Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Littl'un is attached to a modern country home in the South Huish Valley less than 1 mile from the beautiful South Milton Sands. Situated on a working dairy farm between Hope Cove and Thurlestone but only 5 miles from Salcombe and 4 from Kingsbridge. This self contained unit has a double bed and small double sofa bed -suitable for a couple, family with up to 2 small children or 3 friends, with plenty of room for a travel cot. There is ample parking & separate private entrance.

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
