The host and the caretaker is very accommodating, Its easy to request for things and they even let us extend our checked out time. The place is also great and have board games.

The place was beautiful. All the help that we needed was provided for. Fortunate also that we booked this place because for around 3 hours, a blackout had occurred but the place had a generator so we didn’t have to worry about it. The host was very responsive.

Balai Pahuwai is really a nice place to stay. Perfect place to relax and a place that is so peaceful and a time to really bond with family. Me and my family really like the place and the staff is really accommodating and Bang is always responsive and very helpful to our request. It’s too bad we didn’t managed to experience the bamboo bridge because it is under maintenance but overall we like our stay in this place and it is very clean. I might book it again in the future. Thank you again to the staff of Balay Pahuwai and bang.

We had a fantastic stay! Ma'am Sarah Jocelyn was so accommodating and welcoming. The entire place was super clean, brand new and comfortable, and we felt right at home. Staff were all friendly, responsive and helpful. Lavish, very big room, clean and well maintained. Excellent facilities and entertainment. Great ambience for relaxation Everything was excellent. Place fit with our numbers.. It is clean and quiet, we slept well. Only cons is heater at the ground floor is not working.. otherwise the whole place is great.

The place is perfect for 14 pax, spacious,lots of rooms to stay, cozy. perfect surroundings for parties or if mag parlor games. Ms Dustine is very responsive, and the caretaker mang Panyong, he is nice and madali kausap. The place has lots of kitchenwares so you wont have any problems cooking, bathrooms are also clean, no internet connection, so no Netflix, but that wont be a problem since you wont be needing any of those, its much better to enjoy the view and the weather.... well one thing to keep in mind that security is quite tight, before going to the place, you need to remind the host that you need to submit a guest list, the plate numbers of all your vehicles entering Canyon Woods, and endorsement for the clubhouse if you will be using any facilities or in their funzone to avoid inconvenience. but overall, its a worthy staycation.

Krystellene's house is a great place! We felt very comfortable inside, and I love the quiet atmosphere even outside. It's located in a subdivision and is easy to find. We chose this place because it's near the bus terminal and SM San Pablo. I would highly recommend her place and would love to come back again! My niece also loves it here. We truly feel at home!

Overall great experience value for money though some of the bulbs in the room for example like the bathroom wasn’t working and the balconey but smooth check in no issues at all.

Comfy, Affordable, Clean with stunning view of Taal Lake! The host went above and beyond to provide convenience and comfort to their guests. They have towels, extra pillows & (2) beds, bath essentials, Toys to use for my children and FREE (complimentary) Car Parking. Aica and her team met us with a friendly welcome, gave us clear instructions and expectations about the property and accommodated my questions and simple requests. The place is worth every penny that I paid for- peaceful neighborhood with family friendly amenities and excellent location within Tagaytay. I will definitely book them again for my next trip and recommend them to friends and Family.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

At sobrang nasurprise kami sa pa welcome na Anniversary decor for our Anniversary staycation😍 Sabi nga ng mga anak ko kung dun na ba daw kami titira kasi maganda daw yung house namin. Take note: Hindi marunong magsinungaling ang bata😂 Sobrang bait at responsive ang owner at yung caretaker nila. Highly recommended. Book your staycation na guys at hindi nyo ito pagsisihan😇

I had a great stay at Jose's. It's very spacious and makes for a great bachelor pad. There is a Tricycle Park not 2 minutes walk away from the house, and it costs less than 100 pesos ( < $2) to get to the SM Mall or back. Jose and the caretaker were great hosts and I would happily stay there again when I'm back in Dasmarinas!

Beautiful and clean place. Everything is new. Had a bit of confusion (no clear insteuctions) with checked in , but was cleared out when we called Ms Mylene. Overall one of the best units to rent in Pico
