My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. Just got home from a truly wonderful weekend at Wayan House. Everything in the house is high quality and immaculate. The pool, dining and kitchen area are so well designed and it was such a great place to celebrate my birthday. We were lucky enough to extend our stay and will certainly be back in the future - thank you and see you again soon!

maganda Yung place, super worth it! make surel lang to buy ice and food! we bought 3 pack of ice sa alpha mart. gawin nyo ng 5. bumili din kayo ng food for the entire staty kasi nakaka tamad lumabas pag andoon na kayo. maganda Yung place! make sure Lang na prepared kayo. 5 ice pack sa alpha mart! food for the entire stay.

our family (16pax) enjoyed our stay for 3days and 2 nights. ms marjorie from the parking boat area and kuya eddie’s family are super friendly and kind. the place is so peaceful and our kids enjoyed the pool. while the young adults enjoyed the lake, karaoke and billiard table. our bonfire experience is super fun beacuse ot the card games we found inthe dining area. our host is very responsive as well. we had a happy memory here. thank you and until next time.

Thank you for allowing us to use the resort for the second time. Jam, also allows us to adjust our check in time since we are all tired came from work. All of my leaders was so happy because of the place was so spacious, rooms are all clean and even Kuya Bambinwas so helpful. I will still recommend this resort to my colleagues. thank you Jam. 🙂

Great place to stay if you like a farm stay. Strong AC and has kitchen. Lots of mosquitoes so better have citronella spray, mosquito repellant like off lotion. They have their own dogs so there is a potential may get conflict if you bring your own dogs. Our dogs are both chaser. So they chase 2 of their dogs and one of them bite my smaller dog. The caretaker was quick to leash their dog afterwards. They also have chickens. Pathwalk is quite muddy and tricky. If you are not carefull you can easily slip. The waether is noce it rains from time to time which makes it colder even at noontime. Overall, a great experience.

This Airbnb was perfect for our party! The location was super convenient, close to everything we needed, and the spacious rooms were a huge plus. Plenty of room for everyone to mingle. The ample parking was a lifesaver, too – no stress about finding spots. The host was very accommodating and made everything so easy. Highly recommend for gatherings!

Arlene's place is awesome. The hot pool, huge lot area and clean place. Arlene is very kind and responsive also her sis in law Gigi. they are both kind and responsive. It's a place where you just want to relax and unwind and stay away from the busy streets of manila. The place is in a quiet subdivision. very peaceful yet the main road is just 5 to 10 mins away. we enjoyed our stay. the kids enjoyed the pool. Thanks Arlene and Ms Gigi. Definitely one of those places you will surely consider to stay again in the future.

Nice cozy home. Me, my girlfriend, and my friends enjoyed our stay here. area is away from traffic and noise. Easy access outside the gate to get a tricycle to go anywhere you need. it was a great home I would stay here again.

Overall a great property, more spacious than what I had expected. Very clean, even the outdoor dirty kitchen. The house was fully equipped like it’s your own home. Thank you to the host and the care takers!

We recently had our stay at **Dikub Farm House** — and you know what, *ma men?!* Tama lahat ng reviews dito — it *exceeds expectations*! Yung bukid life na pinapangarap mo? Mae-experience mo dito. The breathtaking view of **Mt. Malarayat** and the rice field scenery? *Grabe. Sobrang ganda.* The tranquility and peace of mind? Unmatched. But more than the view, it’s the people that make the place truly special. **Mam Ghenny**, the owner, is incredibly kind and accommodating — *dabest talaga!* And please, bigyan niyo na po ng dagdag sahod si **Kuya Junnie** — super bait, always smiling, hardworking, and laging handang tumulong kahit kami na ang nahihiya. *Grabeee!!* **Worth every peso** — the price, the experience, and most of all, the hospitality. Highly recommended!

The place had a homey vibe and amenities are ok. It is near the clubhouse and having a dip pool is a plus.

We did enjoy the stay although it's far from the highway, but it's peaceful and quiet. Lots of fruit trees you can enjoy munching while around the farm. Swimming pool was our favorite. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Among the AirBnb's we booked, this place is one of the best. For a very affordable price we get to experience farm life, one that we actually dreamt of having in the near future. The interior of the house is very beautiful, homey, relaxing and peaceful with complete amenities. We celebrated our 3rd year anniversary intimately, talking about our memories and plans beside the bonfire. We also have lots of good photos here. The view of both the sunrise and the sunset is superb and adds beauty to the place (thanks to the tip to wake up at 5:30am). Mam Jane and Ate Ofelia are both kind and responsive. Thank you for this worthwhile stay. We will surely come back with our family and friends.

My partner and I booked this place a day before check in. Perfect getaway for couples to realign away from distraction. It was a unique off-grid experience having an island to yourself (mostly - the caretaker does reside in the island with his family - they will not disturb you and Tony is very helpful when requested). We were surprised with how much larger the island was compared to the pictures - there's sufficient space for 15 people for sure specially if you bring a tent. The exterior of the structures are slightly worn out due to it's proximity to the water perhaps. The interior is very well maintained - we were surprised with how clean the inside of the guest structures were. The dedicated study/office is fantastic as well - which overlooks the firepit area and surrounding waters (although there is one cracked glass panel). Unfortunately, it was rainy when we were there so we weren't able to kayak or fish. We will next time though! Overall, highly recommend this place!

Cindy’s place was clean. Complete with cooking utensils. Had plenty of room and bathrooms. It was quiet that we had a good nights rest. It’s conveniently located by the diversion. Cindy provided fresh fruits and beautiful flowers for my family and I to enjoy. Cindy was a great host.
