A beautiful little home in the most pristine location, the views are amazing with the beach only a stone throw away. The bifold doors are perfect to open during the day before getting the indoor fire going to create cosy nights. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to come to the area for hiking or just to relax. Thanks again.

undoubtedly 5 star accommodation. The view from the enclosed deck is out of this world. I started to relax the minute I arrived. very comfortable bedrooms, beds and bedding. a nicely stocked kitchen including a pantry with base cooking provisions including olive oil, honey, s&p, garlic, stock which makes to easy cooking without having to bring everything with you.... it's a little thing, but something I really appreciate. the area is magic as we saw a seal playing and dolphins swimming. the locals were very friendly as well. the recommendation for the local supermarket at Dodges Ferry was on the money as it was excellent. we loved it so much that we're looking to come back again next year.

We had a great time at Anna’s. It was the perfect place for us to stay. Wonderful host, extremely convenient location, sparkling clean house with everything you need inside. All is great! We love Anna’s so much! Def recommend to everyone who wants to come to Hobart! 5 stars 🌟

Beautiful, spacious and warm home. great location, with nice cafes & restaurants in the area. We loved the fireplace in the living area and the beautiful mountain views. I would reccomend parking your car on the street behind the property.

We had the best stay, spending Easter with family. The house was beyond stunning and made it hard to want to leave and explore Hobart and surrounds! The fire pit was loved and we spent most evenings watching the local kangaroos in the yard and admiring the views (as well as roasting copious amounts of marshmellows!). Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home and make precious memories.

We had the perfect night away - it was exactly what were were looking for in terns of a cosy couple retreat within comfortable driving distance from Hobart. The care and thought for the interior spaces is evident - we had everything we needed but it was also an interesting and ecclectic surrounding that gave a charming and elevated country living feel in a relaxed manner. The garden was beautifully maintained featuring many native plants to attract the birds and the view was delightful. Just what we needed - thank you!

A lovely and very well priced stay in the beachside town of Dodges Ferry. Local shop has good variety of food if you forget something from Sorell supermarket, also a daily supply of fresh bread from yummy Hobart bakeries. The local cafes near Park Beach serve decent coffee, and the beaches are lovely in all weather. The main bedroom is lovely but very light in the mornings if you are a light sleeper, also no wall between main bedroom and kitchen/lounge area- very open and airy which has its pros and cons. Not a problem, just something to be aware of as may not suit everyone. Excellent sunken 'den' and room with double bed, which our teen loved. We visited in Autumn and had a lot of fun, would be a great place to stay at in summer too. We would would stay here again if looking for accommodation in the area.

Everything about Jo & her place was wonderful. I stayed twice during my visit to Tasmania & both times were equally great. The apartment itself has a little mix of antique & modern with lovely styling. The kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable & the view is incredible. We’ll definitely stay again if we return to Hobart

We had a wonderful time, the house is beautiful and set in a beautiful bush area, lots of privacy and with the mountain backdrop yet just a couple of min walk from shops and cafes. Host was responsive, house is fully equipped and pristine, the lovely garden area gets the morning sun. I would recommend it to anyone going to Hobart, perfect location host and house!

The place was so serene and exactly what I was looking for to recharge. Scottie was super responsive and was very warm. He even arranged to feed sheep and the place felt right at home but with a breathtaking view. Will definitely be coming back and probably staying longer

We had a lovely stay at Orchard’s nest for my partner’s 40th. It was really relaxing, beautifully furnished, the bed and linen were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend for a place to relax and reset.

Craig is a friendly and welcoming host and came to welcome us after we arrived. Our accommodation was brand new and spotlessly clean. The chalets are beautifully designed both inside and out and there are wonderful views to Fluted Cape on Bruny Island The artwork reflects Craig's passion: rescuing injured raptors and returning them to the wild. it is well worth making an appointment to visit the raptor centre during your stay. There are plenty of attractions locally and we enjoyed the cliff top walk in Coningham Reserve. The IgA in nearby Snug is excellent for groceries etc. We thoroughly recommend a stay here. An absolutely beautiful place in a beautiful location. Sonia and Jeff very clearly care about their guests having a fantastic experience, which is evident by the way they've presented their place. Would absolutely visit again, loved it!

We have enjoyed our week long stay here so much. So relaxed and peaceful with the wild life surroundings and the beautiful spring running through at the bottom of the cabin. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable holiday.
