We were in Clearwater and decided to extend our trip and reviewed Jame’s place as I had stayed at the hotel part of Beso’s. This condo is perfect for a stay in Dunedin. Clean, comfortable, easy access, great communication, and on top of this, great pool- hot tub, tiki bar food, music and a priceless view of the bay and Clearwater! I encourage all to stay here at Jame’s Place with Dawn!

Our stay at Beso del Sol was everything I had hoped for. The apartment was CLEAN, thoughtfully stocked (thank you for all the coffee pods!), and I slept SO good in that very comfortable bed! The Tiki bar below shuts down early so there was no problem with noise. It was enjoyable sitting on the patio and listening to the guitar player on Friday night. The views out to the ocean and the sunsets are gorgeous. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the center of town for dinner. We really enjoyed the Olde Bay Cafe at the marina (grilled grouper), as well as Marker 8 (double cheeseburger). We were able to use the resort bikes and we rode the 10 miles north on Pinellas Trail (just over an hour) for a great Greek lunch one afternoon. Also you can rent kayaks (at Sail Honeymoon) from the causeway and paddle over to Caladesi. After the paddle, the cafe right on the sand was great for lunch (Mahi wrap) and drinks! This was a relaxing 4 day getaway and Tanya’s place was completely perfect! 5 stars!

Me and two friends had the most amazing stay here! The beach was a super easy walk and there were many walkable restaurants and bars. The hotel was super clean, had everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the cute courtyard right outside. It was a perfect spot to enjoy morning breakfast! Hosts and crew were super friendly and responsive and helped us get any extra necessities. We couldn’t be more appreciative of the experience!

It was perfect for my daughter and 2 of her friends to celebrate a fun weekend for her bday at the beach. We were able to walk to the beach and to many nice restaurants. It was the perfect location for the price.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The attention to detail really stood out, from the thoughtful amenities to the cozy touches that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions. The location was good — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. The shared pool, spa, and sun deck was clean, inviting, and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The property and room was as described in photos and amenities. The view was spectacular and the mattress was really comfortable. We had excellent communication from the host, Ron. He wanted to know that all was well with check in and included a case of bottled water and plenty of Keurig coffee and condiments. Ron also has one of the few Inn buildings/rooms with a full size refrigerator, which is necessary in a longer stay. This is our second visit to Little Harbor and the beach, two pools, hot tub, fitness center and restaurants were all convenient within a couple minute walk. Kids playground, bags, Basketball and Pickle ball courts, shuffle board, fire-pits, park grills, fishing pier and plenty of water toys to rent, make it convenient for a long stay. The room was clean and viewing the sunsets from the Sunset Bar & Grill and from the room balcony were brilliant.

We booked this for our son and his family. It was a great location, right around the corner from where my husband and I are staying for a couple months. They had everything they needed and they enjoyed their stay. Their only complaint was not enough sheets/blankets for the pull-out couch. Otherwise it was really good!

Thx for a truly beautify unit, was even nicer than the pictures. Gorgeous kitchen! We had a great time in the nicely heated pool and perfect hot tub location for the sunset. There is plenty of cookware for baking, pans, pots, knives, wine glasses, etc which was great. However no basic food supplies other then disposable salt & pepper shaker and a few coffee pods and powdered. No spices, oils or anything like you would get in a private house kitchen. This is more like a hotel with a nice kitchen where you supply everything. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Lea’s place was great. We booked this last minute as we were only going to be here a few days and I couldn’t ask for a better airbnb! We didn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the airbnb but it had everything we needed for just my husband and I. The unit is located close to the bay and the views were amazing! We were minutes from restaurants, bars, and the beach! Lea was also super quick to respond to any questions that we had! I would definitely book here again in the future! Thank you lea!

We chose to stay at The Resort at the last minute and it turned out to be the best possible choice. I’m wheelchair dependent and although not ADA compliant (the host let me know beforehand) the space fit my needs. Fit it so much that we extended the stay!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while at Clearwater Beach! Just off the main road, easy to walk to the beach and surrounding area! Looked just as the pictures, very clean and easy check-in! We were even allowed to check in early because the place was ready!

The place was a great location. The view in the morning was wonderful to look out and see the water. The beach is a very short walk. The living room and bedroom are very simple, clean and have all that is needed. We found the bed to be very comfortable. Leah was great to communicate with and I would definitely stay here again.

First time staying here, and we enjoyed it so much. Great location. Walk across street to public beach access. Walkable restaurants and shops. Rooms were very clean. AC worked great. Quiet and peaceful place. We will definitely be staying here again!

We couldn't have been happier with LoriAnn's place! It was beautifully laid out and decorated and in the perfect location. Convenient beach access, the on-site Tiki Bar, and the proximity to fantastic restaurants made the trip memorable. We were down for a Phillies' spring training game and will definitely look for availability at this place again next season.

Was great and private and is 30 minutes max from anywhere in Tampa. 24 minutes with tolls no problems the room is very quiet and is one way in with a gate. I spent my honeymoon we had easy access to our room and the neighborhood is accessible to alot of good spots if you don’t want to go out. Loved it would come again
