5 stars Great house in a great location! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we saw a lot of wildlife right from the back patio—such a bonus. It was the perfect home base for exploring Sedona and all the surrounding attractions (and there are plenty!). Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here- the house is everything you could want and more. Stacy was an incredible host- very informative and responded quickly which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Sedona area!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's home! The space was clean, bright, and well-appointed with just about everything we could ever ask for. The pool was wonderful and we had a couple of super relaxing days there. We will definitely be back!

This house is amazing. The views, the space, the pool, the location, all of it was fantastic. and Jared and Mitchell are great super communicative hosts. I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes for a response from them.

This home really was home away from home. It was peaceful, clean, and provided everything we needed and wanted.

It was unseasonably cold and the heater didn’t work. But Lisa was very responsive to try to fix it remotely and when it couldn’t be fixed remotely, they did call in a tech and was fixed same day. Provided a refund for the inconvenience. Hot tub really only fit 2 people. Fit our needs. Beautiful surroundings.

So many great things to say about our stay here. The home is located next to a beautiful stream and that lovely sound of moving water is all you hear. It’s quiet and tucked in the mountains. It’s peaceful and cozy. I would say it was a bit tough to find but it was worth it!

Randy's place has been a favorite of ours for years! Randy is an Amazing host, and his home is clean and cozy. It also has a nice big yard for the dogs.

It was beautiful everywhere out there! They were very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. It looks exactly as the pictures show, a cozy get-away. I highly recommend a visit.

Great location with relaxing fenced in back yard. All the kitchen amenities you could ever need and super clean. And Heidi was a very thoughtful and responsive host.

Clear instructions from the host. The place was clean and homey, and it looked like the pictures. There were kitchen and bathroom supplies available also which was thoughtful. I didn’t have any issues with the place during my stay. Communicating with Tamara was easy. I stayed by myself as a solo traveler so safety was a priority for me, and I can say I felt safe there.

Wonderful stay with our family and dog! Couldn’t have asked for a cozier place to relax and enjoy the quiet holidays. Enjoyed the morning views and visiting elk as well! Cindy is a wonderful host!

We had a great stay! The weather was amazing, and Brandon's home had everything we needed for our stay. Brandon's pre-check in communication helped us locate the home and get in very easily. This home is a good location to Sedona, hiking, and even a day trip to the Grand Canyon. The home is updated and charming.

This place was even better than expected. We loved our stay. Everything you would need in a kitchen was there. It was superb. The amenities were outstanding. The host book was helpful. We will rent again. The only thing we struggled with was one bed was way firmer than we would have liked. The bubbles were awesome. Super view. Hot tub sauna were amazing. Love love this place. After along flight they let us check in early which was nice.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! The host was absolutely amazing—so thoughtful, communicative, and welcoming from start to finish. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. And the space itself? Pure Southwest charm! Every detail in the decor felt so warm and cozy, with beautiful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The place is everything you would expect in a mountain paradise. The backyard is very beautiful and very well maintained. Very quiet neighborhood and lots of cool restaurants nearby, within 3 minutes. Close to a great grocery store. Short drive to downtown Sedona, within 15 minutes. Minutes from Bell Rock, very popular trails and stunning views. The house has a lot of space and we enjoyed our stay very much.

I can totally see why guests stay/return here when they come to Cottonwood. The place is so quaint and charming! (Not to mention full of history and squeaky clean.) You are so close to Old Town. There’s a little framed old maid card that’ll melt your heart. I enjoyed reading about the history and artifacts in the scrapbook the owners put together.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place! It had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts were super responsive and very friendly! They left tons of local recommendations for us that were super helpful. Thank you for a great few days!

A-MA-ZING. I have stayed in lots of AirBnBs around the world and this one is by far my favorite. The host went above and beyond with this home. It had everything you could possibly need. From kitchen to bathroom amenities. The touch of providing all the extra little things like laundry soap and face masks, is what made it stand out even more. The house was beautifully decorated and comfy inside and out. I 1,000,000 times recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was a great location to Cottonwood and Sedona.

This place was absolutely fantastic. It was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and felt homey. The hot tub was such a bonus at the end of the day after a long day hiking. I highly recommend this place and will definitely try to make it back.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Also, we found a lot of couple places to eat close and Sedona is really close as well. the views from the back yard are breathtaking. A great place to stay overall!

Highly recommend Austin's place! My 76 year old mom and I stayed at Austin's place and it was perfect for our week of adventures. The house and neighborhood are incredibly quiet. The house was clean, stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, etc. We cooked every meal at the house and it has pretty much everything you need - lots of pots and pans. We ate dinner on the back patio in the shade every evening. Got up at 2am one morning to look at the stars. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. There's also a 7 mile trail in the neighborhood with nice views. The house is a few minutes outside of Oak Creek Village, and a 15 min car ride to Sedona. Lots of hikes within a 30 min drive. Mom and I hiked every morning (go early for easy parking), and then went out shopping in the late afternoons/evenings. Austin was very responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

The Airbnb was very cozy and clean. Despite not feeling well, Deb made sure we were all set and was very responsive.
