Situated in a self-contained wing of the farmhouse, there is a large double bedroom (with kingsize and single beds), private bathroom and lounge/breakfast room. There's a large TV with Freeview, a selection of games and puzzles, a library of books and you’re welcome to explore and relax in the gardens/grounds. And WiFi is available if you want to remain connected to the real world! Continental breakfast is provided along with a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. There is no kitchen.

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.

With two country pubs within walking distance, Chester zoo just 4 miles away and Chester city centre a ten minute drive we are ideally located for exploring this lovely part of Cheshire. Bala is nestled in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park where you can find an abundance of truly stunning landscapes to explore from the doorstep. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) is a short walk from the house, with all local amenities pubs, shops, cafes within 200 yards.

You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the views GOOD FOOD ON OFFER IF REQUIRED . a HOME FROM HOME .. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
