Beautiful vacation in Siesta Keys. We had everything we needed and more. Sandra was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful and friendly. The staff in the office were wonderful as well. The location was close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Bridget was a fantastic host, super responsive, accommodating and even gave us some personal recommendations! The condo has been nicely updated with beautiful finishes and had everything we could have needed from a blow dryer, to a smaller cooler, beach bag, beach chairs and even towels! There was also lots of kitchen supplies and a Kuerig with all types of pods. The balcony may have been the best spot over looking the pool and ocean, we loved having our morning coffee and evening glass of wine out there!! It was super quiet and a “slower” beach atmosphere. The beach itself was quite Shelly and not the softest sand if that’s what you’re looking for but we found lots of shells and creatures!! The location was just up from St Pete’s beach and close to all amenities. I would definitely stay again if we ever come back to the area!

Great stay! 242 Runaway Bay has maybe the best location in highly-desirable Runaway Bay. Directly faces the beautiful bay with amazing views and the early morning sun; the best way to start your day. Katie was wonderfully accommodating and responsive in all communication. Home has many positives--clean, updated, well-equipped, comfortable and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Best pool on the Island as well. This is your go-to spot for your vacation on Anna Maria Island, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this wonderful location, enjoy!

The condo was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve rented a lot!). Very clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely. Everything was provided. Nice location right across the street from the beach to see beautiful sunsets. And if we didn’t want to go to the beach, we could see the sunset perfectly right outside the front door! Great restaurants that we could walk to. Great vacation!!

Staying at Robin's place was by far the best experience with a host. Robin left a nice bottle of Robin was very communicative and suggested things to do in the area. Although I am from St. Petersburg originally, my return to visit my father was exceptional. Robin's place was beautiful. The outdoor space overlooking the bay was one of the most peaceful and relaxing times being away from home. We enjoyed fishing, the kayaks and the comfortable outdoor furniture. There was not one thing you could need as the home had every essential on hand and is stocked very well. Robin's home is spacious and the bedrooms were comfortable where you can move around without feeling cramped. The beds were like laying on feathers -- beautiful linens. Robin's place has a washer and dryer and also provided laundry detergent and every kind of household extras. We will be back in December. She is the best host with a beautiful home.

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others. The location is beautiful with ocean views from two of the bedrooms and an extremely short walk to a private beach. The unit itself was very clean and modern. Plenty of restaurants and amenties close by as well. Gulf coast was also very helpful. We experienced some trouble with Hyatt during check in (they manage the building but have nothing to do with the rental) and gulf coast hopped on the phone immediately to help resolve the issue. Super reponsive and quick to respond during our stay.

Steve was a very responsive and respectful host. The condo is a short walk to the pool, beach and local restaurants. There were clear instructions on anything we needed to know and the condo was super clean. We appreciate the hospitality and we will be staying here again.

The condo looks just like the pictures and has loads of room. Having 2 and 1/2 baths was a plus. We took advantage of the pool table, the large balcony and the huge kitchen. The living room is very comfortable with a large couch and 2 recliner chairs. We utilized the available beach chairs but the beach wagon was in bad shape. The Anchorage is located in a very convenient spot just off the island's south bridge. The beach is a short walk away, as are many bars and restaurants. The area is still recovering from last fall's hurricane and The Anchorage's landscaping and street front are still not back to pre-storm levels, but the building itself was clean and operational. We were disappointed that the tennis courts were still destroyed, but we used the public courts down the street. Pool is up and running and heated. We had to contact the hosts for a small issue and they were very responsive. I would recommend staying here.

I would give this home 6 stars if I could. My wife and I are fortunate to be able to travel around the United States a lot and we have rented many homes thru VRBO and Airbnb. This home is one of the best homes we ever stayed in. The house was spotless clean, everything in the home was top notch and it was the perfect place to relax after a day on the area beaches. I am a very picky vacation home renter and during our stay I did not find one negative thing in the house.

Our stay was honestly best experience ever had on this site. There was so much to do: outdoor pool, waterslide, kiddy play area, pool bar (which was always filled with amazing people from all over) gym, sauna, cold bath, horse shoes, corn hole, arcade, volleyball, pickleball, general store, hot tubs, extra activities for kids to do daily. We never seen our kids while we were here. There was so much to keep them entertained and it was amazing. Jacob was very responsive to any questions we might have had. Place was stocked with plenty of towels and beach towels. Was excited to see that cause other places never had enough towels. They had little table out on porch spent every morning out there eating breakfast and chatting with people passing by. Took walks around daily and highly recommend checking out the ponds for wild life animals. We will definitely be using Jacob again and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.

We were in town for Braves spring training and also went to one other stadium in the area. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and shopping close by, not very far from the beach. We had a great stay, the house was clean and comfortable, nicely renovated and decorated, large private back yard. We decided not to bring our dogs, but the yard is fully fenced and would have been perfect if we had brought them. If you rent this house you won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed our month-long stay at Lisa's house on Siesta Key. It was walkable into town on a sidewalk (about 20 min.) but not really to the beach. The backyard was beautiful with shade throughout the day due to a pergola on one side of the pool which gave shade in the morning and a structured eating area with a roof on the other side that cast a good shadow by the afternoon. Even in the rain we were able to eat outside and had a beautiful view of the small spring-fed lake, which the herons Bonnie and Clyde frequented along with other unusual birds. Our granddaughter loved the heated pool with a ledge and fountains and the hot tub was a nice touch. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need (Ninja blender, pots and pans of all sizes, baking sheets). The bedrooms were comfortable and our granddaughter loved the bunk room. The only negative was the living room sofa which was very low to the ground. Better for kids than adults. Overall a very nice place.

We had a wonderful stay in the suite of Cia's charming home. Its prime location offered effortless access to Sarasota Airport, beautiful beaches, I-75, shopping, and dining – we couldn’t have asked for a more convenient spot. The heated pool and serene patio, surrounded by vibrant plants and flowers, were a delightful added touch. Cia was incredibly knowledgeable about local attractions and services, including great recommendations for massage therapists. She was always quick to respond and easily reachable by text, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

So much space! From the moment we arrived, the host was beyond accommodating and allowed us to check in a little earlier than expected. This property itself was immaculate, with spacious rooms and a beautiful layout that created a relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect! Just a short 45min drive from many beautiful beaches and we were able to enjoy both the tranquility of the home and the excitement of Florida's attractions. The outdoor space was a highlight, featuring a lovely patio, jacuzzi and pool area where we spent many afternoons. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated so we weren’t able to swim but The children enjoyed the hot tub. The last two days we had some trouble with the hot tub not fully heating. Paul and Claudia were helpful and even offered to come by. Overall, this home exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Florida, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!
