House was great and super clean! Pups loved the backyard which was amazing and very secured giving us extra peace of mind. The community is a retirement community one thing to keep in mind and wished I had known prior to booking

Absolutely looooved this property! We had a family staycation and it was perfect for a family get together and house full of kids. There was something to do for both kids and adults the entire weekend. The home was equipped with everything you would need to feel right at home. Only downfall was the waterfall was not working but the heated pool made it still worth it. If you’re thinking about this property I would say yes! We will definitely be adding this to our family favorites and can’t wait to return again.

Loved! Loved! Loved! the Airbnb and the area. The Airbnb is probably the nicest we have stayed in. The furniture was brand new and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the view was awesome. The owners were very responsive and proactive. I would have given it more stars if I was able. Convenient to a small grocery store, several restaurants, golf and riding trails. We were able to rent bikes right down the road. We totally enjoyed staying in Jean's Airbnb. Hope to return later this year.

This was a great place to stay! The house was equipped with everything you need for a great vacation and was close to the Grand Canyon west rim, the host was very responsive!

Great home to stay in for me and my family. The house was very cozy and clean. We would love to stay here again if we ever come back to visit our family in Vegas.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Scott was quick to respond to messages, and even flexible with our checking time. The condo was so peaceful. Pool area was lovely. Bed and furniture was very comfortable. Loved the patio to enjoy coffee on in the morning! Would recommend and stay again!

Great spot to stay away from the vegas craziness Besides There keurig machine thats was busted ,expired treats and little dusty of a home I would say ok place too stay ,,, Good thing they had an old school coffee make in the pantry to make up for it lol

If you are staying in Boulder City, Jerry's place is a perfect location. In between downtown and Lake Mead. Jerry was extremely helpful and a great communicator. His condo was very clean and just as described. I've stayed in many Airbnb's and the beds were probably the most comfortable that we've experienced. My husband and I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Boulder City/Henderson area. I highly recommend Jerry's place.
