Everything was as seen in the listing. My relatives enjoyed their stay and told me that they would be booking this unit again.

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

The unit was on the 3rd floor (rooftop), so if you are traveling with senior, it’s not advisable since malalaki steps ng stairs. Malaki ang balcony. The room was just right for 4pax. Mainit sa tanghali, di kaya ng AC, so good thing may electric fan to help circulate the air. Plates were a bit small, we were 4 and had 4 plates. So wala kami magamit pang serving plate. We were able to cook sa terrace since not allowed to cook inside, which is ok lang. CR was okay naman, with bidet, flush & hot water. Pero maliit yung drainage so matagal mawala water sa floor pag naligo ka. I liked that they have free drinking water, and it was self-check in. So nakapasok kami with no issues even at 12 midnight.

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

The place was very affordable! If you want somewhere to stay in Tagaytay, this might be the best place for you. They also have a restaurant downstairs so you wouldn't need to worry to look for a place to eat. Our small family spent New Year's Eve here in their place and we felt really welcome, as if we are part of their family. That's how accomodating and kind they are. You would really feel like home on their place. Also, the place was very clean and very spacious. They have free netflix on their TV. Kitchen utensils and cookwares are complete. We had no problem with our stay in Frangel's Transient. In fact, we really enjoyed our stay. We really recommend this place! We would definitely be back here!

The place was in a convenient location and overall fairly comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the host—she was incredibly responsive and helpful any time I had a question, which I really appreciated. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The kitchen was missing some basics like a kitchen towel, and there was only one electric socket in the kitchen area, which made using multiple appliances a bit tricky. It also would’ve been great to have some slippers available for guests.

we had a great stay. the condo unit was huge and the aircon made the place really code. funny enough, the place was so new that we were the only people in the entire building as per the people in the lobby. not recommended for people who will not bring a car. the supermarket is 2 mins away and there are so many restaurants near. we did not have a specific parking slot and when we got there, the parking area was getting painted lol. but no hassle as the concierge were v helpful and like i said we were the only ones there so we were able to park in front of the building. the place is so perfect!! will go back. (the only con was the sofa wasnt very soft haha)

My family enjoyed our Christmas stay at Tara’s place. Really lovely place with a big pool. All the caretakers were nice and welcoming also!

Karlo’s place was spacious and exactly as described. Our toddler loved the playground and the pool, while our dogs enjoyed having a large area to roam around. Everything was clean and well-organized, and the room felt even more spacious in person. Overall, we had a wonderful stay — highly recommended for families with kids and pets.

Had a delightful stay here! Place looks like as advertised. The place is clean, and is complete with utensils and kitchenware. Toilet is a bit tight but is complete with hot shower. Another good thing is you can order thru delivery from a nearby restaurant, so if you didn't bring any food to cook, there is something to eat. Entry to the place is a bit challenging due to the tight road space and the gradient of the road, but any experienced driver can go through it. Caretakers are responsive and very helpful! Definitely had a nice stay here, and will recommend this to other people.

We had a lovely stay! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. Towels, blankets, and cooking utensils were all provided, which made things really convenient. Our host was welcoming and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

Recommend for those who want to have a staycation in a peaceful area. A plus to those who love to read books. Very responsive host.

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

We had a great stay here! The place is relaxing and accessible to a lot of restaurants. Host is responsive and was able to check in early. Plus it is a pet friendly!

I am very satisfied with the service provided and sa room. one thing na Hindi ko lang nagustuhan is Yung elevator talaga. 6 naman Yung elevator pero grabe talaga tagal Ng paghihintay. Bigla din nagsasara Yung elevator. muntik pa may maipit na bata. sana maayos yung elevator bago pa may maaksidente

The room is really simple yet homey. The view of the Taal is magnificent. We just had a minimal problem with the sink since it was clogged though the caretaker is kind enough to have it fixed.

Nice location! The caretaker is quite accommodating, and it's a plus to have an honesty store! All in all, it was an amazing experience!

The place is exactly the same as what is listed. It was clean and complete. It fit our group and the host was kind enough to let us have another guest that exceeded the capacity. We were able to cook our food comfortably because their kitchen is complete with all the things that you need. The rooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows and the toilets were clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, additional points is that they have board games and toys that kept our kids occupied while we prepared our food. We will definitely come back. :)

I had a great experience during my stay! The service was excellent—the staff member we contacted was very responsive and always willing to assist us whenever we had questions. The location is also a big plus, with tourist spots nearby and open parking lots available, which made things very convenient. I also appreciated the food setup—everything was stored in the fridge or cabinet, ready for us to purchase and enjoy whenever we wanted. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Sir Aldwin was very accommodating — he even helped us commute from the location since it was our first time in the area. He was very hands-on throughout the check-in and check-out process, which made everything smooth and easy. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a great experience for just the two of us. The room was very spacious — it’s normally good for 4 people, but I think it can comfortably accommodate up to 6. The bathroom was fully equipped with all the essentials, and the kitchen was complete as well. The bed was clean, with extra clean sheets provided. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable; we enjoyed streaming Netflix and YouTube without any issues. The balcony was a bit crowded, but it didn’t really matter because we loved the view, especially the glimpse of Taal Lake. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!
