Charming apartment in a stunning location. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Yvonne’s property. The flat was pristine, very spacious and the guidebooks and treats really made the difference. My mother and I would definitely return should we need accommodation in Newcastle again - thank you!

Lisa's flat was perfect for our five day stay in Durham - just a 10 minute walk into the city, with easy access to public transport to visit the Beamish Museum and Newcastle. Despite being close to the city, the flat is located in a quiet street, with parking permits provided. On arriving, Lisa's partner Steve was waiting to welcome us and show us the flat and all the facilities. It was nice to have a welcome pack of milk, bread, cereals, etc in the kitchen. The flat itself was immaculately clean, well equipped and very spacious throughout - the photos don't do it justice! The art deco style furniture and decoration, etc. was particulary attractive. Our bed was very comfortable with an excellent shower in the adjacent bathroom. We would certainly hope to stay at the flat again on future visits.

Stephen’s flat was the ideal place for my visit to South Shields to visit family with my 5 year old son. Not only was it perfectly located, but the flat had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It is such a warm and cosy place and the living area is so bright. We particularly loved having a TV in the bedroom aswell as the living space with all of the TV channels and for kids too! Having control of the heating temperature was amazing. The shop which is just a minute walk away was a huge bonus. We will definitely return!!

Clean, tidy and well furnished. Exactly as pictured/ described. Great location for enjoying the nightlife. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Property manger was very friendly and helpful. Took us up to the apartment and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay while we were in Newcastle visiting family. Lots of hanging space for clothes, the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, and there’s a comfortable lounge room too. It’s very clean and quiet. The flat is near a metro station, 8 mins walk to Gosforth high st and 15 mins walk to the cafes in Jesmond. Best still, the Jesmond Dene path begins just down the road. Miriam is the best host: very polite and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended!!!

The flat is amazing and bigger and wide than in the pictures. I really loved my stay here and the host is amazing . It will make sure everything is ok and always responded to my messages regarding everything . I would like to thank you for all and the convenience store and the bus station just 1 min walking also parking in front of it The only thing I like to mention is the neighbour from upstairs that play music and make noise from 10 pm to 5 am and it is hard to sleep but that is not the landlord’s fault or the property

This was my third stay at Ben’s flat for a short, work-related trip. The flat was extremely clean as usual, cosy as described, 20 min away on foot from Newcastle University where I work, very close to HayMarket and the city centre, which is perfect for me. Ben is always helpful and friendly. I would heartily recommend the flat for a single person or a couple !

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

Dawn is a lovely host with a beautiful, warm, cosy and clean home. The garden and pets are just adorable. We had a wonderful break and made good use of the pool. There are so many castles and beautiful gardens located a short drive away. Great place for families. I will be recommending this flat and hosts to my friends.

Apartment was absolutely perfect. It felt like we were staying in a friend’s place and every last detail was included. Location couldn’t be better and view across the Tyne was spot on. Communication with Nick was exactly how it should be, personal and fully assisting. In fact it felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a blank profile as is the case with others. Schöne Dachgeschosswohnung. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Wohnküche ist sehr praktisch und man kann sich dort auch bei schlechtem Wetter länger aufhalten. Kommunikation und Einchecken waren absolut unproblematisch. Die Lage ist allerdings ganz optimal. Portland Road ist eine vielbefahrende Straße, die Schlafzimmer sind allerdings zur Rückseite und ruhig. Dennoch ist die ganze Gegend nicht sonderlich einladend, aber das trifft wohl auf weite Teile der Innenstadt Newcastles zu. Insgesamt aber eine klare Empfehlung mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Our stay was extremely pleasant with everything that we needed - the radiator in front bedroom wasn’t working initially but Alex had it fixed immediately we reported it As we were visiting our son for a few days we used it just as a base and found it very accommodating It was so useful to have an enclosed back yard for the dog Thank you once again for allowing us to base ourselves there - highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying there xo

Norman and Anne were fantastic hosts; truly deserving their superhost status. Excellent communication throughout. A warm, friendly Northern welcome. Apartment exactly as described and a traditional, cosy little gem. Spotlessly clean, parking on drive, quiet surroundings and a good base for our visit to the North-East. A home from home with everything you need to cook if staying in. Great value for money. Would highly recommend and will be 1st choice for any future visits up North.

We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. This is a great place for access to the city centre and student visits. jesmond Dene waterfall around the corner is stunning and some great cafes within a couple of mins walking distance. So good to be able to bring the dog. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed and any questions were answered within minutes.

This is easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I stay in Airbnb’s. Janny is warm welcoming. And amazing. The beds are comfy close to the city center. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing. Very chill unbelievably nice people but again it’s Newcastle so lol. But now if you want to stay in Newcastle, this is the place that you want to stay trust me!!

Gorgeous property, light and spaceous and as beautiful as it appears in the images.

The apartment was well located, close to city centre amenities and bars. Hot tub was switched on for us in advance so was lovely and hot when we wanted to use it! Bedrooms and whole apartment is really well presented and ‘high end’. The hosts had also included milks in the fridge and tea and coffee was also provided. Perfect for the six of us celebrating a birthday together!
