The place is so nice and perfect for families. Very comfortable and could be a staycation if there wasn’t so many things to do in Seoul. Quiet and easy to get to not too far from a subway station. It’s a very walkable area with many restaurants and convenience stores.

Staying here was really restful and fuss free. Host allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time so that we could be hands free to explore Seoul. When we checked-in we were welcomed with calm music and a clean and beautiful place. There were clear instructions on how to use the space, including the tea set that was prepared for us. Warm tea was much needed especially on some cold days - lovely with yagwa that we bought for ourselves! I loved the attention to detail even on the smallest things, like the cards that were used to direct us to the qr code with instructions on how to use the projector for example was elegantly done. There’s a drawer where you can find korean board and card games. The location was very convenient as well. Just 15 mins bus ride to Itaewon (google Golden Piece as direction to Itaewon) and 30mins to MimiLine. Overall wonderful stay.

에어컨이 안돼서 좀 더웠어요ㅜ 중앙 냉방인게 좀 아쉽네요

동탄역 연결되어 있어 교통 편하고, 백화점 건물 윗층이라 카페 레스토랑 등 편의시설 훌륭해요. 여름에도 숙소까지 동선에 에어컨 연결돼 있어 시원하고요. 위치좋아 매번 이곳 건물로 휴가 오는데 엘스테이 호스트님은 그중 제일 세심하게 배려해 주시고 친절하셨어요. 따뜻한 마음과 배려에 내집처럼 편히 쉬다갑니다. 감사합니다!

We had such a wonderful time staying here! The space was cosy, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we could possibly need. The little details really made it feel like a home away from home — from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen and relaxing atmosphere. The location was ideal, with easy access to local spots, and the neighbourhood felt safe and welcoming. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the peaceful vibe after busy days out exploring. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Highly recommend to anyone visiting!

Everything went great, we enjoyed everything. We were always treated with care and respect. The apartment itself was perfect, everything was as described. We went to restaurants and stores in the area and literally every person wanted to help us and always greeted us with a smile). I highly recommend this accommodation, it was our first time in Seoul and it was wonderful

My family & I are happy and satisfied with the stay during our brief holiday in Seoul in April 2025. The house is self-sufficient with all the basic home appliances including Internet/WiFi. The space and layout is sufficient for my family. It was quiet, clean and safe. The architecture design of the house was quite unique and located in a narrow alley with plenty of interesting and quality food eateries around to where we stay. Many tourist attractions were within a walking distance including Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok village, Gwanghwamun Square. It was truly a wonderful and memorable experience to live in a Hanok setting. Will definitely recommend the listing to anyone looking for a unique accommodation while in Seoul! Will return for more stays if available during future trips too!

위치가 좋았고 아들래미와 지내는 동안 숙소 분위기가 캐주얼해서 저도 아이도 좋았네요 따뜻하고 편안한 침구류가 특히 좋았습니다 욕실에 하수구 냄새가 좀 안좋은거 말고는 전반적으로 만족합니다 비오는데 우산 주셔서 감사했습니다

숙소 위치가 넘 좋았어요!! 화장실도 지금까지 이용해온 에어비앤비중에 제일 깔끔했어요.. ( 저희집보다 훨씬 깨끗함 ) 숙소도 따듯하고 포근 그 자체였어요! 빔프로젝트도 잘 사용했고 주방용품도 잘 구비되어있어서 숙소 잘 사용하고 갔어요!! 다음에도 동료들이랑 같이 오고싶은 숙소 1등이에요 🩷

We are two French girls visiting Korea for the first time and we stayed at this airbnb for 3 nights. The place was like the pictures, the view is truly amazing ! The streets are steep and there is a lot of stairs, but the neighborhood was really charming! The host was really kind and helpful with all our questions. We definitely recommend to stay here! We liked it so much we'd book it again!

무엇보다 위치가 너무 좋았습니다 !! 찾아가기도 쉬운 위치! 그리고 사진이랑 거의 비슷하고 깔끔하게 잘 정돈되어 있었어용. 아마 아직 무더운 날이 아니라 리모컨이 없었던 거 같은데 에어컨 안틀어져서 더운거 말고 나머진 다 좋았습니다!! 또 빠른 응답 주셔서 감사해용 ✨👍

입구는 조금 당황스러웠으나 넓고 가성비 좋아요 컴퓨터도 5대 있고, 침대 메트리스도 3개 부두러윰이 달라서 취향껏 골라 잤어요!! 5명 정도면 더더 좋을 것 같네요

James is a great host and knows how to make a guest feel at home! Felt super welcome from the moment I booked the accommodation - place was great, walking distance to local shops, train stations and parks. James went above and beyond in his communication, going out his way to show me around despite being late in the evening and providing all the amenities one can need. Quite and peaceful place to stay

숙소 내부도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요! 좀만 걸어가면 카페랑 식당 많고 편의점도 종류 별로 있어요. 하나 단점이 창문이 이중창이 아니라서 조금 추울 수 있어요! 그래도 난방 잘 돼서 춥다는 느낌은 못 받았어요~ 잘 놀고 갑니다!

Had a great stay with my friends! The flat has everything you needed, all rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Recommend this spacious flat if you are travelling in big group.
