Beautiful property - everything was just as advertised and more. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Quiet, private location with gorgeous views. The hosts were exceptional - very gracious, thoughtful and accommodating to any possible need. We were delighted to find the house so beautifully decorated for Christmas. It made for a very special stay. Thank you!

We were a group of seven across three generations, and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms made it so comfortable for everyone. The home was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed—and then some! There were bikes, a stroller, and even a stroller wagon, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location couldn't have been better—we rode the bikes to the shore every morning and spent time playing with the badminton set. The backyard was nice and big. It was such a joy to relax outside and soak up the sun. Gwen was a fantastic host—always responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The house are clean, bright with a great view. We had a wonderful time and were lucky to have wonderful weather during our stay! We also had a lot of fun playing Mad Gab and other games in the games chest. We were successful in catching some fish and plenty of crabs. It was a great vacation. We enjoyed it very much.

Heather was a wonderful host and was so proactive with making sure we knew exactly how to find her rental and get in the house with no issues. We have stayed at quite a few properties in Annapolis and this is the one we will look for availability first during our future stays.

Donna was a terrific host, responded to my questions promptly and the one level house worked really well for my group who was in town for a family wedding. My mom needed the room with the hand holds in the shower and all of us enjoyed the king beds in the other rooms. The view is spectacular and we loved having the option to sit on the front or side porch depending on the time of day. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We also liked the way the living room was set up with plenty of seating for our group. I would recommend this house!

Ryan was a spectacular hostess! She truly thought of everything we might need and had it available for us. Her recommendations were great and she was so responsive when we had questions. The house is so beautiful and such a peaceful location. We had a bunch of kids from ages under one to six-years-old and she had toys and spaces set up to keep them all entertained. We will be back for sure!

our weekend was great. The house was in a perfect location within close walking distance of the town and the Sea Glass festival! The house was cozy and comfortable and made our girls’ weekend lots of fun!

I cannot say enough about Paul! Proactive, great recommendations and an all-around fantastic fellow! My children, two dogs, and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! The place itself is immaculate and has a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes from the Naval Academy and an easy ride to the Greenbelt metro so we could catch a DC United game in the city.

It is in great location right in the center of downtown St. Micheals. Lots of great restaurants and shopping.

A hidden gem! Had a excellent experience Labor Day Weekend for Sunday through Monday stay. Would definitely stay again for the full weekend. Host flexible on check out and was able to accommodate a last minute upgrade for our engagement!

We loved our stay at this bed and breakfast. It was the perfect place to spend the weekend in St. Michaels since it's in a historic and peaceful setting and right by town for restaurants and the harbor. It was a great place to relax and was very easy to go in and out during the weekend. Check-in and check-out was very easy plus a great breakfast and lots of available beverages.
