Comfortable home in a GORGEOUS spot! This was our first visit to the finger lakes, and Jess’s spot was perfect. We loved sitting on the dock and taking in the views. Plenty of space, and really comfortable- especially with so many outdoor sitting areas. It was a perfect place!

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

Beautiful location, so convenient for visiting the wineries. There is so much to do in the area. Being right on the water is amazing. You can watch the sunrise ..it’s really a magnificent view from the upstairs bedroom. This place has everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and the hot tub. The parking is above the home so you have to walk down to the home. Inside there is a spiral staircase (you can see in the photos) to the bedrooms..so if you have any mobility issues this may be an issue. This is a lovely quiet place to unwind and relax. I highly recommend

We had a great time a Merry's place. Beautiful, old house, but very well kept. We walked into Geneva several times ; less than a mile walk. Hot tub was great, as was the propane fireplace. Just so comfortable and welcoming. We really loved the old house, and Merry was super accommodating. Great visit!!

We really enjoyed our time at the Peppermint Cottage. It was freezing cold and snowy when we got there and it made us feel instantly warm and cosy when we walked in and a fire was already going in that beautiful fireplace! It was a quiet and peaceful location, and we enjoyed a quiet nights rest. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

Location. Comfort. Price. All wrapped up in one. Had a nice, relaxing stay while visiting son at SUNY. A great choice for a weekend stay instead of the local hotels.

Lori was amazing at communicating with us about some issues we had leading up to our visit. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

It was a lovely Airbnb…just like the pictures Depicted. It was well stocked except that you need to bring your own soap for the shower. There are plenty of brand stores on Monroe Ave. if your need to purchase anything. Location is perfect and very convenient. Will definitely return again when visiting Rochester.

The Cottages were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. It was nice and hot out so it was necessary to have AC and each cottage had AC that worked great. The lake was perfect and we were able to easily get out there every day we stayed. The place was pet friendly, so we brought our Golden, who also enjoyed the water. The views are perfect and everyone had so much fun. Bruce was very communicative and friendly. Although we got confused by parking at first that was easily fixed ( our problem with reading the directions). If you want a place to stay where everyone can get together or have their own space this is the place right on Canandaigua Lake!

This is a cozy, comfortable house. A quiet neighborhood but close to things to do in Rochester. Trina is a great host. I would stay here again.

We spent a surprise birthday weekend in the Railcar for my husband. My husband is a a huge rail fan which made this gift a no brainer. We boated, swam, kayaked, fished, hung out by the firepit and made great memories. We even spotted a Bald Eagle soaring over the water.

excellent hosts. very responsive, friendly and always available to help! place is right in center of pittsford easy to walk into town. when we weren’t out, we watched tv on a extremely comfortable couch. bedrooms clean and comfortable. this is gem hard to get. if available. book it!

This property was great - very cozy and as described. Would not recommend 8 people, but definitely more than enough for 2 couples or 2 families.

This place is truly a gem. The layout is perfect for family vacations and the deck was beautiful to hangout and watch the sunset. Everything was organized and had its own spot. I was skeptical of the non scented soaps but the ones provided actually smelled really good and I may look into for myself. This place felt very clean and cozy. We were so sad to leave and will miss the view. We hope to come back soon. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for a private family vacation with a view.

Roger is a great host. He is very friendly and I could have talked to him for hours, but we had wedding events to attend. When we needed something and could not find it, Roger quickly responded to let us know where we could find it. The house is charming and remind me of my grandparents place with quanlity workmanship of yesterday. Even though the place was historic it had all the amenities and comforts of home. They were very good people who took care of all my needs to make my stay enjoyable. I would stay there again. The next time I go in that area.

Gina is very responsive, and her place is as described—even better in person. It is very comfortable and homey. The kitchen is a plus; it allows me to cook home-cooked meals for my son, who is in college and wants home-cooked meals desperately. The place is not just clean, it's immaculate, and she has items available that a person might need but forget when travelling. This is my second time staying at Gina's; as long as her place is available when I travel to Rochester, I will stay there each time.

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

We loved staying at Mark's place with our three dogs. The house gave the dogs plenty of space to explore and lots of windows to look out of. The park directly across the street was very convenient for dog walks. The kitchen was well stocked and immaculate and the family room had very comfortable furniture and lots of light. The entire home had lots of character. Mark was extremely responsive to questions and even met us at the house at check in to show us around. It was a lovely personal touch. I highly recommend Mark's house to families visiting the Penfield/Rochester area.

Beautiful house looking over Seneca lake was a perfect fit for our weekend. The house was clean and very spacious. It is in a great location to all the wineries and breweries. Highly recommend and would come back.

Great home. We didn’t use the pool but it was sparkling clean and beautiful as was the yard and house. Mike’s a great host and the beds were super comfortable. Close to family and a good place to stay.

Rick and Tina are great host and make you feel very comfortable. Beautiful river setting that I wish we could have enjoyed more. Their dogs are a lot of fun to watch and made us feel at home. You won’t be disappointed. 😊

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!
