I've stayed at this place three times now, and I can honestly say it's hands-down the coolest spot around. Modern, stylish, and super comfortable—everything about it just works. Every time I come back, it feels like a perfect little escape. Jon and Judy are absolute rockstars. They're the kind of hosts that just get it—friendly, thoughtful, and always make sure everything is top-notch. You can tell they care about every detail, and it shows. If you're looking for a place that's a step above the rest, this is it. Can't wait for stay number four!

This place was by far my favorite spots in Nashville, I visit often for work and have stayed at other locations in that area but this place definitely exceeds my expectations. I'm staying here every time I visit.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Reggie's place was close to the stadium and exactly what we needed for our sports-themed vacation. We did run into a few minor issues but Reggie was responsive and we were able to manage. I would highly recommend if you want to walk to Truist to see the Braves!

I sent a booking request while looking for a place very last minute, my reservation was accepted within about 5 minutes!! Any questions I had from the moment we arrived were answered in a timely manner, which were few because the listing instructions and descriptions were so thorough. The unit was beautifully decorated and cozy, we immediately felt at home when we walked through the door. The pricing was extremely fair for the quality of the unit and access to a very nice gym & pool area. This is a great rental with an excellent host!

Wonderful stay! We were never bothered by the hosts, and they seem to have put a great deal of effort into making the basement area into its own little apartment. Unbeatable for the price, and the Crowne Hotel is a 10 minute walk, which was perfect for me because I was attending an event that was there. Thanks!

Location, location, location. Walkable to downtown which is exactly what we were hoping for. We needed to bring our parakeet this time because we couldn’t find a sitter. There were no issues around that which was a HUGE relief! We had a downstairs apartment that felt nice and cool, as though it would likely be a cool reprieve from summer heat without needing to run to ac. I’ll have to test that theory mid summer when we return! Would stay here again.

We were very happy and comfortable at Dan and Britt’s apartment. It really is a beautiful space and very thoughtfully kitted out. We walked back and forth into town over the pedestrian bridge - took about 30 minutes. Loved Sky Blue on fatherland for breakfast - about 5 minutes walk. Our favourite music venue was the Listening room and we were also glad we’d booked tickets for a concert at the Ryman Auditorium.

The surroundings were stunning and serene, making it easy to relax and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. I felt completely safe and at ease the entire time. Jade is a truly exceptional host—proactive, thoughtful, and generously kind in every interaction. She made sure everything was seamless from start to finish, and her attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed. This place isn’t just a stopover—it’s the kind of stay that makes you want to return. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time I pass through Atlanta. This home is a very peaceful place to stay on a quiet street with excellent views. The yard is really great if you have a dog. Very large and fully fenced. The screened porch with a view of the lake and mountains was a huge bonus. We even discovered a surprise room under the house that has a ping pong table! This is a very convenient location, and we would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful few days here! We loved the location and walked to the North Chattanooga shops and along the river as well as across the river to Bluff View and downtown. Having grown up on nearby Signal Mountain, it was a great way to have our family together here in Chattanooga again! Hosts were personable and professional.

A Great place, located close to town which was great for us. We were working in town and had a truck and trailer, John helped us to accommodate them and another truck. Very good host!

Great communication/instruction and very responsive. No surprises, everything was exactly like the listing said and had everything we needed. Very clean home. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful home! It’s clear that Josh is a details guy. The home is immaculate! Great location that’s less than 5 minutes from grocery stores and less than 10 minutes from some of the great attractions. Josh was very easy to reach. Highly recommend!

Great home in the perfect location. We wanted to be close to family and we were about 15 minutes away. The house was clean neat and had everything we needed. Sophia was an exceptional host and touched base with me during our stay to make sure we had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet place to stay outside of Nashville.

After reviewing many locations, we chose this spot because previous guest had written great reviews AND the HOST was incredibly responsive and friendly. She answered all of our questions and provided great detail and made us feel confident in our decision to rent. The entire process was so easy. The Host took great care in the accommodations, providing fun QR codes with information on activities within 1 mile of the property. The building was secure, and even though it was located quite close to the train and a shelter area, we still felt quite safe. The noise level was not a problem, but if it had been, they had provided little jars full of earplugs, but again, it was not an issue. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire condo was bright and full of color. The condo was located on the 2nd Floor which provided easy access to the Gym, Lounge, extra bathrooms and pool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Property if you are planning a trip to Nashville. Will stay here again!

This place was not only beautiful and fun but also in a great location in walking distance to Broadway and other fun Nashville attractions.

Making the reservation was extremely easy. David was always quickly responsive and answered any questions I possibly had. The condo is wonderful, homey and undoubtably clean. About a half mile walk to the main streets of downtown. Would highly recommend. Thank you and amazing stay and great first trip to Nashville!

Nick is a very good host! Very quick to respond and answer any questions. Have no doubt he has the guest best interests in mind. Room was very nice felt like home! Will definitely be using Nick again for future trips with my wife!

I absolutely loved my stay at Nick's condo! It was the perfect spot for my extended work trip. I loved the location because it was so close to my work project, but it also had great walkability to food spots & several places to run errands. The Midtown / West end neighborhood felt super safe & I loved the energy. The building itself is beautiful. The amenities of the building are so awesome! The gym is great and never super busy & I loved all the communal areas and decor. Props to the hydration & coffee station. The condo itself was the best part! So amazingly decorated & a great layout with beautiful views of Midtown/the cute hotel rooftop across the way. The condo has everything you need for cooking, cleaning/laundry, lounging, closet space etc. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE--I loved it that much! Nick was great with meeting me with check-in and constantly communicating throughout my extended stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone & anyone! Hope to be back on my next work trip!

Gleicy was an outstanding host and her place is in an ideal location for those wanting walkable access to the convention center, country music hall of fame, or lower Broadway. She was a great communicator and the place was clean and comfortable.
