Very nice unit to stay at! Very comfortable and right across the street from the beach. Felt safe and walkable to a coffee shop too.

Fantastic beach condo - clean, accurate description, and walking distance to everything. Perfect for any group, and had all basic amenities needed for a long weekend. This was our second time staying at this complex and would return in a heartbeat. Property management staff was extremely kind and responsive when there was difficulty with the keypad during check-in (no fault of theirs)!

Great place to stay. Great access to beach. Comfy beds. Very clean and welcoming. Host was responsive whenever messaged. The frontage road can get a bit busy so could be an issue with families with small children but we didn’t have that situation. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

I enjoyed the peacefull setting. And next time I am bringing my boat.

Stayed in Condo 402, was absolutely perfect for us and a our friends! First time staying in Mexico Beach, so peaceful, not a tourist destination.

I would like to say that the hosts location is very convenient to Carrabelle and all its fishing and beach offerings. Our host went out of her way to rectify an issue upon check in and was in constant contact with us throughout until resolution was found. Would not hesitate to book one of her properties again! We booked Gone Fishing with Marlinda. She called to inform us that our room wasn't ready (no fault of hers) and asked if we would be interested in staying at her other place (Gone Fishing 2) or if we wanted to wait for it to be cleaned properly. We agreed to stay at Gone Fishing 2 because it wasn't a problem for us. The place was VERY clean and smelled amazing upon entering. This little place had literally EVERYTHING you could want or need! We cooked breakfast every morning and enjoyed the tea/coffee that was provided. There is room to park in front of the house if need be. The screened in porch was nice as well. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't be afraid to try the Gone Fishing house. Marlinda is very responsive and handles her houses very well! 10/10 would recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay—this is a fantastic place! Every inch of the home feels fresh, with stylish and interesting finishes that give it a modern, welcoming vibe. It was super comfortable and had everything I needed, from thoughtful touches to well-stocked essentials. I especially loved relaxing on both the front and back porches, and the entryway made a great first impression. The host was responsive and everything was exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place.

Only wish we had known about all the steps but my legs feel great (lol) after our stay! Loved location and dog friendly places in town! Great food and friendly people! Recommend some hooks and a landing location inside the unit. Very quaint and comfortable place!

It was a great place to stay- steps away from beach, everything that you need is provided! Only wish I would’ve known that Mexico beach is NOT dog-friendly. Had to travel a mile down to Gulf county line where the beach is dog-friendly. But it still worked out and we had a great time with our family of 4 and our pup.

House was beautiful. Golf course was beautiful, if your golf. Both pools was clean, almost private, beach wasn’t that close but within 15 minute drive.

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. We appreciated the elevator, very functional kitchen, balcony with patio furniture and the clean pool and surrounding grounds. We love that we didn’t hear or see the traffic from our balcony, though the traffic in Mexico Beach is minimal compared to other parts of Florida. Mexico Beach is truly the best kept secret in the state of Florida. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beach was quiet, but we were only a 10 minute drive from the shops and restaurants in Port Saint Joe. We love the large porch and pool. Very clean, spacious and clear communication with the host.

This was a great place to stay! Everything was just perfect. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and a great pool area. We will be back!

This place is amazing! First, the location is wonderful. Right across the street from a peaceful, beautiful beach. Easy access. The view from the balcony is unhindered and gorgeous. The place itself was clean and filled with all sorts of goodies like coffee and creamer, toiletries, extra towels (beach towels too), and so many other things. Hayley was easy to contact and quick with responses. We had a lovely time and hope to return.

Beautiful condo, would highly recommend! We have stayed at this complex before, first time in this unit, and absolutely loved it. The host was great to work with and very responsive. The condo was beautifully decorated and we love the location as it’s right across the street from the beach. The beach was not overly crowded for a holiday week and the complex was very quiet. Can’t wait to go back.

We had an awesome stay! We ran into a little problem at first, but the host Ashley was a blessing to us! She got the problem solved and got us tooking care of and it didn't take but a few minutes. She was very helpful and understanding with us. Ashley responded quick and she was very professional. We really enjoyed ourselves for my grandmother's 80th birthday celebration! Mexico Beach Florida will be our new place to go on our family vacation. Thanks so much Ashley!

What a relaxing and wonderful condo. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The condo was very comfortable and there was a great view off the balcony of the ocean. Everything was clean and well kept. As we expected with staying in a condo, at times the guests upstairs were loud, but overall the stay was great. The pool and hot tub are an added benefit as well. We love Port St Joe and would stay here again!
