Charlie’s place was very comfortable and easy to find. Everything we needed was there. Had a parking spot behind the house, which was helpful. Very close Fred Meyer’s and other stores. We enjoyed our stay there!

Janice was great to work with! Very friendly and responds quickly. Clean and organized home. Will definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed the place, it was perfect for my weekend getaway to see family on short notice. It had all the amenities I could've possibly asked for, it was a great location in walking distance to restaurants and breweries, very peaceful despite being so near downtown. The host was kind and helpful and solid on communication, I felt welcome and right at home through the whole process. This is definitely somewhere I will stay again.

I had a great stay. I wasn't in the space much during my visit, but I slept great every night, the shower was hot with great water pressure, and I enjoyed the coffee during my quiet time every morning. It was just what I needed. I would stay there again for sure.

Mary is such a kind and welcoming host! We felt right at home! She was flexible with our checkout needs.

We had an amazing time, Cindy and Ben make us feel at home. Their attention to detail is a gift, I got a giggle out of the toilet paper insignia, and the coffee was amazing. The apartment was immaculate and every possible little extra you could think of, even including snacks, made you feel like you were a personal guest in their home. If you’re looking for a place to stay, you have found it you don’t need to be looking anywhere else. We will be coming back for sure.!

Loved staying here. it felt like you were staying at a friend's house. Not just a rental that's bare and plain. I felt right at home here. Perfect walking distance to restaurants and multiple thrift stores. Great place, great host, would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay in Nickolas's Musical Oasis very much. I enjoyed his quirky wordly art and musical selection. The cd players happened to have my favorite artists already loaded. The location was perfect for me as I was taking a workshop and could easily walk to the location. He was an excellent communicator, and made sure I found it and got inside easily. I would certainly stay again.

Great place for a tranquil visit! Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful home, well kept. Love the balcony in the back of the house, nice to sit outside with a morning cup of coffee!

Great location, an easy 8 minute walk to the downtown area, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Yes the bathroom is in a separate part from the main living area but I didn't really mind it. It was easy to pop over and get ready for the day/night.

Cathy was very accommodating and responsive. The original posting had the incorrect apartment number listed but she was able to correct this right away when I checked in. The apartment has some squeaky floors but was well furnished and comfortable

My husband and daughters stayed at this wonderful place again. Caroline and her husband are always so friendly and accommodating. This is my husband's first choice whenever he visits Eugene! Thanks again for providing a home away from home for my family!

We we in Eugene to see afternoon Hamilton Broadway show. Just wanted quiet, clean place to sleep before returning to Salem. The fact there is no kitchen was no issue. it did have microwave and refrigerator. No TV but that to was no issue. It was a beautiful day close to the McKenzie Pathway and nearby rose garden which would be beautiful in June. Would stay again!

I had an excellent stay. Clean, modern, and perfectly located in the heart of Eugene. The host was responsive, the check-in process was smooth, and the space was comfortable and well-equipped. I’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy and the bath towels are super soft. A dream of a stay! I have also rented the barn apartment on the same property. All of my stays have been wonderful! Julie and Mark are exceptional hosts! They are very kind and gracious and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Julie is a deeply caring, generous, and honest woman. She is an inspiration. I was treated like family. Even my cat was treated like family! Their property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The horses are beautiful and friendly. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, frogs, and birds, including wild turkeys. So peaceful! I truly enjoyed my time here. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; not only will you be staying in the most extraordinary accommodation, you will be treated with kindness and respect. They are amazing people!

Ellen was very responsive! So great that they accept pets, the pups loved visiting as well. Highly recommend for a clean, quiet space!!

And of course, by giving a five star review, chances are that minimizes our opportunities for availability, as this darling home becomes a staple for travelers to consider. Clean, cozy, comfortable and welcoming are just a few words used to describe this sweet place. Pictures are as accurate as ever when considering a stay here. Carol and Mark are wonderful hosts and truly ‘those people’ in your life that you just want to keep on getting to know. Lovely! Recommend everything about this place! It won’t disappoint!

I cannot say enough good things about Rich’s place- it was spotless and cozy, with all the amenities one could possibly need- even champagne! The hot tub was amazing in the cool fall weather. Walkable to the stadium and easy to get to- I’ll definitely be back for more!

The place was cute and conveniently located. The bed was confortable.

If you need a nice dark place to sleep (like we did for our two young kids), this is a great place for that! Everything was clean and easy to find/figure out, and the setting is quite nice.

This is an ideal spot for visiting Corvallis- walkable and likeable. The surroundings are gorgeous and the apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Ellen was extremely friendly and helpful. She proactively communicated to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend the property and the hosts.
