My stay here was so phenomenal. I don't think the experience can ever be topped. The view from the balcony and the nightlife on the day-to-day is something that if you're a people person who likes to relax it's literally the perfect combination. The kitchen is beautiful. The apartment itself is straight from a Pinterest board and it looks like that in real life in the bed is like sleeping in a cloud that God just crafted five seconds ago I'm telling you I'm not being dramatic. It's really how amazing this place is Highly highly highly recommend cannot wait to book again.

The Lil' Hyde Out is small but sweet. It is perfect for two people. Located in a fantastic location. Walkable to Hyde Park Village, Bayshore Drive, and SoHo. The owners/managers (Brightwild) were very responsive to my questions. The unit is well appointed and perfect for a short stay. Since there is an apartment above it, know that you might hear occasional footsteps from there. Also, for the light sleeper to be aware, there are exterior spotlights on the property that may go on and off throughout the night. Neither of these things distracted from our visit. We would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous location in Clearwater. The location is absolutely walkable, as the beach is about 2 blocks away and the main street with all the restaurants and bars is one block away. New furniture and appliances with a very clean look.

Great little place in THE BEST location in Safety Harbor. A few blocks to the walking, path along the Bay, half a block to Main St and the most beautiful old tree stands in a park directly across from this ground floor unit. We could walk everywhere in Safety Harbor and enjoyed several of the shops and restaurants, especially The Kitchen.

It was a pleasant experience and the host was very friendly and helpful!

Kimberly and co-hosts was quick to respond whenever I had a question. Room was exactly what I expected for my quick trip. Will definitely be looking to stay at another property hosted by Kimberly! !

Adam’s place was just as described! It had everything my family and I needed for our 4 day stay. We truly enjoyed it! The pool and lounge area was our favorite. We grilled out and relaxed while sunbathing and swimming until we pruned lol. All of the accommodations were on point. From comfortable linens to decor and games. Our host was very responsive and super friendly! We absolutely loved it, and hope to visit again in the future!

Had a great visit to Tampa staying at Jean Carrol’s property. The house was very well appointed and met our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay here again if back in the Tampa area.

We had a great time staying in Clearwater. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. The pool and hot tub were our favorite part. The directions on how to heat and light the pool were a little confusing, but the host was very responsive. The area was a quiet, nice residential neighborhood. It's not walking distance to anything, but if you have a car then you are a short drive to downtown dunedin, the baseball stadium and beaches. We would definitely rent this home again.

We havd a wonderful stay at this home. the pool area is huge, with our large family it was very nice to be able to spread out. We do a lot of cooking and they kitchen was large for many people to be in it at one time. The home is comfortable and spaciuos. All appliances, and utilities worked perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet and on a dead end, it was very nice for walking with dogs and little kids. Einav was super responsive to all our questions and requests. We will book at this home again. My first communications with the host took a couple days to get a response, but after that, everything went smoothly. The place was exactly like in the pictures and the location was excellent - right on the Dunedin causeway, which was perfect for morning and evening walks/runs and sunbathing along the causeway. They had two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and plenty of beach towels, which was perfect, as Honeymoon Island State Park was only 5 minutes away. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals - including a blender and coffee maker. We would have appreciated some coffee filters and a some coffee or Keurig cups, as we got in late and didn't have time to go to the grocery. The place was clean, quiet and in a perfect location for a nice relaxing vacation.

This is a spacious mid-century home with many nice updates. The homeowners live here and rent 3 spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The common areas are the kitchen,living room and patio. we enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and evening wine. Nice birds and flowers. Hosts are great. So nice,thoughtful, lots of recommendations. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Great" rain"shower head in large shower. Tasteful updates in kitchen and bath. Short drive to parks, highway and more.

Grateful for Bobbie hosting me! Booked at 11pm for the following night to get out of a terrible hotel. She was friendly with great communication and respected my privacy. Cozy and lovely home - slept like a baby

I loved this condo! Beautiful, inviting and comfortable. My favorite way to start and end my day was on the balcony, so peaceful. Sunrise was simply stunning. Everything was thought of and provided for an easy start. From small toiletries to dishwasher tablets and even a few laundry pods! There was also a cabinet full of spices and a few basics in the pantry. Easy walk to the beach or restaurants. who could ask for more?!

Liana was very communicative- reached out a couple weeks before our stay to provide all the information we would need. She contacted us as soon as the rental was ready day of check-in. The place was clean. Had chairs & beach towels. I noticed the beach umbrella was broken and she had another delivered the next day. Great location. Would stay here again!

As described, comfortable beds. Great location. There is not a parking permit in the condo. Floors are not clean. Some beach and pool supplies are available for use.

Our family loved staying at this beautiful vacation home. It was so new and modern. The split floor plans is a very attractive feature for us, and also having the extra half bath. The master bedroom was spacious and the en-suite luxurious. Every detail was high end and well planned. Example, every bed had night tables on both sides giving private space to each guest…awesome! There was so much storage in the kitchen and it was well stocked and ready to use. The decor was exceptional and attractive. We loved everything! Oh I almost forgot, each unit has two parking spaces in the enclosed garage, loved it! The owners also had a storage area with lots of beach toys and a wagon! Yay! We are already planning another family vacation!

Vacasa are true professionals and their experience in running a vacation rental business shows up clearly in staying with them. They are great with having a responsive team of people to help with any issues and have worked out all the kinks of check in and hosting procedures to make it feel as seamless as a hotel stay. The apartment itself is lovely, even roomier than the pictures show. Could see how 2 families with younger children could easily stay comfortably. The location itself is steps away from the trolley (download the Flamingo Fares app for mobile ticketing) and makes it convenient to get up and down the Indian Shores area. Salt Rock Grill (right next door) is also an amazing restaurant that I would highly recommend visiting during your stay.

Excellent place to stay. Very close to our favorite beach and easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. The place is huge, absolutely spotless, and exceeded every one of our expectations. We hope to return next year!
