Excellent location and had all you need for a beautiful stay at the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Appreciated how pet friendly the place was and yet super clean. Must stay here if visiting the area!

What a gem this place is! The view is stunning, and you could not be closer to the beach and grocery story (3 min and 1 min walk, respectively). The pool is great, and you also enjoy the view of the bay while lounging there. We stayed with our 2 kids, including our 1 year old, so having the pack-and-play and high chair was very helpful. The closet is stocked with all that you need for the beach, including sand toys, a beach wagon and chairs. We look forward to coming back soon!

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

Very comfortable condo. Beautifully decorated, fabulous sunsets from the balcony.

The only thing I really did not care for was the spiral staircase. And the parking but we made it. It was a lovely location and everyone was very accommodating.

I would highly recommend Kimberleys place. Perfect location right on the bay. It was so peaceful and quiet and if you wanted to go have a not so quiet night and fun it is a short walk to a lot of different establishments. The space was super clean, very comfortable. I will definitely reach out again when I return to the area.

This place was perfect for what we were needing. I booked this place for a few of my colleagues who are in the area for work, and they all noted that this place provided the quality and comfort that they were needing after long work days. Jesus was a wonderful host. He was always responsive and ready to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

We're already talking about returning in November. If anything, the pictures don't do this place justice, it was so comfortable and was easily the best outfitted Airbnb I've ever stayed it. Every little thing you could want in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of, and more. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with a number of cute little areas to take advantage of. Joe was very helpful and responded immediately when I had a question. An amazing man running an amazing place.

Leaving detailed reviews as they help me when deciding on where to stay. Check in smooth. Mona and Julian very friendly. Four adults and 2 teenagers. Probably wouldn’t recommend any more than 6 people, unless children (only 2 bathrooms - but very clean). Kitchen perfect for smaller family as well. Had basics for cooking. You would need to bring condiments, spices, oils, etc. Pans and pots were good. PLENTY of plates and bowls. Could use little more silverware, but we washed them as needed. Dishwasher small, but gets the job done. House is VERY clean. Queen and king beds comfortable. Bunk beds also fairly comfortable; HOWEVER, the bunk room was very warm - ended up having to buy a fan - still not as cool as we would have liked (our only true obstacle). Bay was beautiful. Saw dolphins. We rented a golf cart and rode to Clearwater as IR beach had the nasty grass. But house is 10 min walk to beach. Two fishing poles but I had to buy things to fix them up. We’d stay again for sure!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Grace’s place for our annual girls trip to spring training. The house was amazing, very clean and modern. Stocked with lots of conveniences. Great place to make group meals and chill out. Slept all 8 of us comfortably. The water views were spectacular. Very walkable to the main road where there are some restaurants and ice cream. We had everything we needed!

House was in a great location 20-30 minutes away from Tampa airport and all surrounding beaches. Restaurants and grocery shops nearby within 5-10 minute. Location felt safe. House was clean and spacious. Main shower was a little difficult to use but worked well. Having the waterfront was great for sunrises and sunsets and having the pool was nice when we didn’t want to be around crowds. Family friendly. Would recommend and would stay again when revisiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael's home. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with great beach access, although who needs the beach when you have such a beautiful garden to spend time in. With the ocean views, dolphins riding by, the pool and fishing off the dock our kids were so happy just to be home. Michael is a great host, incredibly responsive, generous (he bought our lunch after our fight in) and helpful. This is a fantastic choice, you will not be disappointed!!

An amazing stay! Stacy was so helpful and responsive. The house was so beautiful and was equipped with everything you could need. We hung outside most of the weekend in the beautiful backyard. The pool was amazing, beds comfortable, and so peaceful. Love to return for another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

Rosana had all the amenities we needed like a small cooler, ice maker, sun block etc. She's a thoughtful host. We LOVED the sunsets from the balcony!
