Kathy was an amazing host! Room was extremely clean! Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We will be back!

This stay had everything I needed for a quick couple of days away! Location is everything. Easily walkable to Upham Beach which I adore. The place was clean, pool was great, and I felt safe even though I was alone. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen pluses like coffee maker and small appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Kathy could not have been a more accommodating host allowing me an earlier check in time and later checkout due to my flight times. It was so nice being able to come back and grab a quick shower after the beach the day I was leaving. This place is an excellent VALUE! Thank you Kathy!!!

We love St. Pete Beach Suites! Great social spaces, including cornhole and giant Connect Four were fun for our kids. Nice heated pool and easy walk to the beach.

The place was very cozy and the hosts were fantastic and had great communication. It was a great location- quiet but still 10 mins walk from beach. The dock was a nice relaxing touch in the backyard

Kathy and the Gulfside resort was a 10/10 for us!!! She greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the check in! Everything in our room was perfect! We absolutely loved how she had her own recommendations on what to do around St. Pete’s Beach! Our poolside room was amazing! Probably about a 3 minute walk from the beach which we absolutely loved! Definitely will be returning!

Great location for an easy stay at St. Pete Beach. Kathy worked with me to make it work for us for an event in the area. Loved the parking and ambiance around the pool.

We had an incredible time staying at Kathy’s place in St. Pete Beach. The location of the bnb was perfect walking distance to the beach and plenty of food spots. We also visited Zoo Tampa, downtown St. Petersburg and other local attractions that were all within a reasonable driving distance. The beach was beautiful, crystal clear water and was very clean. The unit itself was clean, the pool was awesome and we felt like it provided everything we needed for our little getaway from Philly. Thanks again for hosting us :)

Awesome little Airbnb one block from the beach! Great amenities (kitchenette, pool, beach gear). The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and very clean. A little noisy (try to get an upstairs room) because you can hear everything going on at the pool and above you. The hosts were super nice and let us check in early so that our baby and toddler could nap. Only (very minor) complaint was that there aren’t black out curtains in the room, so the light shines through even through the shutters. A pack and play or crib would be a nice amenity for families. All in all, great spot!

From the time I booked, to the time I checked out, everything went smoothly. Theyve mad alot of updates with the building. outside is painted. White and Blue trim now. My husband and I arrived a little early, and the room was available at that time. We opened the door and was very pleased with how clean , neat and welcoming it was. And the balcony was an added bonus to seat out in the early mornings and evenings. The room was provided with all that we needed and having a full size refrigerator was a plus. We didn’t cook but if we wanted to, it has 2 electric heating plates to cook a dinner or breakfast, microwave was good too. The pool area was welcoming, but we don’t get to the beach as often as we want, so we did that. The pool area 2 grills and is nice and clean as the whole pool area, each morning was cleaned and staraightened out for the day. Everyday, we got clean towels and dish towel and rag for washing the dishes. broom is needed to sweep up sand at times. Great stay

The 4 of us women truly enjoyed our stay! Room had what we needed and was nice and clean upon checkin. We sure appreciated the use of the beach chairs on hand! All staff were super friendly! Beach access right across the street. Pool area was great, water was warm and great to cool off. Publix less than a mile away with convenience across the road. Any questions sent to host were all answered within 5 minutes and we were able to checkin before 3pm as the room was ready...we sure appreciated that! We absolutely would return, and hope to!

We had an amazing stay at Matt’s place and couldn’t be more grateful for his hospitality. The space was thoughtfully designed, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear Matt has put a lot of care into making his guests feel welcome and at home. The location was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch, making it ideal for our trip. We were so impressed that we’re already considering rebooking for future visits. Thank you again, Matt, for creating such a memorable experience. We truly appreciated all the little details that made it feel like a home away from home. Looking forward to returning next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to treasure Island and staying at the satellite Motel. Matt was a great host; easy to communicate with , had recommendations about the area, and was on site for the majority of the time we were there. We arrived late and instructions for check-in were extremely easy to follow. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay there. We chose not to get a car and pretty much everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. John’s pass was a 20 minute walk which had lots of restaurants and shopping. (A Dunkin is a five minute walk and make sure to go to middle grounds grill for dinner!) The beach was across the street and the pool area was well kept and relaxing. We had a late night flight and Matt was accommodating and letting us lounge at the pool and continue enjoying the amenities. If you’re looking for a great place to stay at a great value, this is your location! Thanks Matt for the great stay!

My room at the hotel was exactly as described. It was easy check in and very clean room. It had plenty of space in the double queen room. The location is close to many restaurants. Within a 5-minute drive, you have a choice of many different types of food. Some you could even walk to. We were in town for a BMX race and it was only about a 12-minute drove to the track. Although i prefer a free breakfast, it does have a restaurant and a bar. The pool area is nice and the pool is heated. If you are in need of a quiet space to do some work, sit by the KOI pond outside. It is a nice tucked away quiet area back by the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I was extremely impressed with the stay. They have done an amazing job building back after the devastating storms. The room was perfect. Super clean, all new and still smelled like new wood! Appliances were new. Bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was a small efficiency, just as described. Completely walkable to all things Treasure Island. The beach walk, food, ice cream, and just a short walk to John’s Pass. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. Will stay again!!!

Had a nice stay. Private space, great amenities, and welcoming hosts. Luifi genuinely cares about the quality of your stay. Wifi good, A/C good, full kitchen and nice bathroom. I would highly recommend if you're looking for privacy and value. Thanks again!!

Everything was super clean and u get a private kitchen and bathroom perfect size for 1 or 2 and only wish all host could be like the host here , very attentive and caring . Was a relaxing peaceful weekend. Thank you and we will be seeing you again!!

We couldn't have been happier with LoriAnn's place! It was beautifully laid out and decorated and in the perfect location. Convenient beach access, the on-site Tiki Bar, and the proximity to fantastic restaurants made the trip memorable. We were down for a Phillies' spring training game and will definitely look for availability at this place again next season.

It was a wonderful place. It is a great getaway spot and feels like home. Kitchen is great for cooking and fully stocked with everything you need. Good internet. The bathroom is beautiful , clean and the place is private. 5/5
