Very nice home away from home. Had everything needed. The home was very clean. Would definitely come back again. Enjoyed fishing the lake. Recommend a guide if you have not ever fished this lake before. We wish we would have gotten the guide day one instead of our final day. No regrets though still had a great time!

This property was perfect for our stay. The a/c worked great. Lots of hot water for our large family. A well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. A large hot tub. A bonus screened building over the canal. My favorite was the porch swing overlooking the water. We saw lots of birds and a few river otters. Frankie met us at check in and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk with. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. I would stay here again.

Really can not say enough about how wonderful the home was. I did not need to cook but everything you could need was in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable, hot water lasted, easy check in/out. Clear instructions. Beautiful and well maintained.

We arrived at Michael’s for an eight night stay. Both homes were very clean, and had tidy yards. Michael’s pre instructions made it very easy to locate the property and get checked in. We brought two 21' bass boats and used the launch on the property, which had grippy concrete and was plenty deep. The boat house was fully equipped with lights, outlets, bumpers and cleats, and accommodated our two boats nicely. There was ample parking for our pickups and trailers in the backyard and covered carport. Going inside we found a binder with a guide to everything local - restaurants, marina, tackle, bait, grocery, gas, casinos, etc. Both homes had everything you could need, and had plenty of room to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend staying with Michael!

This place is AMAZING! So well stocked and so many nice little additions to make our stay more enjoyable. There were plenty of games to keep my kids entertained. The plug ins for chargers in each room were so awesome I’m going to get some for my own house! The sitting area beside the canal is my new favorite place on earth to drink coffee in the morning! Can’t say enough about this place! Thank you for sharing and can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!

This place was awesome as were the host. The house was very comfortable and super clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I just can’t say enough about how great our stay was. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again next year.

Mrs Peggy was an amazing host and very responsive and helpful. Place was extremely clean and fully furnished. Needed to buy nothing to live with except food. I will be looking to book with Mrs Peggy again next year.

This Airbnb was just fabulous. Decorated cute even though I don’t fish. Quiet and cozy. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful when I had a question. Place was quiet and beds were super comfortable!!

Curtis is an excellent host always responsive and proactive. The studio was adorable, very peaceful and the neighborhood was very comforting. I highly recommend this location if you like privacy and nice time to set and reflect with nature around you . Cool little place . Not fancy but very comfortable. Set up very well for cooking meals & being self sufficient.

This was our first trip to Florida for fishing and this place exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home away from home quite literally. This was perfect for our family. The rooms were large with oversized and comfortable beds. Small things made such a big deal like coffee and creamer. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We cooked breakfast on the blackstone every morning and walked to the Tiki Bar and Grill for dinner. We will definitely book this same rental when we return if it is available.

Host responded very quickly to messages. Listing was very accurate. Communication on getting into the condo was great! Condo was clean and perfect. Washer and dryer was wonderful! Felt right at home! Highly recommend and will be returning!

Quaint little house in the middle of the goat pasture. enjoyed watching the goats and friendly cats who insisted on sharing dinner with us. Bed was a little soft but we made it thru. Josie brought us a hot plate and gave us extra paper towels. nice quiet stay

This place is perfect! A true piece of paradise in southern Florida! My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing, anniversary weekend, sitting back, with no agenda, just enjoying some privacy, surrounded by nature. We got exactly what we were looking for here. The property is beautiful! Trees, plants and flowers everywhere. Everything was maintained perfectly. We had a fire pit, tiki hut, hammocks, hot tub, kayaks, and the entire pool to ourselves while we were there. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the boat dock in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the cool breeze and watching the wildlife. There is a TV in the tiki hut that you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. Inside you have plenty of everything that you need to feel like home while you're there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you left anything behind. We highly recommend this place and will plan another visit for sure

Lori was a wonderful host! She was proactive, helpful, and responsive. The cottage was exactly as shown in the pictures. I would come back here next time I’m in town!

This is my second time staying here. Will definitely be back again. Micheal is a great host and responded back very quickly when I reached out. Was great to sit in the frontroom and be able to look out the window and see the water out back. Definitely worth the price.
