2 weeks in this house was really peaceful and nice. The general manager Mudy and also Anna were very proactive. The house is situated in a very quiet environment and we could walk 15 minutes to Kendwa beach. Otherwise we took moto taxis. I really recommand this place

I strongly recommend Christina’s place! First of all, the host is incredibly friendly, cooperative, and kind, I truly felt at home. The place is also very clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. It’s easily accessible and conveniently located near restaurants and other amenities. It’s a great place to stay with your family.

Le logement de Cécile est situé à la sortie d’Arusha (moins de 10min en voiture du centre) dans une rue calme très sécurisée. Je n’étais pas motorisée (NB: Cécile peut louer sa voiture) et tous les taxis que j’ai approché ont facilement trouvé l’endroit. Il y a des petites boutiques de quoi faire quelques courses dans le coin à moins de 5min à pied ce qui est appréciable. Demi, la dame de maison, est adorable, a fait tous les efforts pour rendre mon séjour agréable. Sa cuisine est délicieuse! Je recommande fortement. Il y a eu une panne de courant touchant tout le quartier (en rien la faute de l’hôte!) un samedi entier, rien d’anormal en Afrique, inévitable. Pour les voyageurs surpris comme moi par l’hiver tanzanien (et non indien), il ne fait pas très chaud et la maison n’a pas de radiateurs. Couvrez-vous et faites usages de toutes les couvertures disponibles. Cécile a été super disponible, répondant rapidement sur WhatsApp. Le guide de maison était aussi super complet. Merci à elle pour un séjour reposant !

Friendly host and very responsive and helpful

I would and will always recommend this cozy home if you are a private and a peaceful person. Very beautiful home, clean and so nice. It will always be first choice whenever i need a private and peaceful time. The hosts are lovely, really straightforward and friendly. I love the home. Big up

We enjoyed our stay in Kelvin‘s house. It is in a quiet area a little bit outside the city Center. But it’s a safe area, in which you are surrounded by locals but you can still walk around safely. Kelvin is really welcoming and always available if you need something. Because Google maps can’t locate the place correctly, we would advice that you call Kelvin when you are on your way to the house, so that he can give your driver the instructions. That’s how we did it and it worked without complications. We also went for three days on Safari and Kelvin gave us the opportunity that we can leave some of our luggage in his place, which was really kind and helpful. Also in the evening you can sit outside together and have long conversations. We would recommend this place!

Eileen's place is very spacious and in a good accessible location. We could buy food easily and visited the beaches nearby. Navo is very friendly and we asked her to cook for three nights, which she did beautifully. Thanks Eileen, we had a lot of fun.

Dolphin House is a truly unique place and experience. The position directly on the beach is priceless - I could never get sick of the view! There's a good balance of home comforts and the privacy of the house with still feeling connected with the outside, the community and just generally being in Zanzibar. We spent all of our time in the outside space - rotating between the sofas, the loungers on the beach, the table and the pool. It's incredibly well thought out and comfy! Rudy and his local team were always on hand. The chefs, in particular, are exceptional - while you are handy for plenty of restaurants and bars, we enjoyed every breakfast and most of our dinners at the villa. When you have the best spot on the beach, there was very little reason to leave!

Sarah’s place was perfect. It was comfortable plenty of room for the two of us easy to get to local restaurants and swimming at the yacht club. Am so thankful for the opportunity to stay there. Can’t wait to return.

I had a wonderful stay at Agatha’s! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever I had questions. The communication before and during my stay was clear and detailed, with great instructions that made check-in and everything else seamless. The house itself was spotless — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything I needed. It felt like a true home away from home. I also appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which made it easy to relax and unwind after long days. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and I could tell the host really cares about creating a great experience for guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and well-managed place!

It was a wonderful stay in Zanzibar. The house was big, comfortable, and clean. It is located on the main road of Paje, so everything is very close, especially the beach. Hiba was amazing—very helpful, and we truly loved her. The house has all the amenities one might need. We specifically stayed for over 20 days and never regretted it for a moment. I highly recommend it. When we visit the island again, we will definitely stay here.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment upstairs in one of the houses on the compound. The garden is beautiful, it is a quiet and safe area. It was fun to go across to the football field in the evenings and watch the local games. A local farmer sells fresh delicious yogurt across the lane.. There is lovely choir music on Saturday aft / Sunday mornings. The apartment was comfortable and all services as described in the posting were provided. The balcony was lovely to use in the evenings to catch the cool breeze. The on-site staff were wonderful and were quick to respond to all questions and requests. Grace also responded quickly to any questions. The small road leading to the apartment is a bit rough but okay to walk/drive slowly. It is good to have transport if you want to access the larger supermarkets and restaurants, but there are plenty of local shops within walking distance. Local transport is also available close by. I would recommend Grace and Bengt's place.

Attu's place is located in very safe street close by to the police station, security guarded and monitored with CCTV 24/7. The landscape and garden outside are well maintained which provide a comfortable outdoor atmosphere. The kitchen is full equipped with all the essential utensils for cooking, eating and coffee making. The internal decor and amenities are of high quality designed to give you a sense of luxury and value. The room is spacious with Queen size bed, and I found the mattress to be very comfy covered with very clean sheets. She has installed water system that ensure the water running in the house is clean and safe, the water from the tap is portable. Reliable power with standby generator. I had warm welcoming to the house especially from Mama Agnes who always available whenever you need her help. The host respond swiftly, and she is ready to go extra miles to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. This is one of the gems in town and I would recommend to anyone.

Hamid was great- he let us have a late checkout and there was a problem with the tv which he replaced within an hour. Recommended local places to eat and go out

We had a wonderful stay at Magdalena’s apartment by the ocean! We were 3 adults and one infant, and the place worked great for us. Only issue was that the window screens had holes in them, and mosquitos got in if we didn’t close the glass in the evening, so we had to use air conditioning all the time. Also, after the initial electricity balance we had to pay for additional electricity. This could be mentioned in the listing details.

My 3 week stay at Wanja's place was peaceful and I felt at home. Wanja and the Aura Space Team were always responsive to my inquires and accommodating to my needs during my stay. This was my first visit to East Africa and to Zanzibar so I appreciated each of the dining and sightseeing suggestions Wanja provided. The area was very walkable and I met many friendly locals who helped to make my stay enjoyable. I would stay at Wanja's place again.

J’avais logé dans un autre logement à Stone Town lors d’un précédent séjour mais je préfère celui-ci car il est plus authentique et l’hôte est très accueillant et chaleureux, nous a donné des recommandations de restaurant pour nous aider. Les logements au rez de chaussée sont un peu sombre car les fenêtres ne sont pas ouvertes mais c’est à cause du centre ville. Très bien situé

we had a really nice stay. Happy is a very responsive host and always helpful. apartment is nice and clean and the cleaner comes regularly. One time she even noticed the sink was having issues and immediately called the fundi to repair it. The location is great, right in the centre of Masaki. internet works well and we were able to work without issues. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely short stay at Ammar's place. The apartment was spacious and had a nice view and Ammar was very helpful with checking in to see if we needed anything. The area is peaceful and nice but not too far away from Arusha city centre. It might be slightly hard to find the first time around. Only downside was that the mentioned pool and gym were not in as nice condition as we had hoped. Would still stay again if in need of a spacious good place. Thanks Ammar!

The place was easy to find, safe and secure and with easy reach to nice restaurant in the masaki peninsular. The host was always easy to reach and her response time was pristine. Would highly recommend this place and definitely staying on my next visit

I had a great weekend away with my family at this facility, it was a home away from home. A very good, clean and well taken care home which was friendly for not only Adults but Children too.
