You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Alles war einfach perfekt und genau wie beschrieben!! Kleiner gemütlicher Strand mit genügend Liegen direkt wenn man die Stiegen von den Wohnungen nach unten geht. Die Eltern von Iva sind total freundlich und einfach sehr sehr nett! Wir waren dort während dem Sonus Festival und konnten auch auf der Terrasse unsere Musik spielen, nicht zu laut natürlich, aber es störte niemanden. Alle alltäglichen Kleinigkeiten (Waschmittel, Gewürze, etc.), die man so braucht sind schon vorhanden, was sehr praktisch ist! Kurz um ein wirklich super Aufenthalt!!

Ein schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht! An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Nette Begrüßung durch die Nachbarin. Nur der Weg nach oben ist zum Teil sehr steil, eng und kurvenreich.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The villa is a peaceful retreat with stunning views that are truly breathtaking. We had a absolutely amazing holidays with my family of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 kids age of 4,8,11,11,15) All 4 The apartments are great and very clean with all necessary accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge air conditioning and more). The accommodation is pretty spacious and comfortable with amazing Patio. What we loved is the fact that we were all together in one Villa but we all had own space too. 
 We also enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kids had the best time ever! 
 The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute drive and closest beach 8 minutes drive. The contact with Eda and her husband is very good, they will help with everything. Such a lovely and kind people! 
 There were parking spaces in front of the villa too. 
 We had an amazing time and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone! My all family had best time ever!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach zauberhaft! Alles perfekt sauber, Marina und Famielie sind alle supernett und herzlich! Wir haben viele Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen ohne zu fragen. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und das Highlight ist definitiv der Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon, sowie der fantastische Garten mit frischen Khaki, Granatäpfel und vieles vieles mehr. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

Super Host! Die Lage zum Stadtkern ist top (ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg). Die Wohnung ist groß und für 4 Personen + Hund definitiv mehr als ausreichend. Super liebe und nette Besitzerin, die jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und ansprechbar war. Immer wieder gerne!

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Tatjana war sehr freundlich und ihre Mutter total lieb und immer bei Fragen oder sonstigem jederzeit zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Rab ist einfach eine tolle Insel, bedient für Familien. Von der Wohnung kommt man super schnell überall hin. Wir würden hier immer wieder gern buchen.

The apartment was perfect for a quick getaway and pretty close to the harbour in order to enjoy the waterfront after a nice meal. Vedran was easy to communicate with and helped us out to get there when our ferry was cancelled in Cres. Hvala puno!

The best of this Appartement is the Terrace! The view and the small garden make it really cosy and beautiful. The Appartement is a bit far from the town (around 25 min walk) but I think it is an advantage as you have better beaches (better then the town beaches) and quite. One of the best wilde swim areas is also just 10 min by car. Thanks a lot to Bruno‘s Mom for figs that she brought us.

The accommodation felt bigger than the photos showed, it was very well furnished and very comfortable, it had all the amenities listed, the whole apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh. The apartment was in a great location, close to the beach, 5 minutes and a 10 minute walk to Rab harbour and Old Town, which could be walked by either the road, park or the lovely sea walk. Danica and her daughter Katarina made us very welcome, and gave us grapes from their vine and tomatoes from the vegetable garden. Katarina gave us recommendations for restaurants, beaches and local events. They were always available for any questions we had. The apartment was a great base for us to explore the island of Rab and always a joy to come back to relax on one of the 2 balconies or the air conditioned main room. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

First of all, the host went out of their way to accommodate me on both early arrival and late checkout which helped me when my scheduled boat canceled due to weather and I had to change all my travel plans to get back to Italy. Bed was comfortable, there was coffee, a nice place to sit outside, was able to wash and hang a few things to dry, and the space is walking to the waterfront with many restaurants. Very grateful for this convenient place and flexible host!

Een perfecte uitvalsbasis in een badplaats. Je zit net even buiten de drukte, dus rustig slapen. Maar wel op loopafstand van de boulevard. Het appartement is brandschoon, heeft keurige voorzieningen en airco. Niks op aan te merken. Mihaela ontving ons persoonlijk en was allervriendelijkst.

Una vera esperienza Airbnb. Dani e la sua famiglia vivono al piano superiore e condividono uno spazio indipendente della loro casa. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile e famigliare. La casa è ristrutturata e molto ben attrezzata. Lo spazio esterno è ombreggiato e molto confortevole. Anche il posto auto era all’ombra. La pulizia era perfetta. Siamo stati molto bene. La comunicazione con Dani è stata semplice e Ci ha anche dato consigli e assistenza durante il nostro soggiorno. Consigliato

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

Viktorija e suo marito sono sempre stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. Beli è un paesino di altri tempi e mi sono innamorata della seconda spiaggia del paese, tranquilla e immersa nella natura. L'alloggio è arredata con cura e molto funzionale. Gli appartamenti si trovano nella casa più alta del paese appena sopra la Pensione Tramontana. Mio marito ha fatto un paio di immersioni e si è trovato molto bene con il Diving sulla spiaggia. Se volete mangiare in casa vi consiglio di fare un po' di spesa al Plodine di Cres prima di arrivare ma il negozietto vicino alla spiaggia è comunque ben fornito.

Josip is een fijne gastheer, reageert snel, is vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ook is er veel privacy. Het appartement is ruim, praktisch en ligt op een fantastische locatie met uitzicht op zee. Het strand is op loopafstand, 10 minuten, met een hoogte verschil van circa 50 meter. Er zijn 2 sfeervolle strandtenten voor een hapje en een drankje.

Très bon séjour. Hôtes accueillants, disponibles et discrets. Logement propre et au calme avec une belle vue et de belles balades à proximité.

Das Apartment ist ganz nett und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Es liegt auf einem Berg aber das war okay weil wir einfach mit dem Auto hinunter gefahren sind um zum Meer zu kommen und kostenlos an der Straße geparkt haben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.
