Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Carmen was an incredibly considerate host and the condo itself is so carefully and beautifully designed with so many spaces to relax and enjoy. The area itself is quiet and very private - we loved that our kids could make themselves at home both in the house and on the beach any time of day. At the same time, a 10 minute drive took us to a lovely German cafe and 10 minutes further we were in downtown Melbourne Beach. All in all a wonderful trip and a truly lovely place to stay!

Ocean Villages is an excellent destination for all ages! My wife and I are in our FIFTIES and fell right in the middle of the age range. The properties amenities are exceptional including a brand new primary pool. We will be back next year!!!

Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with an easy walk to the beach!! Having a bath and a half is so convenient. All of the instructions are updated and very helpful, and hosts are very engaged and responsive. We had a great time 😊

Absolutely perfect location for a family traveling to Paradise Park for a surf contest. We could walk to the location we needed to be at & the homeowner was a great host. Very easy to communicate with, very responsive, & the place was both quiet & pristine. We will return next year!

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Great location, walkable to the beach and the amenities at the home made for a very comfortable stay. We really appreciated the amount of resources for guest use such as yoga mats, bikes, beach wagon, beach towels, and toys. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is really cool! Great rooms and just overall atmosphere of the house. The outdoor area was great to hang out in, and the location is really close to the beach. Joan was very responsive, very helpful, and super nice. She even mailed us back some swimsuits that were left behind. Overall amazing experience.

This was one of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever rented. By far. The location is perfect… The hostess was amazing. She should write a manual for other Airbnb hosts on how to do it. Her place was perfect. She thought of everything. One small problem and she handled it right away. Very very nice and professional person and a great place to rent! Definitely a return trip is in order.

We had a great time. Wonderful location. Beautiful, empty beach. Walking distance to cute little beach town. House, pool, and hot tub are as pictured and well maintained. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend and return.

Loggerhead Landing provided a wonderful family vacation: 8 people total across 3 family units. One person on the trip commented that they couldn't imagine a place better accommodating 8 people - he felt there was a great mix of shared space to all come together, but also ample space to each have your own area and privacy. Our group included two children (10 & 12) and at least one senior with more limited mobility. Having such easy access to the beach, along with the beautiful pool and patio area right out back, allowed us to navigate the group's differing needs and abilities perfectly. The house itself was beautiful, super clean, well appointed for travelers, and clearly well cared for. The location was fabulous as well - close to amenities and services such as a well-stocked grocery store, yet still residential and private enough to feel like you're getting your own little slice of FL beach heaven during your stay. Daniel was responsive and lovely to book with. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful we took my kids and their family the grandkids. Played in the pool a lot. went to the beach. I would highly recommend this house. Hope to go back some day. My 5 year old granddaughter got to see the turtle. That made her trip. Thank you for sharing your house with us

We easily accessed the house with a clear code that was easy to remember. The home was beautiful and the pool was clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, there was a boil water alert the first 2 days which was somewhat inconvenient but not the host’s fault. We suggest to the host to provide more towels as it was stocked with less than we expected and able to recycle. The property was a short distance from the beach and the State Parks had decent parking. The area had many good restaurants. We will be returning to Melbourne Beach again.

The owners live locally and respond to questions immediately. My family really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Cool place to hang out. Walk down to the pier and the tiki bars was great. Watching the fishermen feed the pelican might be the highlight. Great boat watching as they come through the cut. A prime location the only issue is you have to go outside for the view:)

This adorable home as well as our host were perfection in every way! Nothing like walking in to bright cheery decor and a fresh , clean smell. The entire home was spotless, well stocked and having the coffee cart was so appreciated (especially since we forgot to pick up milk on our way in) . The home looked small when we pulled up but were pleasantly surprised how spacious the rooms were and extremely comfortable the beds were as well! Having the use of the golf cart was such a bonus as we used it to go to the beach & pool across the street. We were also so happy to see the beach chairs available for us to use. We didn’t want to leave & can’t wait to book again when we come back to visit our friends who own a place in the area. The host was fantastic and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Excellent location just a short walk to a remote entrance to a long stretch of beach. We weren't looking for a busy beach and it delivered...just a few people within hundreds of yards of us. The unit was very nice and had very good upgrades. Big kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Porch area was great for beach toy storage and for hosing off after coming back from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Sandy's condo is in a great location only two blocks from a very nice beach. She has two beach chairs available to use. The neighborhood is quiet. The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a small porch off the master bedroom and also a deck. The porch and deck get the afternoon sun so depending on the time of year you visit it might be to hot to sit on the deck. The main level has a big sectional with lots of seating. Because the condo is the middle unit it tends to be dark on the main floor. Sandy was quick to respond. Kennedy Space Center is worth the visit. Pappagallos Pizza which is a 1/2 mile from the condo was very good. We had the very best meal and service at Islands Fish Grill. It was so good we went back a second time.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was easy to get in and out and it was very spacious. Loved being right at the beach and enjoyed every minute of it.

Wir durften 1 Woche an diesem wundervollen Fleckchen Erde verbringen. So wunderschön den Sonnenaufgang aus der Wohnung morgens zu beobachten und danach direkt den Strand, der so gut wie nur für uns da war, den ganzen Tag über zu genießen. Binnur war immer umgehend zu erreichen und antwortet sofort. Alles Basics und noch mehr durch vorherige Urlauber waren auch reichlich vorhanden. Die Wohnung gefüllt mit so viel Liebe, ein wunderbarer Strandhaus Flair mit dem Blick auf den Ozean. Selbst Delfine konnten wir von hier aus beobachten. Einmalig!!! Vielen Dank für diese besonderen Erinnerungen!

We had a wonderful stay at Adaue & Mike’s place in Indialantic Beach! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for our family. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It’s also spotless, well-organized, and clearly maintained with care. You can truly relax here and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
