This was a great place to spend quiet time with family. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Well maintained and thoroughly clean. We were three couples and each had a bedroom and bathroom on separates floors of the house. There is also plenty of gathering spaces on the main floor both inside and outside. There is a wonderful, fully furnished fire pit including fire starters and campfire blankets. And the wonderful kitchen was spacious, easily accommodating multiple people to prepare meals. A+ to the owners and cleaners.

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

We had a wonderful stay at Aaron’s place! The house is beautiful and spotless, the beds and furniture are comfy and cozy, and it is filled with great amenities. The view is absolutely stunning! It is a quiet and peaceful location, but close enough to the quaint town of Skaneateles. Aaron was a fantastic host! Communication was always super fast, and Aaron did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay. We would definitely return to this beautiful property!

5/5 – A Perfect Family Getaway We had an incredible stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home was ideal for a family vacation—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. My children were devastated to go! We had planned a few small adventures in the surrounding area, but they were so happy in the pool that we barely left the property. We came during spring break from upstate New York, where it was still snowing, so the warm weather and sunshine were a much-needed reprieve. The house had everything we needed: Netflix, Alexa, a garage full of pool noodles and floaties, and a lovely selection of children’s books that my toddlers adored. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Neil kindly gifted my daughter a stuffed cat she had fallen in love with—it meant so much to her and to us. This was the kind of stay that creates lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back.

We stayed for four nights with six people and three pets, and it was perfect for our needs. We were comfortable and the surrounding area is beautiful!

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

This place was awesome. The indoor pool was amazing. The local village is only two miles away for any necessities. We stayed during a massive snowstorm and had no issues whatsoever. Davit was extremely pleasant to deal with. Can’t wait to come back!

Loved our time here. It was a great space to stretch out after spending time in NYC. Lots of fun extras for the kids like the toys and games in the shanty. Great proximity to church historical sites if that is of interest. Would recommend to anyone!

Randi was responsive and so helpful as we booked our weekend stay to visit our son. The home was so convenient - just a few mins away from campus and also from downtown. Its nicely furnished, clean and really comfortable. we normally stay in a hotel but Randi’s home was so much better! You can’t go wrong with this home - We are planning a return visit!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely escape! The heated outdoor patio was wonderful. Unfortunately it rained a lot of our trip, so we weren’t able to enjoy the local hikes like we hoped. This home helped us to have a great time regardless. The hot tub, view, and amenities were great. Jill provides most everything you need!

This is a charming spot, central to everything. We like to have a place to hang out as a family when we come to visit our child who is a student at Ithaca and this was an ideal spot! Nicholas made everything easy! The coffee and tea are a really nice touch!

We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated how cute and clean the place was, and its location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was nice to see kids out playing and trick-or-treating in the area. Cheryl and Anna were very communicative and gave clear instructions. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

This place is lovely. Close to the state park, in the main stretch of town for a quick walk downtown. They took great care to provide all the necessities to make you feel right at home. It’s bigger than we anticipated providing space for all of us.

We were looking for a place to stay near our son’s wedding venue (The Cannery) and the Justice Place was the perfect place! Laura and Joel’s home is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and provided the perfect accommodations to enable his family and groomsmen space to have breakfast and relax as we all got ready for the wedding! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

Great place for family and kids. Large bedrooms, activities in the basement for kids, and lots of open space for the kids to slide around and have fun.

Beautiful little home! The host was responsive and friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. Great little hidden gem. 10/10 recommend if you want to get away from the world and have a peaceful quite place.

This was an absolutely wonderful property! We loved the location and it was a beautiful place perfect for our family of four and two dogs. I loved walking my dogs all over the beautiful lake area. We enjoyed fresh local food, very kind people, and the charm of a small lake town. Thank you to our host for being so responsive and helpful!

We were looking to host a retreat for the trustees responsible for running a creative problem solving program for kids in the state of New York. Our experience at Heywood Manor was nothing less than exceptional. The location, the house along with its amenities combined with a gracious host made it a memorable weekend. I'm trying to think of a reason to return just to experience it again!

Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt, die Lage direkt am Bach ist extrem ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet, und der Außenbereich mit großer Terrasse und Garten direkt am Bach ist sehr großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist nicht auf dem allerneuesten Stand, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
