This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Awesome place, very clean and had everything needed for a good time. Only drawback is that the key card stopped working at one point (not fault of host). Luckily I had my phone and car keys with me. If I would have left them inside it would have been a 20 minute walk at night in the cold to get a replacement. The resort should look into this issue. Overall great place.

Jean's apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner there one night and have all of the oils and seasonings that we needed to make the meal.

Thanks for the host making this place like home. Furnitures are well organized. My partner and I love the sofa in the living room. There is a big sofa and single arm chair sofa. It’s good for staying with partner to kiss cuddle and more. We love the well organized kitchen. Very well-equipped. They even have some stock of food, coffee and tea bags just in case if you are hungry in mid night. We came here for skiing trip. It’s just 15 min to Mt Snow, 1.5h to Okemo. Stratton is also around this area. Great location for mountain staycation.

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

We truly enjoyed this place. Very clean inside and peaceful surroundings. Looks just like the photos. We would stay here again.

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

This was our first experience with Airbnb and it couldn’t have been better. Jeremiah and Lisseth were SO communicative from beginning to end. The house was gorgeous, perfect snowy vacation. The kids loved the playroom! The hot tub was a dream in the snow. Plenty of space but still cozy at the same time. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back. We had the best week! We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, comfortable, and peaceful home—perfect for our family of five! The space was quiet, private, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's in a beautiful location right by Lake Province, and we had almost everything we needed for our 3-night Easter weekend stay. Our older children attend UNH, and this was the perfect spot for us all to be together, relax, play games, and enjoy quality family time. We love to cook, and the brand new kitchen was gorgeous and a joy to use—we prepared three amazing meals together! Just a heads-up for fellow cooks: the kitchen is stocked with the basics, so if you're planning more elaborate meals, you might want to bring a few extra tools. The outdoor space was also a highlight! With beautiful weather all three days, we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the fire pit, string lights, grilling, eating al fresco, and just being together. We truly loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

We had a big group of moms visit for a long weekend and it was SO specious and a gorgeous location. Great hosts as well, super responsive and helpful - zero issues. We’ll be booking again!

We had a wonderful time at this home . Excellent view of the lake and the beach in a little cove is fantastic. We heard loons in morning and evening and saw a bald eagle 1st morning. If you like canoeing or kayaking this is a great spot. Much quieter than other parts of the lake. The home is completely modernized with excellent appliances and very relaxing. Great dining not to far away. Can't wait to go back again next year

Absolutely adored staying with my husband! We had an amazing baby moon trip and cannot wait to come back next year as our first getaway! We got tons of local recommendations that were awesome to check out as well as just driving the scenic bypass up to Maine! Absolutely beautiful stay def check this place out

this condo is the perfect set up for our family! we had 3 adults staying, with a dog and a cat. there were three separate full bathrooms which helped a TON. everyone had their own area to wind down. we stayed for easter and were able to cook in the kitchen. Lyn was super responsive with any questions we had! we’re hoping to stay again next easter with Lyn!!

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Great stay here in March. The family came up to ski at Loon for weekend. Shuttle to mountain stopped right outside the door - perfect location. Condo was great - a wonderful weekend in NH. Will definitely be back.

Honestly the pictures don’t do justice for this place! It was actually better than we had imagined! I had booked this place for my in laws and we were jealous we didn’t get this place instead: the view was wonderful. The only down fall was the lights from the cars coming into the windows/ needs a darker shade but that’s the only little negative but the whole place was perfect regardless! Would stay again!

The house had plenty of space for a family of five — it was comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the lake from the window. There was a lovely, clean river nearby. Not far away, there are several wonderful places to visit where you can see waterfalls, even in March. In the evening, you can relax in the pool and warm up in the sauna. A perfect getaway — thank you to the host!
