we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

Clean, private, quiet and well furnished. Owner responsive and easy to work with. Will stay there again when I'm in the area.

Madison’s place was perfect for our family with small children. It was easy to locate, entry was smooth, and the rooms were clean and tidy. We especially liked the extremely comfortable beds (felt just like a high-end hotel), and my kids loved the game room. It was also a plus that we could park our rental car inside the gate for added safety. We would definitely stay at Madison’s house again when in Miami!

Perfect for our short stay! Comfortably accommodated our family of 8 and the location was great. Ezequiel was very responsive with any questions we had.

Everything was amazing Hosts were amazing. They truly accommodated us with our early arrival. This house was absolutely immaculate. When you walk in, you can actually smell how clean the entire house is. I saw reviews that others had issues with the construction going on. We had no issues with noise. If you are outside on the pool having a good time, you don’t even know they are there and the house is pretty much sound proof, so you do not hear them while you are inside. I would definitely want to go back. Thank you both for your amazing house

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Clean and well appointed, with plenty of space for our family. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard, enjoying the pool and hot tub. I would 100% recommend.

What I loved was that I returned home for a funeral, and before discussing business, Ms. Addy extended her condolences. Her home was beautiful. She informed me of when cleaning services were done and she had cameras outside the place I occupied and we could see it on a tv screen, which made me feel even more secure. We were all extremely tired after the long drive, and took a shower just to find that each person’s bed was super comfortable.

Great location. Neighbors is no problem enjoy your stay. Don’t forget to go outside and lounge in the sun.

I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is larger than seems in pictures. The house covers every simpler necessity. Had snacks water utensils anything you need for cooking washer and dryer. Towels rags all in a clean safe, quiet spacious area. Outdoor you got charcoal or gas grills. A hot tub that feels like you’re in your own private land. He’s very cautious it’s not to disrupt your stay and extremely polite and professional.

Excellent spot in a place that is easy to access. Some walkable stores close by, including a Starbucks a few steps away. The apartment is smaller but clean, well thought out and as seen in the pictures. Definitely recommend for value, peacefulness and accessible to getting around. Me and my two boys had a great time here for a few days.

Samanthas place was very comfortable and cozy. Our stay was part of our anniversary trip to Fort Lauderdale. Im a native from here but it was nice to have very great recommendations from her from what to see and what to do around this great city. It was clean and the necessities were all there. The hammock outside adds a nice touch. Thank you for having us !!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. My family and I loved Federico’s condo and its location. First off, Federico and team had easy and clear communication throughout our trip. The location is in walking distance to everything that you need. The condo was in pristine condition with great views. We spent a good enough time cooking in the spacious kitchen and enjoying the balcony views throughout the day. The pool and gym were the icing on the cake for a wonderful spring break. Thank you Federico for accommodating us and providing a white glove service throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Excellent choix pour nos 4 jours en famille. Il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire sur place (au-delà de mes attentes) pour profiter de la place: chaises pliantes, jouets de sable, body board, glacière, etc.. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il était dans un complexe locatif. Le site lui-même était aussi bien entretenu. Nous avions accès direct à piscine et plage. L'hôte était très réactif et ne nous a demandé aucune tâche particulière pour le départ, nous informant que l'équipe de ménage faisait tout!
