Beautiful and tranquil spot near San Pedro. The views of the lake were stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful—great for relaxing. A bit removed from the bustle, but still easy to get into town. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Mayra and her entire team were EXCEPTIONAL for lack of better words. I have never experienced anywhere else in the world the personalized, kind, and efficient service Mayra provides to her guests. The level of care and attention to detail are simply outstanding. The place was astonishingly beautiful, private and quiet. Perfect for a personal or family retreat. Una cabaña muy bonita para relajarse, cómoda y excelente atención.

Muy hermoso lugar. Hay demasiada calma, bastante bosque y el clima bastante fresco. Es demasiado relajante y un lugar bonito para ir en pareja.

El alojamiento es tal y como se describe. Comido, seguro, limpio, con estacionamiento, comunicación fluida con el personal. El lugar es lindo y hay restaurantes en la zona, también se puede cocinar en la cabaña hay todo lo necesario. Importante que el lapso final al destino es terracería y un carro pequeño y bajo quizás pueda tener inconvenientes, especialmente en estación lluviosa.

Best place ever 100% recommend it , we are definitely coming back with the whole family . If you’re like me, that like nature, but you’re afraid of wild animals this is the best place to go. You’re able to enjoy nature without being afraid. Besides the amazing customer service at the cabin ,an excellent service of the host , Evelyn always helping and making sure everything was perfect . Thank you so much , price was excellent for the great and high level of the cabin .

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en familia. El jacuzzi perfecto para niños. El ambiente invita mucho a la calma. Cada espacio de la cabaña muy bien diseñado y acogedor.

En esta oportunidad visité a Carlos porque yo tenía un compromiso que atender, me pareció tan excelente el lugar que ahora regresaré nuevamente solo por ir a pasar el fin de semana a la cabaña. 100 puntos, totalmente recomendado y la ubicación del lugar es excelente, privado y rodeado de mucha naturaleza.

La cabaña es preciosa y con una vista increíble. Byron y Pascual nos ayudaron con las dudas que teníamos y a organizar la movilización. Se fue la luz una noche y fueron rápidos en solucionar y ayudarnos. Las gradas son extrañas, no es un lugar para ir con niños o personas mayores. En general nos encantó The Haven. Excelente lugar para desconectarse y relajarse.

El lugar es muy lindo, perfecto para desconectarte de la rutina de la ciudad. Dan y las personas locales fueron muy amables! Los utensilios de cocina son muy identificarivos del lugar, realmente fue una estadía demasiado buena! No quisimos ni salir al pueblo, puesto que lo teníamos todo en un solo lugar, paisajes, tranquilidad y un alojamiento acogedor. Solo como recomendación si vas a cocinar llevar todo lo que necesites porque sino tendrás que ir al pueblo a comprarlo.

Very beautiful tiny house close to San Marcos, two minutes walk to the lake, 10 minutes walk to the centre. It has a cosy terrace surrounded by a small strip of garden with trees, birds, squirrels and a cat. The housekeeper Sebastian is a very kind local man, it was a pleasure to meet him.

Absolutely beautiful and cozy cabin in a very peaceful area. We loved it and will come back soon. The churrasquera and fire pit are a really nice addition to the property. Everything was perfect

Was a stunning view from the Airbnb which we loved morning and night. It is a walk to get up so we recommend using the tuk tuk driver they suggest to help bring heavy luggage up and down at the start and end. The cabin does get very cold at night as there is no curtains and a slight opening at the top that lets the cold in and there wasn’t many places for us to store our things

Encantados con el lugar, la casa muy ordenada, las habitaciones impecables y cocina bien equipada. La casa cuenta con todos los espacios necesarios para un buen descanzo. El terreno lleno de arboles y la variedad de actividades que se pudieron realizar fue lo mejor. Recomendado para quien quiera estar rodeado de tranquilidad.

Este es un lugar hermoso, cerca de la ciudad, con un a vista espectacular. El atardecer se disfruta por muchas horas, una verdadera belleza. La casa es amplia y muy cómoda y estaba impecable. Está a un par de minutos de un acceso a la laguna. Toda mi familia quedó encantada y seguramente regresaremos. Otra cosa para mencionar es que Óscar y Marta, trabajadores del lugar, son muy atentos y serviciales. En resumen, una excelente opción.

Beautiful property! The view from the porch was incredible. It was our favorite part of staying there. The cabin felt just like home. The property itself was beautiful and it was nice having access to the water. They do have sprinklers going during random times so you might get wet a little heading in or out but it’s a part of the fun! The kitchen was fully stocked and able to make meals there. Shower had hot water every time. It was hard to leave and will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in San Marcos.

Fue un lugar agradable y lindo, aunque no había total privacidad la cabaña está dentro de un complejo donde hay otra vivienda y personas, en ningún momento se nos interrumpió, pero es algo que sería bueno comentar para tener en mente, por lo demás todo excelente

Un lugar muy agradable, bonito y para un fin de semana relajado. Nos sentimos muy cómodos en todo momento. Espero volver a ir en un futuro.

¡Excelente lugar y el anfitrión! Una cabaña bastante cómoda, la pasamos bastante bien y disfrutamos de la vista, tener acceso al lago fue algo increíble para el amanecer 👌🏻

Buen lugar para descansar y tener buenas vistas.

Nice place for relaxing, David was very helpful. The showers are literally the best hot showers I’ve ever had in my life, not even exaggerating. So powerful and hot, and solar powered which was cool. It’s right in front of the Tzununa dock, but there was a lot of construction work on the public infrastructure when I was there (David mentioned it was terrible timing in peak season). I highly recommend not taking a suitcase there, and be prepared to be a little tired because everything requires walking up and down. You need to make sure you take ear plugs, because the cabins are next to the road and although it is only an occasional car, because they are wooden means it sounds like you are next to them. Basically 1 shop and 1 restaurant within a 10 minute walk, so it’s very secluded. Eat before 6pm or you’re not going to get any food without taking a tuk tuk into town. David was very helpful, would stay here again but definitely travel lighter.
