Margaret and David are warm and welcoming hosts and made us feel instantly at home. The property is super comfy and is ideally located to easily explore the Coogee area and beyond (bus stops are only a stroll away). There is also a convenient parking spot outside if needed. Everything was clean, tidy and super homey....we could not fault our stay and look forward to returning sooner rather than later....thanks Margaret an David.

Wir haben zu dritt drei Tage in dem Apartment verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war bei unserer Ankunft blitzsauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage – gleichzeitig war man mit dem Bus in nur 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch Restaurants und Cafés waren fußläufig gut erreichbar. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Es gibt keinen klassischen Esstisch, aber auf der Veranda steht ein kleiner Tisch, den wir gut nutzen konnten. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

The place was absolutely amazing — clean, cozy, and exactly as described. But what truly stood out was the incredible hospitality. Our host was super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even left some Easter chocolate for my son, which was such a thoughtful and sweet touch! They also shared some great local restaurant recommendations that really helped us enjoy the area like locals. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a very nice, clean, self-contained cabin, just off Petersham highstreet. it's a great location to catch the bus or train into the city. We'd definitely stay here again.

숙소는 조용한 동네 있습니다. 주인 가족은 2층 저는 1층을 사용했으며 독립적인 출입구가 있습니다. 그리고 동네에 Compus coffee가 있습니다. 제가 제일 좋아하는 시드니 커피숍입니다. 멜버른에서 시드니로 왔더니 날씨가 조금 추웠습니다. 호스트 난로를 즉시 제공해주었습니다.

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy's Airbnb! The space was very clean, cozy, and perfect for our family of four. The bed was super comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Nancy was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

This is the second mini break we've enjoyed at Neil and Jane's. Waking up to the bird song in the private accommodation is just wonderful. The weather was sublime, as was the ocean, which is a stone's throw away. The after swim shower is a highlight. Fresh fruit and croissants for breakfast and a bottle of red made our stay all the more welcoming. And the hosts - just lovely. We'll be back soon!

David was a very welcoming host. He proactively arranged for basic groceries like eggs and bread, which turned out to be super helpful, esp because we were traveling with a kid. Strawberries in the fridge were a life saver. There were also toys for our little one to play with - one of the toys kept our son busy and occupied ;). Super helpful host.

All round high quality and very comfortable stay. Very comfy bed and I loved the huge lemon scented tree out front.

It was an amazing stay with the family with Kerrie and Dave as our hosts. They are both beautiful human beings who made us feel like we were staying at a home, not a house. Beautiful backyard, homestay with plenty of room for kids to roam and have the occasional sneaky visit from their friendly dog, Gizmo! Particularly impressed with how well stocked the homestay was, its about the little things - freshly cooked muffins on arrival, utilities for simple cooking, shower in the backyard after a swim on sharky beach, utensils, glad wrap, tea, coffee, chucks and sponges to clean. Can't thank you guys enough and well done on an amazing abode.

Sarah and Jay were lovely hosts. The neighbourhood was lovely - serene, quiet and safe to walk through after dark. Public transport was very easy to reach, with options to travel within a wide range of Sydney and outer metro destinations. The Airbnb was so very well-stocked with kitchen equipment, a really good range of basic staples, cleaning and personal supplies - possibly the best I've ever stayed at. The garden was beautiful and tranquil, with a delightful range of "visitors" - of the furry kind. Thank you both for making us feel so very welcome. I'd highly recommend this to Sydney visitors.

My husband and I stayed at Francis's AirBnB for 1.5 weeks and it was definitely the most comfortable AirBnB (after staying a 4 different AirBnBs in 4 weeks). It's cozy, comfortable, bright and extremely clean. The layout of the AirBnb was very well thought through with external solar lights that brighten up the external walkways when coming home late night. We like how the large windows open up to a beautiful and serene garden. Francis was extremely pro-active ensuring we have what we needed for our stay. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and restful! Highly recommended!

Lovely Airbnb, great location - only a 45 min bus into the centre of Sydney with the bus stop a short walk away. Right on the beach front, where you can sit and watch the surfers all day. A short 5 min walk away from a Metro with all you could need. Spectacularly clean, comfortable bed and heaps of natural light. Super private and peaceful, Emma and family are there on hand if you need them but also respect your space. The outdoor space is so lovely. Prompt and great communication, Emma even let us know that we could check in early which was a god send after an 8 hour flight from Singapore. Would highly recommend!

The place was really clean and tidy and we had a great stay! Johnny was very responsive as well. Will definitely come back again when we are in Sydney!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nicely styled and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was easy to get the train from the place. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony and listening to all of the birds. The host was friendly and responsive. Yea, coffee, milk and some snacks were provided.

Our family of four enjoyed a stay at Judy’s apartment and found it perfect for our needs. The space was clean and tidy. Exactly as the photos describe and easy access to the surrounding areas for touring and grocery shopping. Judy was helpful and kind and a great host! Don’t miss the skyline sunsets from the park just up the street from her place! Thank you!

This rental was A +++. This home rates highest in our opinion. Impeccably clean and well appointed and extremely well situated in a wonderful, safe area. Kim was ultra quick to respond and was so warm and welcoming. This would be our first consideration for future visits. Fantastic rental!

Our stay at John and Julie’s place in Balmain was absolutely lovely. The home was spotless, cozy, and had a warm, homely vibe. John and Julie were incredibly kind and responsive—any small issue we had was sorted quickly and with genuine care, which made the experience even more relaxing. The location was perfect—just a minute walk to the ferry, and the area itself felt very self-sufficient with plenty of shops, cafes, and stores nearby. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary fruits, wine, and beer—it made us feel instantly welcome. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jeff was super friendly and helpful and replied to all of my questions. Check in was simple. The apartment was a good location, easy to access and close to many things. Would recommend staying here

We had a great stay at Sarah’s Airbnb. The space was clean, spacious and provided just what we needed for a Sydney weekend getaway (including toiletries, coffee, and iron etc). Sarah communicated really well and was very friendly, the helpful instructions also made finding the property seamless even when we arrived at night.

This place is gorgeous. The deck is a nice place to be after a busy day to discover the surroundings. And the whole place is convenient. I might come back !

What a great place to stay in charming Marrickville! Scott and his family have created an incredibly wonderful setting for their AirBnB guests. The place is personal, full of character and has an incredible amount of space. The location is just brilliant. Marrickville's great streets and alleys and great breweries are within walking distance, as are a huge number of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Trains, buses and the metro will take you to all parts of Sydney very easily. Host Scott and his family are incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to get to know them. We heard great stories and got lots of great tips for Sydney. They really care about their guests' comfort. If you're looking for something completely different from a boring Ikea catalogue-decorated home (well, who would want that, really?), this is a great great base for your stay in Sydney. Highly recommended!

Anne and Andrew were very friendly and helpful hosts. Their place was perfect for our needs and an extremely comfortable bed. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and close to ferry.

The loft behind Sharon’s house is roomy with a double bed, table, chairs, sofa, closet, cabinet, flatscreen TV, full size fridge, small kitchen with Nespresso machine and a bathroom with shower. The loft is clean and tidy, got to through a walk down a pathway of plants and greenery beside the house and through the back garden. There is plenty of roadside parking outside the property. Sharon is friendly and communicate well. She brought us some macarons she made and some cookies the morning we checked out. We enjoyed our stay.
