Check in was easy with Donnys clear instructions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. It was easy to walk to the beach and not far from the restuarants and shops. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

We loved this flat, it was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and in a fabulous location with great views. It has a homely, personal feel and our children loved the toys and games! The sandy beach is a short walk down the hill and we spent a lot of time here. It is quieter than the main beach in swanage, a perfect place for children. Great to have a parking space too. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay and was prefect for us as a family. Lots of places to walk too. Our accommodation was perfect and clean. Kenton & Kirsty are great hosts and so helpful. We hope to be back again in the summer. 😊

Very convenient location for our weekend in Bournemouth. The flat was very spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped and a treat to have two bathrooms between us. We managed to park on the street both evenings which was a bonus. We explored Kingston Lacy while we were there which we thoroughly recommend! Host was helpful and quick to respond.

My children and I loved staying here. Perfect for us all and had everything we needed. The scones, clotted cream and Jam were a very lovely touch as were other items to make our short stay a breeze. Comfortable in all aspects too. We walked from here to a local pub which was also great. Julia was extremely helpful in getting the EV charger going which was another bonus to staying here. Would highly recommend.

We are regular visitors to Bournemouth for both business and pleasure. Rachels place is always the first port of call if it is available to book. Private parking space/great location/the flat itself is pristine and has the additional benefits of a very well equipped kitchen/movie room over staying in a hotel. Rachels comms are great and she is always helpful/responsive if needed! Don't hesitate to book this air bnb!

Wonderful stay over Easter weekend, central location to explore and walkable to a friendly pub, The Red lion, very reasonable prices. The house was spotless and communication great.

We had a great break in Swanage, and loved staying at Rookery Cottage. The location is great, just 12-15 minutes from the town, beaches and steam railway. It’s on a main road but you don’t notice much noise once inside. The cottage is spotless and we wouldn’t change a thing, Katherine and Brian have thought of everything. They were really responsive in the run up to the holiday and helped with recommendations of places to go with our dog. They even left a lovely welcome pack with some dog biscuits which Tommy loved! Highly recommend this for a Swanage stay!

I really enjoyed my stay, the property was very cosy and everything was immaculately clean. The bathroom and kitchen looked brand new and the garden area is lovely. The location is quiet and peaceful, a short drive away from the main areas of Bournemouth. I would be very happy to stay again.

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Lovely place, very easy check in made simple by the accommodating hosts. Hosts were available to talk to any time of day, and responded quick to any questions asked. Welcoming hamper was provided upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Would stay again, highly recommend.

Fabulous caravan in a truly beautiful location . Our second visit to Hobourne Bashley. We had great weather and visited Christchurch and Mudeford Quay for some excellent seafood. The caravan had every thing we needed for a few days in the countryside with family.

The house was ideal for our Christmas guests. Louise and Barry could not have been more helpful and kind and we loved the Christmas decorations!!

We had a lovely couple of days stay here. The flat was immaculate and as described. Brilliant instructions of how to access the flat and where to find everything. Really kind extras which were a lovely surprise and just made the stay so much more special. We will definitely be back because of the lovely flat and the location of Corfe castle. Paul and Tracy were fantastic hosts and were super friendly and responsive. They greeted us as we arrived and showed us around and made us feel at home. The property was pristine and had all the amenities you would need. There were so many little personal touches and made the whole experience feel that much more special. Was perfect for a quiet break away from busy city life and was exactly what we needed. We would strongly consider staying here again! Many thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Studio, it’s a great space and so well equipped with everything you could need. The location is fab, with lots to see and do and amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants all close by. We particularly liked having the patisserie just a few steps away, perfect for fresh bread and pastries of a morning! We would happily return here and recommend this as a lovely place to stay!

We had a few days at Nicole's bnb. it was in a lovely quiet spot within a few metres of the beach. The flat was clean and tidy with a very comfortable kingsize bed. We didn't eat our meals at the flat, but the kitchen was very well equipped and had a very modern bathroom. Very pleasant for a short stay.

Fantastic apartment flooded with beautiful light and the most stunning views of the sea. So peaceful and quiet, well laid out and equipped with cool, funky decor. Perfect location really close to sandy Boscombe beach and ideal for exploring Bournemouth, Sandbanks and Dorset landmarks. Great for a family of four with the layout of the rooms.

Family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and we all really enjoyed it. You are about 5 minutes drive to Bournemouth sea front and about 10-15 minutes to Southbourne beach. You are also a 5ish minute walk to Tesco Express (it's quicker to walk there than Drive) which is handy, there was also some restaurants in the same area but we didn't try any. The house was very clean and well looked after and a really good sized garden for the kids to run around in. Beds were all made up ready for us and few bits left out as a welcome gift which were a nice touch. Angela was also very accessible throughout the stay if we needed her.
