Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The Nook is situated in the pretty village of Bishops Nympton, with its village shop, village hall and beautiful medieval church. The market town of South Molton is just over 2 miles away. Conveniently situated within driving distance to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, along with the beautiful North Devon coastline and their stunning beaches. With use of glass house and seating area in private grounds including woodland and paddocks to view alpacas peacocks and many more animals. We are 20 minutes from coastal areas 15 minutes from Barnstaple, the Tarka trail and Exmoor. Also their is a footpath to the local pub from the property. We are a small friendly family run business.
