Prime Royalty was very proactive and detailed with everything we needed to find the location, get inside, etc so we were very pleased with the ease of arriving and leaving. The inside was completely remodeled just like photos, was very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable and surprisingly quiet as it was on a busy street with a car/tire shop right next door. We didn't hear anything and slept well. Very cozy with a lot of nice touches in design and amenities. Well done.

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

Wow, this has been one of the most beautiful homes I have stayed at. Straight out of Architectural Digest indeed - Jenna has a true eye for outstanding decor! Jenna is a host to dream of! Thank you we had a beautiful weekend!

Alessandro was the best host I’ve had to date. He responded almost immediately every time, was accommodating with check in and check out times. It was mid April but we wanted to use the pool. He was nice enough not to only hear the pool for us but to start heating it 1 day in advance of our stay so it was ready when we got there. The house is beautifully renovated and sparkly clean. Beds were comfortable linens were great. We brought our two young girls and he had a few toys kept away that kept them entertained. The swing set was a major draw and a huge hit with our girls. The kitchen is fantastic. So comfortable to cook and socialize around. We used the outdoor grill and the air fryer. Town was close but it was such a pleasure to cook here we just stayed in. I’d stay here again no doubt. Aside from the place being great, Having a good welcoming host really makes the experience so much better. Thank you Alessandro for an amazing stay.

I just stayed here this past weekend for my wedding and it was amazing! The pictures truly don’t do the house justice. Everything was so clean and the host was super accommodating, helpful & responsive. The house was also packed with everything you could possibly need, in case you forget to bring anything. The place was great! Perfect if you are looking for a quiet, serene place to relax. Just steps from a beautiful, secluded pebble beach where we had a picturesque sunset stroll. Check in was seamless and everything was just as described. We are looking forward to going back!
