The house was spotless with plenty of room downstairs for us. The main bedroom was large and lovely with an ensuite shower/ toilet. The other 2 bedrooms were smaller but perfect for our needs. All beds were very comfy. The kitchen/diner was VERY well stocked with everything thing we could have needed. Lovely welcome basket with fresh bread and milk with some goodies too and a fresh bag of coffee. Lots of little thoughtful extras, like books, games, doggy items, beach towels and a fab record player! We loved sitting in the garden in the morning and evening. Hardly noticed there were neighbours as it was very peaceful despite being a residential area. We loved our stay and if back in the area would definitely stay again. The house is spacious and the garden is lovely. We stayed with two toddlers and they loved being able to play safely in the garden while we cooked in the kitchen. Rosaline was welcoming and quick to communicate. Thank you for letting us stay x

From the moment we stepped through the door of Steph’s place we felt right at home, the house was spotless and so comfortable. The decor was beautiful. It is in the ideal location to access all amenities as well as the local beaches and to collect seaglass. The communication was great and the instructions were clear. This was everything I was looking for in a solo retreat. I felt right at home, everything was already set up so didn't need to faf about. The accommodation was pristine and emaculant so no issues about worrying if I need to clean before setting up. When checking in, there is no reception in the area but luckily check in instructions were clear which made it soo much easier.

Really nice place. Everything easy about checking in and the house is first class. Go over and above for home comforts. Would definitely go back

We stayed for two nights in this lovely house. Full of quirky decorations from various parts of the world. The host rang us not long after check in to check we were all okay. Central location for what we needed. Will definitely book again

We stayed in this peaceful and spacious flat due to having renovations going on at our property which didn’t quite go to plan. The time we did spend in wylam was great, some lovely walks for our dog 🐶 😊Everything we needed and great for my son to work from 👍Would be more than happy to stay again

Host was always very available. Flat is large and offers a cosy living/ dining room. Flat well located in Heaton, supermarkets nearby and good bus and metro connections

Niel‘s place was great, a secure and quiet location and Niel and Karen were friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment was perfect for the two of us for a short visit. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

We stayed in the Penthouse and the views across Browns Bay, Cullercoats were amazing. Everything is within walking distance and the metro to the City Centre is about a ten minute walk away. Ample parking. No complaints.

Our second visit to Kate’s place - we had such a wonderful time before so we couldn’t wait to come back and spend a longer time there! It was immaculately clean and tidy as well as warm and welcoming. Kate left us supplied with milk orange juice, tea coffee cereals etc and a lovely pack of hot cross buns + butter as a special Easter treat! Kate also put out the chairs for us to sit in the sun- it was lovely , thank you. The beds are really comfortable- we slept really well. Gordon enjoyed watching the snooker on the super large tv screen ! Thanks again Kate - we’ll be back !

Fantastic location for a weekend with a 16month old. Spacious bedroom, good quality cot, comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen. Short walk through a nice park with a kids playground and small boating lake, to get to the large sandy beach and the start of a coastal walk. We had no car and manged this trip from London, getting a nice coastal bus to and from Sunderland to the place and a bus back from our coastal walk.

Fabulous apartment with beautiful sea views. Fantastic communication with our very welcoming host. We arrived to lots of special touches which helped us to feel at home from the start! Very comfortable accommodation. Private parking was a bonus. Would definitely book again!

Lovely apartment in a quiet street in the heart of Whitley Bay. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a stay - also lovely shower and bath. Excellent eateries, shops, and of course, the beach were all within easy walking distance. Our host Helen was absolutely lovely - friendly and approachable, but non interfering, and her communication was clear, friendly and informative. We will certainly book Helen's accommodation again when we visit our family in the area, and will recommend it to other family members and friends.

We had a great 3 night stay, to celebrate a late Christmas with my parents who live in Blyth. The apartment is gorgous, so well decorated and furnished. There was a lovely Christmas tree to greet us too. We arrived around 9.30 pm, found the key in the front lockbox and unloaded up the front stairs. Overall its a great place to stay, the only thing that would stop us staying again is our elderly dog (he's 15) is a bit too doddery for the stairs. The baby gate was a great feature, and meant we had no worries about him going down on his own. The internal stairs lead to the front door just over the road from an amazing park which was perfect for the dogs. Kids would love it too, I grew up in Blyth, such happy memories of Ridley Park!

Easter weekend at Michaels flat, absolutely stunning views out of the front windows, accommodation had everything we needed and Michael was a great host, plenty of communication leading up to our arrival and messaging during our stay mking sure all was ok. You won't be disappointed here.

Brian’s apartment was exactly as described ,clean and tidy with everything needed for our stay. Great location ten minutes from St Games Park by foot and the city centre, Quayside is about 15 minutes walk. We were there for the Football so it was perfect for us.
