We had a really nice time and was perfect for what we needed. Short walk to the beach was nice with two gong kids. The living space was extremely clean and felt like home. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable and cozy, in a great part of the Cape. Kitchen has all you need, good set up for a couple or even small family. One note, not a huge problem: the fireplace is only ornamental. Bed is comfortable, might be too soft for some. Very helpful and friendly host, gave clear instructions but respected privacy. Thanks so much!

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.

A wonderful spot filled with Machpee and Cape cod decor. The location was excellent given we travelled up and down the Cape and needed a spot that was centrally located. The house is well appointed and has everything you need ! It looks exactly like the photos. And the neighbourhood is very nice too.

We had a wonderful week on the Cape. I was initially concerned as this house is attached to the primary residence. However, the yards are completely separate and private, the owner was not in residence while we were there, and we forgot all about it after check in. The house is just steps to the beach, which also has a playground and swings. Beach chairs and umbrella were included, but be sure to bring your own cooler. The kitchen had all new pans and utensils, everything we could ask for. We did a lot of cooking, although we checked out a few local restaurants including The Skipper chowder house, a quick walk away. We also enjoyed mini golf, the arcade, and go karts at Skull Island which kept my crowd of teenagers happy. We rented kayaks on Bass River which was a great way to tool around the coves and inlets nearby. I spent a great deal of time on the deck with coffee and a book, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. A lovely, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

I am so glad I found Judy’s AirBnB when searching for accommodations in Cape Cod! Her home is beautiful, but what really stood out was her proactive communication and clear investment that we had a wonderful trip. We took advantage of many of Judy’s local recommendations for things to do in Cape Cod and had the best trip.

Enviable waterfront location in town was perfectly convenient. The apartment was charming, and we got a kick out of being located above Karen’s art gallery, sharing the common entrance. We know Nantucket very well, and were fortunate enough to find in Karen’s “Oasis” the perfect spot for us; quintessential “old” Nantucket. Plus Karen is a delightful and engaging host.

This is our second time staying here and we had another great vacation! House is clean and great for our large family. Walkable to ice cream and the beach, can’t ask for more! Looking forward to keeping the tradition going and staying again!
