We had one of our best vacations at this beautiful home in Magoito, Portugal. The house was even more stunning than expected—peaceful, quiet, with breathtaking sunsets and just a short walk to the beach. It was the perfect escape from the city. Our hosts, Chen and Ms. Yang, were kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Chen gave us great local recommendations and quickly resolved any small issues. When we lost power and Wi-Fi, Ms. Yang came personally to help. Nila, who came to clean, was lovely and warm—even with a language barrier, we understood each other. When we left items in an Uber, Chen helped us retrieve them. Uber is reliable and affordable if you're not driving, and the drivers were polite even if they didn’t speak English. We felt completely cared for and would absolutely stay again. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable coastal getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Ricardo‘s place. It’s close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and the house is situated on a large property with a pool in the back. I look forward to coming back in the summer! Ricardo was great as a host and Pedro was incredibly helpful to figure things out and provide local recommendations.

We had a great time at casa lua at Quinta da Bella vista!! It is very close or walkable to the great attractions like Quinta da regaleira. You may still want to take a tuktuk to the big attractions like Peña palace and regaleira as parking is hard to find there however parking at this airbnb is perfect and included. We stayed in February so the pool was there but chilly. My kids had a blast on the trampoline which we had not expected, so a lovely surprise! The property and property manager Dinesh was very flexible with our late arrival and very helpful during our stay. We would absolutely come back in future!!!

Isabel was a great host! We are so thankful to her. She was always quick to respond. The Airbnb was wonderful. The surroundings so beautiful and quiet. The host went above and beyond to help us. We were traveling with a baby and my husband fell sick. She was very understanding and helped us out. Highly recommend her property!!

Das Apartment von Carla & Rui war sehr schön. Alles vorhanden, was man gebraucht hat. Sogar für das Baby war alles da. Es war gemütlich und man hatte viel Platz. Die Umgebung Richtung Meer und Ericeira ist superschön zu erkunden. Carla & Rui waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben sich super gekümmert. Alles bestens!

L’arrivée dans le logement a été très facile. L’hôte est prévenant et réactif, avec de petites attentions à l’arrivée, comme des fournitures mises à disposition en cadeau de bienvenue. Très bon séjour !

Márcio was een fijne gastheer, Het uitzicht van het appartement is prachtig. Je kijkt over Malveira da Serra en Cascais naar de oceaan. Het appartement is gezellig, heel schoon en voorzien van allerlei gemakken. Prima douche ook. Wij zijn niet lang, ik kan me voorstellen dat langere mensen met hun voeten buiten het bed steken. Great place located in historical town. We enjoyed driving through the old narrow streets, felt like a fairy tale. The place is very modern inside and had all the amenities. Perfect location to explore Sintra and surroundings. Quiet area, and hosts were responsive and helpful.

Séjour incroyable dans cette magnifique villa. La vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et la salle à manger est à couper le souffle. Parking à disposition, la maison est bien équipée et l'emplacement est idéal pour un séjour à proximité de Lisbonne. Petits villages et restaurants à proximité avec de très belles plages. Nous étions hors saison donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement des installations extérieures toutefois le séjour était tout de même très reposant. Merci Duarte pour l'accueil.

Pedro’s place in Sintra was perfect to base ourselves for two days of walking. He was amazing at responding to questions and helped us find a place to park our car. It was so lovely to stay in the old town and experience at night when it is quiet and so peaceful. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Para nuestra realidad el lugar estaba ideal, los ninos podian correr y salir al patio. todo estaba perfecto, el lugar es rural solo en vehiculo puedes moverte. el entorno es de campo, perfecto para desconectarte de la ciudad. Si bien nosotros pasamos gran parte del tiempo en lisboa, el tiempo que pasamos en el alojamiento fue perfecto. muchas gracias jorge por tu espacio.

This is like a magical secret garden and so charming! We loved the grounds and gardens and the fact that we were right by the Regaliera, you could see it from the bathroom window! It was such a beautiful stay and you could see the Moorish castle up on the hill every night and the beautiful hotel across the street was stunning as well. I loved every minute staying at Ana's beautiful property and in Sintra. There is so much to see. The only thing I would mention is that it is hard to drive around Sintra and from this property since it is a one way street and you have to drive at least 20 min to get back into town. Definitely would recommend walking everywhere and not driving as it takes so much longer and the streets are hard to navigate.

Charmante et belle maison, décorée avec soins et très propres, tout était impeccable à notre arrivée. La literie est excellente. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Idéalement située à proximité de la gare. Cependant la voie ferrée se trouve face a la maison, il aurait été important de le préciser dans la description.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr sauber (9/10) und gut ausgestattet. Anfangs mussten wir uns zwar ein wenig zurechtfinden, da nicht alles sofort selbsterklärend war, aber nach kurzer Zeit hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Lage war wirklich top: Direkt am Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar und gute Anbindung an die Umgebung. Zwar gibt es eine Straße direkt vor dem Haus, aber der Verkehr war absolut im Rahmen und hat nicht gestört. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war hervorragend – immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle Aussicht aufs Meer vom oberen Stockwerk sowie der schöne Pool. Alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung, aber die Lage und Ausstattung haben den Aufenthalt für uns sehr angenehm gemacht. Es gab nichts, was uns wirklich gestört hat. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im malerischen Penedo, hoch oben mit Ausblick bis zum Meer. Jedes Zimmer ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der traditionelle Stil macht das kleine Häuschen sehr gemütlich und wenn man durch die Gassen von Penedo zieht entdeckt man überall schöne Gärten und wundervolle Häuser.

I cannot say enough on the condition of this airbnb. Everything was emaculate from the towels to the bed. The host(s) answered questions promptly and gave a few recommendations on restaurants, grocery stores, and sites. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Sintra.

We enoyed the week in this wonderful location. The garden and way to the sea was such a wonderful experience. the House is cute, has everything you need. it was a bit cold in the evening, so we started a fire in the oven and had also an electric heater - that worked awesome! we will come.back one day :)

We had such a lovely stay at Duarte and Kjersti’s vacation home ❤️ perfect space for a toddler and the two parents - beautifully decorated yet warm and cozy and easy to live in. It’s located down a footpath on the back side of a church on a steep hill, so get ready for a little walk and with it amazing views, quiet, and friendly folks passing by. We enjoyed the wine for guests (best we had during our month in Portugal), easy adventures from our front door (to the local cafe, up to the mountain, down to the neighbors bunnies & chickens), and a quick drive to the beaches and the rest of Sintra. For the tall folks (I’m 6’ 3’’ , almost 2 M) this home was built many years ago and for a shorter population which means the door frames are SHORT. I hit my head a few times and we needed to hang warnings to protect myself. If you’re looking at the posting and thinking “this is magical”, it truly is. Thank you for opening up your home! 🙏
