Great location, cheap, no frills and clean. Perfect weekend apartment. Checking in and out was totally solo and smooth as butter. A little more soundproofing would be nice, if such a thing is of concern to you ;) Can recommend.

Donald ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und man hat von der Terrasse aus einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den felsigen Strand. Nur eine kleine Straße muss überquert werden, um an den Strand zu gelangen. Es stehen auch SUP‘s zur Verfügung mit welchen man ganz unkompliziert die Küste abrudern und genießen kann. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen, da es natürlich steinig und auch etwas rutschig sein kann. Wir waren mit 2 Hunden und 4 Personen im Appartement A3 und es war platztechnisch super. Da uns die Hunde von der Terrasse aus sehen konnten und wir gehört hätten, wenn sie bellen, konnten wir auch alleine, ohne Hunde, zum schwimmen gehen. Hunde sind auch direkt vor dem Appartement am Strand erlaubt. Es geht lange flach abfallend ins Wasser. Restaurantempfehlung ist das Lokal „San Lorenzo“ - Pasta, Pizza und Grillgerichte. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können Donalds Appartement absolut empfehlen :) Danke :)

Dilara è stata un host fantastico, super reattivo e disponibile. Appartamento davvero carino, pulito, in ottima posizione e fornito del necessario per un soggiorno facile e confortevole.

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Evgeny's apartment is exceptionally beautiful and very well-appointed. It is very spacious and has a lovely outdoor garden area. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is very quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rebook this apartment on our next visit to Koper.

Két éjszakát töltöttünk Sarah szállásán. Nagyon elégedettek vagyunk a szép és jól felszerelt lakással! Közel volt minden gyalog is, Sarah pedig nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!

appartamento nuovissimo, pulitissimo e molto ampio, dotato di ogni comfort come da foto. Il parcheggio privato all'interno della struttura è garanzia di sicurezza e comodità. La cucina attrezzata e completa, le finestre insonorizzate. L'aria condizionata è nel salotto-cucina ed è un bene; è più che sufficiente anche per la camera tant'e che noi l'abbiamo spenta prima di andare a letto e siamo stati benissimo pur in giornata torrida. È a disposizione una terrazza comune ed un giardino. A richiesta si può fruire di colazione extra a buffet in taverna o in giardino. Purtroppo siamo stati solo un giorno. Con l'auto si può raggiungere rapidamente parcheggi di Rovigno e godersi con calma la splendida città

Emil’s place is less than a 10 minute walk up the hill from the beach resort hotels. It is surrounded by garden and is quiet. The apartment has a full kitchen and bath. The only drawback is the internet is weak resulting in buffering; and I needed to go up to the floor above to make phone calls. The place is spotless inside and out.

We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

Tolle Unterkunft, sauber und aufgeräumt, ausreichend große Räume. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Besitzer. Klare Empfehlung!

Sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung mit tollen Terassen und sehr individuell ausgestattet sowie Aufzug im Haus. Mit dem Bus kommt man problemlos in die Innenstadt. Simone ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus von Ana. Sie war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unsere Ruhe auf der kleinen überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume im Garten genießen. Dank Klimaanlage konnte man sich bei den heißen Temperaturen drinnen sehr gut zurückziehen. Die Lage war für uns super. Innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto war man am Hundestrand und in der Stadt, wo es viele gute Restaurants gibt.

I strongly recommend Marija’s place. Very clean, peaceful, excellent food and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely come back.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene mit zwei Kinder und einem Hund. Wir haben uns seit dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Giorgio und seine Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Ausflüge nach Italien und Slowenien sind nach ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien kommen dann auf jedenfall bei Giorgio. Tolle Kroatische Städte sind auch gut erreichbar. Danke Giorgio für Alles.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende bei Mirjam. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Man fühlt sich wunderbar aufgehoben und kann die ruhige Lage mit dem tollen Ausblick einfach nur genießen. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Whirlpool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit etwas später auzuchecken und alles noch ein paar Stunden mehr zu genießen. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft und Mirjam als Gastgeberin nur jedem herzlichst empfehlen.

We had a great stay. Good location to reach everything in Istria. The apartment is very stylish, well kept and was absolutely clean. The house and premises are very nice and also well kept. Check-in and check-out worked perfectly. Despite living far away the hosts are very responsive, helpful and friendly. An excellent experience! Thanks!

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️
