The architect designed beach house offers an expansive, light, open plan living space opening onto a large north facing deck. Two bedrooms with queen size beds overlook the secluded garden and adjoin a modern bathroom complete with bath. Facilities include: gourmet kitchen with complimentry pantry stocked with great supply of cooking goodies. Internet, TV, DVD, ipod dock, eclectic library of books films , music & magazines. The Bay of Fires Bush Retreat is set amongst a beautiful bush setting, close to the stunning Bay of Fires beaches, and only 2.5km from the Binalong Bay township, and 8km from St Helens. The Bush Retreat has a fully equipped kitchen ready for guests to use at their leisure, or for those who would prefer to take a more relaxed option, we have our Platter Bar and pre-prepared meals made by our in-house chefs, as well as our Bush Retreat Breakfast $25pp that can be pre-booked prior to arrival.

We host our families beach shack in North Binalong Bay, quite and surrounded by the Bay of Fires/larapuna. Less than a 5 minute walk to Baileys Beach, close to the mountain bike trails of Bay of Fires (10min) and St Helens (20min). Dog friendly, workspace with hi-speed WiFi , well equipped kitchen, self contained, relaxed atmosphere. Owned and operated by hosts Lee & Chris.

Bay View sits above the road looking across George’s Bay. The shack is a sun filled space with two living areas. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outside has private views to the bay. An outdoor cabana, pizza oven, firepit and bbq area make an ideal space to enjoy an evening meal. The town is a short 5 minute drive, or a lovely 30 minute walk along the bay. Surf beaches, dive spots, MTB tracks and National Parks are all within close proximity.

The Surveyor's Cottage - Heritage and an open fire

This cottage is one of the earliest buildings on the east coast of Tasmania, being built in around 1832. Recently restored, The Surveyors Cottage has an instant appeal with its high ceilings and beautiful light from the Georgian windows. The open fire is the star attraction - so warm and welcoming. An intimate space for two people, within easy walking distance of most local eateries & shops. Unlimited wifi if the fire isn’t enough to keep you happy.
