This was our second stay in this apartment, and it is one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in. Everything in is modern, in excellent condition, super clean and tidy, and perhaps most important, welcoming and homey. The instructions for staying in the house are clear and concise, and Betty is readily available should you need anything. The house is in a good neighborhood with easy access to anything in the Portland area by car, and plenty of options for food on foot. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. One of the best AirBnBs we have been to. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Super clean and cozy, and a short stroll to everything Freeport has to offer. Jennifer and Jay were excellent hosts.

My daughter & I had a great stay! The room was just as described, perfect for our needs. We loved the location - a quick walk to downtown Biddeford where I enjoyed the delicious coffee at Elements, we enjoyed the delicious pastries at the bakery Reilly’s, and our fish dinners at Fish & Whistle. My daughter loved that Dunkin was just across the street too! Only a 13 minute drive to Old Orchard Beach, and a little further to Pier Point where we spent a relaxing day laying on the beach. Ian was a perfect host - I appreciated the communication throughout our stay. Thanks so much for sharing your space with us, we plan on making Biddeford our go to stay place for future trips to Maine!

Great location, and some nice amenities at the airbnb. Roger was very responsive and proactive, and I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is nice and clean. If we had any questions the host replied immediately. We would stay again if we ever visit this area again.

A really lovely place — exactly as shown in the photos and exceptionally clean, with a cozy sleeping alcove that our kiddo loved. Check in & check out were smooth & super easy. Also centrally located, with a lot of shops & restaurants nearby, including a nice bookstore & toy store across the street. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

This house worked out great for us. Had everything we needed and as they said it was 5 minutes from the restaurants, museums and shops of downtown Rockland. In the other direction are the lighthouses and fishing villages of the midcoast. The unexpected bonus was the view. We could watch the sunrise over the bay from the living room, yard, or down the hill by the water. We could also see the Rockland breakwater light in the distance. As dog owners we appreciated having clean floors throughout the house instead of suspect carpets, and plenty of yard to take care of business.

Tammie’s place was wonderful and very well maintained. We were in town for a special event and they went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. They even made sure that our young kids had some toys to play with outside in the snow. When we had questions, they were quick to respond. They even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this location, especially if you have a family.

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

We loved every minute of our stay! The place was fantastic, and the hospitality was exceptional. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Or stay exceeded or expectations. We rented the place for my 60th birthday with seven other women! Everything was top notch, very clean, very comfortable very cozy. Everything we needed to cook was available the beds we are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean organized. We could not have asked for anything more. This was one of the most organized, clean places easy accessible to town. Kennebunkport is stunning. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you so much Tim for your kind hospitality and all your help and for the beautiful Maine goodies, you left us ! So thoughtful and sweet !

We had a lovely stay at Pauline’s place. Everything was perfect as per description and photos. The house was very spacious, with nice furnitures and extremely well equipped. We have two little children and our friends have a baby and the attention to details was incredible. Everywhere was there to make us feel at home and to welcome the kids (kids played and cutlery, high chair, baby bath, baby bed, toys)… The location is also great because it’s just 10min away from Portland downtown. Pauline was also very nice and responsive, ready to support if any issue (that we didn’t have :) ) Definitely we recommend staying here

What a Beautiful place! Plenty of space, clean, and super comfortable. We were amazed at the stunning views of Casco Bay! Even on a rainy day we enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. We also enjoyed being so close to great restaurants and shopping. The parking pass was very much appreciated, once we parked we never had to use the car at all. It was hard to leave this gorgeous Condo, and hope we can make it back again soon. Thank You!

Excellent place, sunset and sunrise is just beautiful right from your private balcony, plenty of things to do even on rainy days, huge selection of places to eat, great bands play right on the premises, great people and atmosphere. The condo was very clean and has everything you need. I would love to stay again!

Thus was a great location for our stay in Portland. Easy to get around and plenty to see and do nearby. i will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Our group of 5 had a great experience staying here. The place was exactly as described. We had plenty of room, the location was great, and the off-street parking came in handy. Everyone raved about the water pressure in the shower, which was needed after a few long days. We would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy, and while we had no issues, I'm confident they would have been addressed quickly if needed.

We enjoyed staying at Steph’s place in Portland. The location is great and is near many restaurants and bars. Steph provided many recommendations on different spots within the city. We were within walking distance to everything in the Old Port area. The included parking spot is super convenient as well. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The shower has super strong pressure and the hot water may not get super hot at times. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay again when we visit Portland.

Great location to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants, art district, theatre, etc in town. Cute and cozy condo in a building with beautiful original character. The list of recommendations was appreciated and helpful. Host was very responsive and friendly and flexible when possible. We enjoyed our stay here for our first visit to Portland!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, so it was super convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to see. We also loved that it was dog friendly, which made our trip even better. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.
