Walking distance to downtown Potsdam, ClarksonUniversity, and SUNY Potsdam; about a 15 minute drive to Saint Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. It has a double bed, a twin-sized bunk bed, the living room has a couch and a twin-sized air mattress. Access to the yard, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, grill, basketball hoop, and dog run. Private entrance. Pet and 420 friendly, smoking allowed outside.

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

It's very secluded and can only be used by residents. Guests can enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing and hiking. The cabin is more of a year round home offering central air, heat and a full sized washer and dryer. **Absolutely no pets, no large parties and no smoking of any kind allowed.
