We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Berowra Waters Glass House. The property is stunning, nestled right on the water with breathtaking views that made every moment feel like a retreat. From fishing off the deck to kayaking and taking the boat out, there was never a dull moment- just pure relaxation and adventure in equal measure. George was fantastic and was prompt with communicating with us from early stages of the booking process. What truly set our stay apart was Patrick, the wonderful property manager. His warm welcome and wealth of local knowledge made our trip even more special. He had fantastic recommendations for things to do, and his friendly nature added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a unique escape surrounded by natural beauty, with great activities right at your doorstep, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend away with family over the Easter long weekend! The property was very spacious and on a quiet street. It caters for the whole family (board games, a river to walk along, fishing, water activities, Foxtel and an outdoor area to relax and hang out. The kitchen had all the essential appliances/condiments including a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Great Location - An 18-minute drive to Nowra, 3 3-minute drive to Seven Mile Beach - Shoalhaven Heads, Local IGA, a 10-minute drive to Berry and a scenic drive to neighbouring areas (Gerringong and Kiama). Dianne is a great host and very responsive to all queries. A card was handwritten and personalised on arrival, which was a nice touch. Thank you, for allowing us to stay at your home. We loved it, and will definitely visit again!

What a lovely property. Great views and easy access to the waterfront area to go for walks and enjoy being outside. The description and photos were so accurate to the property. Lots of board games to keep us busy during the periods of heavy rain we encountered. Easy access to the various attractions that are in the surrounding areas.

My friends and I had the most amazing stay! The house was perfect for the group size, felt so luxurious and was close to the beach and local shops. The team -5 Illawarra Getaways were so helpful and accommodating for all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay BellMohr House was exceptional. The house itself was stunning, beautiful furnishings and had everything we needed. We were a family of 11, the house was spacious and had many activities to suit the whole family. The host, Rob was outstanding, his communication was fantastic giving clear instructions and he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I would highly recommend staying at BellMohr House :)

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!

I stayed at Anne’s with my older mum, sister, young nephew, partner and my big dog. Everyone absolutely loved it. It was spacious and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The seperate space downstairs was particularly special for my sister and her son. They woke up and played in the yard without annoying anyone. As an interior designer I adored the retro architecture and styling. I wouldn’t change a thing. Great location on the water. Our highlights were our own jetty for swimming and kayaking and the warm fireplace. I would definitely rebook.

The apartment was beautiful and well maintained, with everything we could need. The cross ventilation is amazing, especially after a long, warm day walking about town. The surrounding rooms were quiet, the location is quite peaceful, but it's very easy to get into the centre of town where the action is, as well as being close to attractions like the NMA. The lake is close by for lovely walks, too. There is a nice bar and cinema down stairs, so you don't need to travel far for a night out. We would definitely be up for staying here again. Jo is a wonderful host! Very friendly and welcoming from the get go, we were very impressed by the lux feel and the overall aesthetic of her home. Could not fault the cleanliness standards she keeps or the amenities available to make your stay a comfortable and easy experience (washer/dryer/dishwasher etc) Couldn’t ask for a better view or location either right on the water and in a quiet but central location.

Was a great place to stay. With Woolies and restaurants just downstairs was very convenient. The amenities were also fantastic, a pool, kids room, theatre, amazing views from the rooftop. Jessica was always very responsive. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again next time we visit Canberra.

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Leonie's home. Leonie was a very communicative host who offered early check in and made many helpful recommendations for day walks in Merimbula and surrounds. The view from the accommodation is amazing and the property is well situated for exploring Bar Beach, Long Point, Short Point and the Lake Explorer path into town. Definitely recommend!

Great location for a morning walk by the lake, choices to eat out at your doorstep or everything you need to cook / eat in. We needed help with something one night and Andrea was responsive, and super friendly, a great host.

Paul & Helen's cottage made for a perfect location for my birthday weekend with my partner. Paul made sure he met us on arrival, and showed us around the cottage. We've stayed in many air bnb's and this kind of accommodation was so polished, where other stays have missed. The information booklet was extremely thorough, we loved the welcome basket full of local sweets and treats, and the special touch of the welcome sign. All amenities were in tiptop condition, modern and simply lovely. Try and have breakfast outside, as it's lovely to hear the morning birds singing! Thank You, Shanti & Dean.

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

What an amazing place. The cottage was clean and incredibly comfortable. Tobi's communication was excellent & we really enjoyed the delicious home baked biscuits left for us. The house backs onto the lake and we enjoyed the basin walk alongside the lake. The house is private, quiet and peaceful. We even had the pleasure of waking up to a beautiful mob of kangaroos resting on the back lawn. We enjoyed our breakfast with them. They weren't phased by us at all. We can't wait to return for another peaceful getaway.

Brendan’s shack is as beautiful and peaceful as all the other reviews describe it. The garden is particularly stunning with an amazing collection of Banksias. We also went kayaking multiple times in the river and mountain biking in Termil Forest over the highway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Had the best time at Canyonleigh. Tranquil location, gorgeous animals and access to a river. The place itself was very well equipped, clean and tidy. The best part about the entire stay however was Mel. She was extremely responsive and available for all of our queries. She offered a farm experience to us in the morning. When we needed honey, cinnamon and extra towels she was quick to provide. Furthermore we needed a ride into Bowral and she not only offered to give us one, but gave as quite an informed and impassioned tour of the area. We had the best time and would love to revisit again. Our cup feels very full now and I am really grateful!
