really nice place, everything clean and confortabile, close to attractions

We enjoyed our stay at Chill Inn Osaka. The place was clean and everything is organized. House rules/instructions were provided as well. The location is walkable from the train station and a lot of establishments and convenient stores nearby. In addition, Satomi is a great host and has been very accommodating throughout our stay.

The place was superb. It's very near the Namba station so it's very accessible. Very few steps away from Lawson so that is a plus.

Good communication from the host. Really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit far from the main station as we need to take a cab bcs we couldn’t walk with our luggage but it was worth it. There were so many nice little bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommended

Lovely little place and room for our stay in Kyoto. Originally thought I’d booked somewhere that was a little out the way from everything but once there realised it’s actually a great location. Easy to get to Kyoto station, easy access to buses (good for bamboo forest and Kinkaku-ku shrine), lovely shopping around the area too. The room was a decent size, larger than most hotels and airbnbs that I originally looked at for the area. Very grateful to see an elevator in the building as well. Would definitely rebook and recommend to friends in the future.

The place was a whole 2 story 4 bedroom house with 2 double beds in each bedroom. Amazing quality and value and a very close to the station so easy to go out to Osaka and Kyoto. Cant recomend the place enough, and the host even let us in early after we arrived a bit ahead of the check in time! Would like to visit again!

great place to stay in. it is really close to dotonbori also there is a 7/11 across the airbnb easy access for atm machine and for breakfast. the airbnb is perfect. the host is very responsive and very friendly.

host was very responsive when we had queries during our stay, and also provided clear and detailed instructions & directions prior to stay. walking distance to metro station, and very accessible to namba, usj and other attractions.

Our stay at Seiko's house was wonderful. A typical traditional place with all the equipment for a comfortable stay. Our family loved every bit of their time in this really special place with a super friendly host. We hope to come back one day!

Our stay at Tony's place was great! We loved the design and our 4yo was a big fan of the multi-level set-up. Tony was super helpful, meeting us at the station and walking with us to his place, providing lots of information about the place and local surroundings, and even gave us a ride to the station when we left. Would recommend!

Very comfortable for 3 of us. It is within 15-25 mins walk to most attractions partly on narrow roads. Taxis can conveniently stop right outside the apt. The apt has easy-to-use amenities eg washer cum dryer, relaxing round bath tub, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, well-lit rooms on 2nd floor with comfortable floor mattresses. Little space downstairs if you have many big suitcases as stairways can be narrow to move them to second floor.

The home is very special and unique. We are a family of two adults, a 16yo and 8yo. We all loved the home traditional aspects of the home with modern appliances. Even though the home is nestled into a neighborhood, it is a short walk to the gorgeous river, a huge grocery store and a little further are bus stops and train stations. The bikes were such a gift and we enjoyed using them. Although we didn't use them, it was thoughtful to have rain jackets and umbrellas available. Hiroe met us promptly even after a time change with little notice. She was efficient and thorough in her directions. We felt grateful to stay in such a lovely and comfortable home.

Can't beat the location if you want to visit Mt. Inari before or after the crowds. Since the grounds are open 24 hours, you can walk over anytime, day or night. And although the shops and shrine facilities are only staffed from about 9am to 6pm, you are free to walk the torii gates anytime, and it's absolutely surreal after dark. Also right next to a nice bridge over a picturesque river, and very close to a 7-11. Inside, the place is very nice, and certainly would stay there again.

Great host and wonderful location. On arrival we met the cleaner to drop our bags who was exceptionally helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Check in was seamless and the host was communicative and responsive to any questions!

友人7人と過ごさせていただきましたが、備品、部屋数、広さ、全てが素晴らしくとても快適に過ごせました！ 食器やタオルも清潔で、洗面所が大きくトイレ3つ、シャワールームも2つあり大人数でもとても過ごしやすかったです！ またすぐ近くに24時間営業のスーパーがありとても便利でした

We had a great stay at this home in Osaka! The house was very clean, well-prepared, and had everything we needed. Bi, the owner, was kind and always accommodating to our requests, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Kuromon Market and very close to the MRT, making it super convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place to end our vacation :) So many places to walk to, and so close to the station. There is also multiple subway stations in the area that made it so easy to go anywhere. The futon provided were so comfortable!! We really enjoyed our time here!!

This is such a perfect and cool place in Kyoto for a family of four. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. The windows have amazing views of the city and make for great people watching. The beds and futons are comfy. The 2 bathrooms are so convenient. The dryer dries well which is rare in Japan. The host responds quickly. We also enjoyed the Starbucks right downstairs and the hip rooftop bar above. Things to consider: It’s one big open space so you won’t get much privacy. And there’s only one large sink by the kitchen for both bathroom and kitchen use, which may be a bit awkward. But those were no problems for us. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Kyoto.

tout s'est bien passé, le logement était propre, bien équipé et très bien placé (métro, quartiers à voir, etc) l'hôte est très reactive, les instructions sont claires.

지역 이름 그대로 살기좋고, 길게 있고싶은곳 언젠가, 살거나 길게 여행을 하게되면 나가이공원 주변에서 꼭 머물고싶다는 생각이 항상 있었습니다. 휴직을 하고, 드디어 용기를내서 왔네요. 운이 좋게도 이 숙소가 있어서, 선택하게 되었어요. 숙소에 대해선 사실 세탁기만 있으면 다 없어도OK 라는 생각이었는데, TV, 레인지, 세탁기, 에어컨까지 다 있어서 너무좋았어요. 불만이 전혀 없어서 숙소 내부에 대해 뭔가 가득가득 쓰고싶어도 떠오르는게 없네요. 호스트는 오사카사람 그 자체입니다. 활기차고, 웃음이 많은 밝은사람이며, 모두와 금방 친해지는 사람이에요. 숙소 관리자와 같이 밥먹는걸 경험해본적 없었는데, 함께 밥도먹고, 사소한 일상적인 대화도 하며, 덕분에 즐거운 시간이었어요. 무언가가 필요하거나 부족한 부분이 없는지 항상 확인해줍니다. 혹시 오시는분이 일본어나 영어를 못하더라도, 통역어플이 있으니까 어떻게든 도와줄거에요. "외국어는 다른나라의 말이니까 어쩔수없이 틀릴수밖에 없으니까, 틀리더라도 좌절하지않고 꾸준히 쓰며 익숙해지면된다" 라는 생각의 호스트라서, 정말 멋있다고 생각합니다. 예정때문에 지금은 잠시 나고야로 이동했지만, 당장이라도 돌아가고싶을정도로 여전히 생각나는 지역이고 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 지역의 사람들도 친절하며 웃음이 많아요. 함께있으면 미소짓게되는 분위기의 사람들이 사는 동네이고, 항상 조용한 분위기의 마을이지만, 주말이나 스포츠경기가 있는날은 활기넘치는 마을이 됩니다.

Aoi’s place in Osaka is excellent, we were 4 - had plenty of space and felt very comfortable, it’s supper close to Subway and well communicated with everything - some great restaurants within minutes and you can ask Aoi for her recommendation and you won’t be disappointed. She helped us a lot and was always very responsive - i would definitely stay again here

Excellent unit in the heart of Osaka. It’s incredibly convenient, well laid out, and clean. 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and 2 showers was a godsend for our group. I definitely recommend staying here if you plan to visit Osaka
