NI’m de place to stay , quiet place to stay and nearby the center. Nice and friendly staff , and willingly to help if necessary.

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.

So close to white beach in tranquil Station 3. Beach side residential neighborhood with the right vibe. Very safe to walk around even at night. The house is as stated in the listing, 3 bedrooms with private Kitchen and receiving area. Clean and airy and well-ventilated. And accessible to main road(short walk) for tricycle to Dmall Station 2 & 1. Though we walk along the white beach to Dmall most of the time. The host Mar is very quick to respond and assist us. He also arranged our airport transfers which is very convenient. Will stay again here.

Tolle Villa mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Haus war sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der privat Strand vor der Tür ist wirklich toll, genauso wie das Resort nebenan, der day pass lohnt sich auf jedenfalls für einen gemütlichen Strand Tag. Marielou die housekeeperin war super nett und herzlich und hat für uns alles was wir wollten organisiert, danke nochmal. Auch der pick up Service den Peter organisiert hat, war wirklich sehr angenehm und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Peter & Marielou!

This place is even better in person than the pictures online. It’s the best place I’ve ever stayed at. It was between this and Shangri-La. I am so happy that I chose this place. Me and 15 other family and friends stayed here for 5 nights and it was AMAZING! If you’re looking for a beautiful private place to spend with your famiky and friends, look no more! This is it! The house came with 3 cooks and a driver. They would ask my kids what they wanted for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it would magically appear the next day! AND all of the meals they prepared were delicious. The driver was ready to take us anywhere, even secret beaches. My friends and I would end up staying late at restaurants and the driver would pick us up even as late as 2am. The place was cleaned every morning. The pool was cleaned every day. It’s a salt water pool and we would swim anytime we wanted (unlike hotels where they closed early). The host was super friendly and quick to reapond to any questions. 5 STARS!!!

we stayed in the house for about 2 weeks and everything was fine. Close to the beach, restaurants, downtown, etc. There is also a fantastic garden. The only thing is that some neighbors are really loud with music and roosters, otherwise a fantastic accommodation!

Absolutely loved this place. It's minimal and super clean and has all the modern amenities you could need. They even provided beach towels and there is a waterfilter on the shower head which made my hair really soft. Jungmin and everyone else at the property were friendly. There was an issue with the wi-fi for 2 days but Jungmin made a hotspot, so that was greatly appreciated. We also really liked the setup with the projector, it was super cozy. The location is quiet, only a minute away from Bulabog beach and 10 minutes away from White Beach. The only thing that would have made it even better was if we would have received the door code in the welcome e-mail so that we could have entered immediately upon arriving. Other than that we had a perfect stay!
