A great family friendly house in an excellent and safe neighborhood. We would have stayed longer. Great hosts.

Great little apartment that felt spacious and comfortable. We went for a long weekend and it was the perfect home base for our North Shore adventures. A great kitchen and good grocery store options. A lovely deck! We highly recommend and plan to stay again.

Fantastic location, especially if you plan to visit the Sleeping Giant. Huge outdoor space with multiple deck levels, all lit up at night both with solar and motion lighting. Cozy cottage with everything we needed, including a really nice hot tub after a day of hiking and biking. Great stop - would definitely stay again!

My family (me, husband, and three children) stayed for the weekend. We really enjoyed the home. It was well suited to our needs. As specified in the description, we made sure the children did not play in the basement but we did use the sauna as well as the laundry facilities. The snow was melting as it is spring time and there was quite a bit of animal feces in the yard. Considering it was Easter weekend we did a quick egg hunt for our children in the back yard and that is when we noticed. Our children played mostly on the deck or in the front Upon check out we were sure to follow the instructions and messaged our host to notify our departure. We were surprised, however, to receive a message from the host accusing us of bringing a dog into the home. We do own a dark haired Irish wolfhound who stays home and is mainly an outdoor dog. We always get him a sitter when we travel as he is too big to travel with. I would suggest the host install a front door camera to avoid these issues

The type of AirBNB you hope for and the reason I prefer this over hotels. Dana, and the rental space, are both super nice! We really enjoyed our stay and the thoughtful sundries really came in handy. Beautiful view, spacious main bedroom, and large windows flooded the space with natural light. Hosts were so pleasant and an added bonus. Very convenient to the airport. Super clean! Would stay again.

Absolutely pristine. Peaceful. The first night, I saw a coyote run through the woods. The second night, three deer went through. My dog and I had a peaceful, absolutely grounding stay. Good moments of sunbathing in the early spring light. Easy to relax. Highly recommend the walking trail. It’s clearly marked and links right up to superior hiking trail. Felt as though I was walking amongst the deer. It’s pin drop silent, apart from an occasional car on 61, and the beach is a quick walk. I will certainly be coming back. Everything I needed for this weary family therapist.

Cabin's proximity to Lake Superior is hard / impossible to beat - comfortable main cabin with smaller well appointed guest quarters. Weather was perfect - allowing for nightly fires all but one evening, with ample firewood provided. No air conditioning - though fans and airflow are sufficient to sleep in comfort. Bedding was also very comfortable providing for a good evening's rest. For skiers - Lutsen Ski Resort is only five minute drive. All of our family members were unanimous in stating; subject was one of our favorites places and we've stayed in approximately 20 properties on the North Shore. See you on the trails!

This cozy cottage is the most peaceful little hideaway from home! It has everything you need for a short trip. My fiance and I enjoyed our stay with a lake view out of every window. Nice private lot to bring your dog along. It's close to all the must-see spots and the beach across the street is worth a visit.
