Linda is such a great host. She was very quick to respond to questions before I booked and the one question I had after getting into the house. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Tons of games scattered throughout including ping pong, putting, foosball, and a poker table. The fully fenced in yard was great for the dog. I highly recommend Linda and this house.

Lisa was a very responsive host and we appreciate that the property is dog friendly! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay and the bathrooms were pristine. It's a new home, so everything is spotless and comfortable. The host lives on site, but we barely heard them while we were staying there.

The home on the lake was absolutely perfect for meeting family for a long, relaxing weekend. The home had everything we could ask for. We love to cook and the kitchen had all the appliances, cookware, utensils and space to prepare large meals for everyone. We even smoked two shoulder roasts on the Big Green Egg. The three comfortable couches provided all the sitting space we needed to enjoy movies at night and The Masters during the day. Outside, the we all enjoyed the hot tub, sitting by the firepit and enjoying lake time on the dock and the boat we rented. Such a great place. When we return to Lake Norman and need a rental, Brenell's place will be at the top of our list.

We loved the home. The weather was iffy with the winter storm coming in and we had to leave a day early. But that’s not her fault!!! The cleaning could have been better; especially the tops of furniture. And the water took forever to heat up in the master bath…all in all it was a great place in a great location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Views are beautiful in the snow!

We stayed at Angela's place for a little birthday getaway for my bf. Angela was an excellent communicator, and the check-in process was very smooth. The house was close to restaurants, shopping, and the venue where one of his favorite bands was playing. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. The other two beds were perfect for those who really like a firm mattress. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love the house! The surroundings are beautiful. We even caught some fish in December. Most of our time was spent purely relaxing, and this was a perfect place for that.

Perfect location for a quick visit to the Queen City! Hosts were great and the house itself made us feel right at home.

Carol's house is very nice and there is a lot of cooking accessories is available on her kitchen. A lot of toys is in the house, we enjoyed a lot. There is one room in this house, its the best place if you want to do office work from there. Its been a nice stay, I will book more if i need to visit that city again....

Highly enjoyed my mountain stay! The view was spectacular, the driveway was bit rockery than anticipated but my Toyota Camry made it up fine! It was very clean and cozy! The hosts did an amazing job at communicating and accommodating our stay. The guest book was adorable and full of fun recommendations of activities to do. I really loved it here, will happily visit this same property on my next stay!! worth the money and the view!! Thanks again!!

A 5 star stay! Everything went so great, including arriving well after dark but the instructions were great and the motion lighting worked perfectly. The place is cute, clean and so comfortable. My wife especially raved about the linens, the towels and the washcloths - some of the fluffiest ever. Jodi is great, both with communication and setting up a unique space filled with her pottery. We only saw Jodi briefly, as we were very busy with family Easter activities. But she seems very friendly and helpful. We visit our grandkids in Charlotte often, and will definitely be back to stay with Jodi.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was spectacular, the area was peaceful, and it was close to lots of things to do. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed for the stay. I enjoyed the decor and I felt comfortable and right at home when relaxing in the space. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

The structure of the building makes getting the keys a bit of a journey in the beginning but after that the stay is amazing. From the comfort of the apartment itself to the great view from the upper deck. The host is extremely helpful and very responsive. If I knew it was this close a walk to the Bank of America stadium I would have came during football season.

This was perfect for our little trip. My brother and Husband were with me just for a quick night. The place was beautiful and clean. Private drive way and beautiful landscape. Wish we had more time here to enjoy all of their amenities and gazebo but my brother was set on cat fishing. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 would come back. Thanks for the amazing stay!

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

A friend and I stayed for a long weekend while attending MerleFest. 30-40 minutes commute to the festival, but very easy. Went to West Jefferson one morning for lunch and shopping. The cabin was just as described. Would love to go back with my husband when the Rhododendron are blooming. So peaceful and beautiful.

quaint easy to find cabin, 10 minutes from the world and far enough away to feel alone in the woods. House had everything we needed. Instructions were great and you can tell the host care about the property

Very nice and peaceful lake cabin. Roomy and will accommodate up to 8-10 comfortably. Access to lake a dock is a big plus.

Beautiful views and area. Quick trip to downtown West Jefferson. Cabin is quaint and comfortable, comfortable beds and couches. Hot tub with the views was incredible. Game room in the basement was so much fun. Pet friendly with water bowls left out for pups. The road to get there is tricky, narrow with some hairpin turns. Fine with an SUV but smaller vehicles may have some trouble. Host is very responsive and emailed clear instructions the day before. Check out was simple. Would recommend for folks interested in staying.

If you're looking for a cabin that feels like home this is it. The cabin was very clean and appeared just like it did in the photos provided. The bed is very comfortable and the bathrooms have heated floors which is very amazing. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this cabin.

This cabin was great—even better than I anticipated. The location was convenient to Boone and Blowing Rock, and a day trip to West Jefferson. It’s also minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. The cabin was large enough for everyone to have their own space. I would love to stay here again.

Don't know where to get started on this review, there are just too many good things to say here. From the waterfall to the fire pit and The incredible decks overlooking the stream, this place is out of a storybook. Simply put, we had a wonderful stay at John's place! John and Kim are great host and very responsive. I can't say enough about how peaceful and tranquil the property is With more than enough room for any outdoor activities. Very, very satisfied! there's a few notes to add for anyone planning on booking this place... There's very limited cabinet space for keeping kitchen stock / groceries so we had to use counter space for storage but that was small potatoes. Also the road coming in is quite treacherous (at least from a city person's perspective)so be prepared to take extreme caution and avoid driving close to the shoulder. Not complaining and is absolutely worth the drive, Just take it nice and slow and you should be fine.

Melissa was an great host and the property was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be going back again.
