Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and peaceful place! The property is stunning, surrounded by nature and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rajashree was a wonderful host—very responsive, warm, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was so perfect that we genuinely didn’t feel like coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment!

We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

a perfect place for our office anniversary trip. we had a great time with such a great ambience and the availability of outdoor sports made it a fun day. the sunset cruise was beautiful and special thanks to Sebin the caretaker for carrying one of our colleagues, who had a cast on his leg, to and from the boat. overall highly recommend this place for a fun, intimate gathering.

The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing. I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was spotless and offered a stunning view. The amenities were excellent — I especially appreciated the clean, well-maintained common areas and the quiet atmosphere. The overall environment was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and stress-free experience. Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully. Jestin family's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Jason and his mother Daisy had been wonderful. Although Daisy is a quiet person she receives her guests with a great smile and there was a good interaction. Please ask if you need something. The place is not too far from boating and other places of interest like the Birds sanctuary etc...Everything went well during our stay. I recommend highly. Jayaraman
