This home offers a Cal King bed in the upstairs bedroom, queen size beds in each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, and an extra fold out queen size bed if needed. Great location in the best part of town!

Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. We offer a peaceful and comfortable 1930's mountain cabin in the heart of the Klamath Mountains. The setting, nestled among large, ancient, fir trees and majestic hardwoods, is a perfect base camp to explore the surrounding mountains and rivers. Local highlights include the Marble Mountain and Siskiyou Wilderness Areas and Wild and Scenic Rivers including Dillon Creek, Salmon River and the Klamath River. The Salmon River Outpost in the town of Somes Bar offers food, beverages and more.

Shasta is only 3 miles away. It is also conveniently located close to Lake Siskiyou and Mount Shasta Ski resort. There are nearby hiking and biking trails. Whether you just want to relax, and/or get out and see the beautiful Mount Shasta area, the Sugar Pine is a great place to be!

The kitchen is fully equipped and prepped to make any meal. The firm queen bed and firm pull-out sofa are extremely comfortable with cooling mattress toppers and pillowcase covers. It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.

Shasta City is a 8-10 min drive, and McCloud/Mt. Shasta Ski Park is just a 20-25 beautiful drive.
