bleibe zu suchen und hier sind wir fündig geworden, ein kleines Schmuckstück auf einem Hang gelegen, mit einem tollen Blick auf Kata Beach. Jean-Michel hat uns gleich einen Kontakt zu der Verwalterin Eve hergestellt, die uns vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Beim öffnen der Wohnungstür raubt es einem den Atem, der Blick ist traumhaft, der Sonnenuntergang noch viel schöner. die Wohnung ist offen, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse können komplett geöffnet werden. Man fühlt sich gleich heimisch. Die Aussicht vom Whirlpool am späten Nachmittag mit einem Glas Wein ist fantastisch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool oberhalb des Fitnessstudio ist unglaublich schön angelegt, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Andamansee und den Sonnenuntergang . Wer kein Auto hat, fährt einfach Bolt, das klappt immer. Alles in Allem eine traumhafte Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci beaucoup, Jean-Michel

I booked this place via Airbnb and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing, special mention to meme, their restaurant was great. Food was great. The host Peter was very kind and accommodating. They tried to fulfill all our requests, since we were traveling with a toddler so it was difficult to manage sometimes. They were helpful. We were greeted with coconut water and fresh cut 🍉 watermelon on arrival. The rooms are basic but the view is amazing. Literally in front of the ocean 🌊. Take a mosquito repellent with you for sure. Since their place is on a slop, I had asked them via airbnb to book me a cab. It costed me 900 baht one side, from phuket airport to their place. You can also book extra activities from them if required. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you

The bnb looks even better than the pictures. And Alberto and his family were really friendly and super helpful! They also gave us recommendations for good restaurants around town which were fun to try out! Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely home with a beautiful view, especially the sunset. The apartment was super clean with a lot of towels and 2 bath robes and daily cleaning service. Host was super helpful and friendly. Would book again :)

We spent 7 Nights at the Apartment of Pin and Frederic. Everything in this Place was super clean, fresh smelling and very well equipped. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and the serenity of the location. Furthermore we loved the stylish interior and the privacy this place offers. If you don’t want to rent a bike or a car, it’s easy to get there by «Grab». «Grab» is easier than normal Taxis because of exchanging the location via the Grab-App. The conversation with Pin was very friendly and efficient. The staff did a perfect job and were very friendly upon the checking in and out as well. All in all I highest recommend Pin’s and Frederic’s Appartement.

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen - wir werden wieder kommen! Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

Not having visited Pattaya before, I was unaware of just how centrally located this accommodation was. I HIGHLY recommend to anybody without children.

great place next to everything. also have a cool movie room and kitchen. really nice design.

the host is friendly and responsive, the room is cosy and clean. near skytrain station, you can meet a lot of visitors from all around the world. but the price is a little high though.

Ida was more than a host, they were professional in communication and checkin service. The place was very clean and suitable for two people only. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay her again.

Alles war so wie erwartet.Das Gebäude ist etwas älter,aber der Pool ist sehr schön und die Wohnung auch. Von dort ist es nicht weit zu verschiedenen Restaurant,711,Cicada Nightmarket und zu den verschiedenen Stränden in Hua Hin.
