Large deck on front that faces the water & large back yard great for games, grilling & more. 5 mins to downtown Windham with plenty of restaurants, bars & shopping, & 30 minutes to downtown Portland. In the summer months, house rents out on a weekly basis, (Fri-Fri). In the fall/winter/spring, just a 3-day minimum
